A fly or two will want to share your food. But a swat at them kept them away. The soft drink station is gone. Maybe if you can get a staff person's attention and ask nicely you will get a refill?

Thought the meal was just missing a burger…
After I went back to get it. I realized that there was an apple pie missing.

MacDonald's had gone downhill since I was young. Twice the price for half the food. The service is always cold and unfriendly. We only go for the McChicken, everything else tastes like cardboard.

Terrible service ignore their customers better waiting to place orders. They need to get proper Management in this place

If it says that you work 24 hours a day, then you don't serve anything after 3 in the morning, rudeness, shame, shame on you, it's best to be locked up, I don't know what word to use for very unprofessional, you are the worst.

The restaurant is newly renovated and the staff were efficient, only downside is they need someone to empty garbage and clean tables. A definite turn-off to see the garbage stacked high outside the bins inside the eating area.

Lougheed & 228th Maple Ridge

Really really disappointed with this McDonald's location. A few weeks ago we went, and they had NO 1/4 pounder patties = WHAT?
We worked around it and ordered something else.
Today we went, and they had NO FILET-O-FISH? What? The patties are frozen! Unacceptable! I will not go to this location again! Waste of a trip - as we left without ordering!

The manager Chelsea has so much attitude. Treat people with some respect. Not sure how she works there. I feel bad for people who work under her.

Don’t know why this one has so low rating. It was good. Extra chicken sauce was actually not required for this one.

Food is always consistent and fresh. They sometimes will take a long time to make it, but I'd still pick Mc Donalds over any other fast food place.

No hello thank you or have a nice day at the pay window in drive through. The woman literally didn't say a word. Tapped our card and she shut the window without a single word. Very rude.

Bathroom hygiene is way below the expected quality for the location of this McDonald's. Just a bit of effort into it,

This has to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve gone to. Anytime I’ve ordered something my pop is all carbonation no flavour or they forget something, but the worst is gong and getting milk shakes and they are straight liquid and when talking with a manager, I was wrong and I couldn’t be correct about my problem … what happened to management and proper training?

Ps. I don’t want to be hearing 2 employees talking to eachother out loud about a skin infection and then seeing them handle food!

0 star not 1 star, I have never been to a place that is as consistantly slow as this place, I went into the drive through and had to wait 10 minutes to get a disgusting egg mcmuffin and a bland and luke warm coffee, gross!

Worst McDonald’s ever! We live close and I usually dodge this location to go further to another but I was extra tired tonight. Waste of time and money.
Ordered a “hot fudge sundae” if you would even call it that. It was ice cream in the cup with a blob of hardened and chewy fudge on top. My husband had the same thing a month ago with his sundae and brought it back they have a replacement that was the exact same. Burger was old, burned patties and thrown together like slop. There is no care. I don’t often eat things unhealthy and when I do splurge I at least want it to be decent! To the staff and manager here - if you wouldn’t serve yourself like that then don’t serve customers like that! Photo below. Keep in mind the fudge is hard! In the garbage it goes ….

I live close by to this location so I go there pretty often, and 1 of their managers a bigger lady is so rude to the employees. I’ve seen her yelling and swearing at them which is sad because most the employees are teenagers.

Poor customer service from the managers. This is the WORST McDonalds. Multiple times I thought it would be convenient to quickly grab drive-thru on the way home. They keep messing up orders and they make no effort to right the wrong or compensate. I have to spend my time and gas money fixing their screw-ups. Done with this awful restaurant.

Definitely the worst Mcdonalds in Maple Ridge, possibly BC.

The worst tasting coffee on multiple occasions. The 228th mcdonalds coffee is 100 times better.

They are also forced to wear masks even though it is voluntary to do so.

Terrible management, avoid at all costs.

Drive 5mins away to the 228th location, always good people and their coffee is actually drinkable.

Filled my cup of sundae only halfway with ice cream. Asked them if they could add a little more and was denied very rudely by this white girl with heavy eyeliner saying that that’s how much ice cream that should be in there. Ordered the same Sundae many times before and they’v always filled it way more than that.

I got chicken nuggets but unfortunately they were quite disappointing compared to past experiences. Thin and slightly dry, they definitely could have been better especially as compared with other McDonald's restaurants.

Stale coffee, way too little sugar for a double double, and this location routinely messes up orders in general. Shouldn't be that hard to run a decent McDonald's.

Love poutine but everytime you get it from here you either have to buy more fries because it’s barely half full, ask for more gravy or there is a pool of gravy which is disgusting

Extremely slow and inaccurate drive-thru service, but gets 2 stars because staff was friendly and really tried to rectify the situation.

Unfortunately every time I have been here my order is wrong or missing something and they have very slow service. I do not go to this location anymore.

They never served the order Completely. Not sure y. Please train them again. If macdonalds are short of trainer. Aske us to help to get better. (Worst)

Always out of coke zero, paid full price instead of dollar drink day price, lineup takes forever, sometimes they're randomly just closed due to lack of staff.literally the worst mcdonalds ever.

No matter what time of day you go to this McDonald's you will get parked. It is incredibly infuriating. This issue doesn't happen at other McDonald restaurants.

Constantly having to be parked when you order ahead and go through the drive thru THEN majority of the workers come out with food 10 or so minutes later (I thought it was fast food) and 95% of the time they don’t even know what they’re bringing out. Very unprofessional and very disappointing.

