McDonald's

I ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals, a 10 PC nugget, drink and fries. The drinks were wrong (didn't say anything.at first), the kids said no BBQ sauce so I checked my bag nothing and asked for the BBQ sauce. Was given 1 and said I would need another (I don't care for sauce so only need 1 each for the kids) was then told they were in bag.checked again and no. Then they proceeded to tell me I was going to have to pay for them.while I'm still in drive thru. I said absolutely not I just ordered 20 nuggets total and just wanted the sauce that should have been included. They gave another which I don't know what the problem was. I didn't receive any and I'm definitely not a BBQ sauce hoarder. To top off one of the kids didn't even receive the happy meal toy. Also still no sauce magically appeared in anyone's meal. Yes mistakes happen but making a customer feel like they didn't deserve kindness and respect over a sauce pack and to try to charge them for it is crazy. They used to be so friendly and lately it's just not anymore.

I did not go to McDonald's. I was just passing by heading up to the grocery store.

Very clean. Prompt service and friendly staff. What more can you ask really? Muffins to die for.

I stopped by to use the washroom and to purchase a coffee. The washroom was locked and a sign to ask a staff member. I waited in line while the one staff took orders from the 3 people in front of me. I asked for the washroom key and she rolled her eyes, got three key, and walked me to the washroom. I asked her how long have they have been keeping the door locked and she just walked away! The piped in music was loud and in some language other then English. When I made my purchase the change was dropped on the counter, no thank you, just "next" to the next customer. I can't remember when I've had service this bad!

As a labourer I like to grab a good cheap lunch, however whenever I stop here in Sechelt to get a meal the staff takes it upon themselves to decide I am not worth their service.
I am dirty from work but I am polite and pay in full with money I have earned.
Really sick and tired of their bs.
You work at McDonald's and you serve clients. You dont get to judge people, you just take orders.
So yeah, dont judge a book by its cover when you work as a cashier for McDonald's and learn to treat all clients with respect.

I'm personally surprised that I would be rating a Macdonald's 4 stars. I am impressed and am grateful for the management and staff of Sechelt Macdonald's. Besides running a clean and efficient restaurant, they make the seating area a welcoming space for every customers. Being one of the very few places that open late in a small town, they are very accommodating (within reasons) for those who sometimes need to stay longer into late hours and those who need shelter from the elements. Thank to for all you do to support our community.

Nothing better then getting a tea and it's ice cold and not to mention consiten wrong orders given out