My husband waited long coz there was a line up in the drive thru and when he came home and checked the orders they didn't put chicken nuggets in one of the happy meals, just not fair coz we paid for it

This location is tiny compared to other locations. It takes forever to get to the drive through window. I think they are under staffed and I still have to see the manager who's running this place. Once you get to the window, the staff is friendly. Also, they are usually out of lattes.

Not sure what goes on at this place. I have never spent less than 10-20 minutes in the drive through, even for simple orders like a coffee or an icecream. They seem to constantly be understaffed, or just poorly ran. The management is frantic and yet nonchalant at the same time. Food is usually cold as a result of the wait as well. Hope they figure things out!

Every time I come here for ice cream they dont have it. I have never run into this at any other McDonalds. Its been over 7 times now and then i get stuck in the drive thru lane which always take forever for some reason. It doesnt what what time or day the drive thru is always at least 15 minutes stuck there. I am sick of the poor customer service at this McDonalds.

Don't lose the food s*** but this is one of the worst ones to go do they always screw up your order they never offer to credit you any money back and they really don't care that it's an inconvenience it's sad that multi-billion-dollar companies just don't give a s*** about the customers. They also have a bunch of ten-year-olds running a restaurant that explains a lot in my eyes they can't even get a basic coffee right. The first and last time I will ever step foot in that location

Terrible service. Never fast food. Always waiting. Never learn my lesson. Never seen a McDix operate so poorly.

Worst McDonald's around. Both ketchups were empty. The drink station was filthy and the garbage was overflowing and all over the floor. There was also garbage all over the lobby and seating area. Seems that if you ordered inside, the wait was around 10 mins or more. Very poorly run.

This part should not be in burger and they put cheese on the burger with eye closed. It’s only on left side? I wonder if they trained the cook?
And the drinks is wayyyyyy too sweet.

Ordered a coffee and muffin but was overcharged. Asked about the coffee and muffin combo deal, they said we don’t do that anymore and I had to pay full price for each item. Which isn’t the case, they still offer this deal.

I also ordered cookies, they offered to bake me some fresh ones. I thought how nice! They say it will be a 2 minute wait. I end up waiting 15 minutes and I’m given a box with broken cookie bits in it. Terrible.

I have been to this McDonalds a few times since moving to maple ridge. Ordering my daughter a happy meal. Everytime I go through the drive-thru, I am asked to park in one of their numbers spots, as my meal is not ready. Each and everytime, my order has been incorrect and the food is cold. The staff dont seem to care at all. Not impressed with this locations service and quality.

The good.

-food prep was quick

-table service was great

-high chair for the kid.

The not so good.

-water puddles on the floor with signs out, but no intention of mopping.

-we ordered through the app and I'm glad we did because there was no one at the register.

-both ketchup dispensers were broken.

Fine overall, but they seemed understaffed for the little extra things that needed to get done.

Likely the worst location in the chain. The staff appear to be overworked and have no commitment to customer service. I have waited up to 10 minutes to order and then had to wait up to 15 to 20 minutes to get my order. At times this staff have reported that they have run out of various items. The drive-thru is closed regularly. When it was a 24 hour location, in the early mornings the staff have told me that they are unable to process any orders due to a computer issue however the McDonald's that is two blocks away is fully open for business.

Today, I arrived at this location and found that the entire location was closed even though the hours of operation listed that it should be open. Corporate head office really needs to take a close look at this location.

How do you screw up a McChicken? Hardly any sauce, barely any lettuce, old stale meat, rock hard stale bun. This location is a blight on the brand. Shame on head office for keeping this place open.

I ordered specifically a bacon and egg bagel add leaf lettuce and tomato, and I want two of them. I then told the drive-thru worker that my order did not match the screen. And he repeated back to me what I wanted correctly, so I get to the window I pay for my food I'm told to wait in the separate parking spot. When I finally get my food, I drive home (5 Mins) this is the closest McDonald's to my house. I get home open my food to see that I got two different sandwiches neither of them what I ordered.
I then returned to the McDonald's to have it be remade. The front worker brings me my food and asks me to check to make sure it's right and he brought me two bacon and egg blt sandwiches. Not what I ordered but at least these two matched. (The sandwich I ordered has a bagel lettuce tomato cheese bacon egg and some sauce I'm not aware of,
The BLT sandwich has the same ingredients minus cheese and a different sauce) the sandwiches didn't have cheese. To make matters worse I saw the back cook poke her head out and ask again what I wanted prior to bringing out the cheeseless sandwiches. Needless to say I won't be returning to this McDonald's.

When you tell the staff at McDonalds on 240th and Dewdney that the bathroom is extremely dirty and has no TP, so they hand you the roll of toilet paper over the counter. Theres a problem. I'm forced to give a star in order to post. It should be a zero.

15 cents for BBQ sauce? I’ve never paid for a sauce in my life, and this place claims to always have charged forever. Lame.

I'm not a big fan of McDonald's to begin with and I don't normally eat it but it can be nice as a treat. However if you are going I'd recommend taking the time to go to a different location. I have had nothing but issues anytime I have visited here, they have over charged me several times and they never get your order right. There are a multitude of problems with this location and it is frequently closed at inopportune times and things are constantly not working here.take the time and go to another location and save yourself the hassle.

Despite it being Christmas Eve, the restaurant was open and the staff were super nice, hope they have a wonderful Christmas
