Located right opposite Lansdowne mall makes this McD. A good place for quick bite. Nicely done interiors and friendly staff

Clean dining environment, fast services, everything was ready in 3 minutes, the staff showed me a big sunshine smile after cally order.

Great place to visit if I'm craving a solid burger

Hi everyone!
I want to speak with mcdonalad richmond I want to complaint issue my order this product had damge piece sharp in my drink I do not know I found later next time I drink half and I found out piece sharp is hurt my mouth and tongue I did order strawberries banana.in past year ago McDonald fish burgers was has mold and next day tea was not tighty enough and spilling everywhere in my ride in past year ago and same with ice cream gave me had damge had holes and etc too.today I found out my drink had pieces sharp objects in my strawberries banana drink in first place when I drink and I touch and not feel somethings weird my my tongue and remove sharp things and I do not want to drink anymore because I do not know maybe will have more sharp in drink and they are not be careful and not safety? They are not follow safety that why.let you know it I got last time. I am not happy my order cold drink and bad service that why.in past year was good service but now is bad service I can't give to you more stars.
I never want to come back anymore they need more proof required and photo require.
Please everyone avoiding this place was bad service and manger was not help me out that why.thank you Natalie M

Not sure what's going on with this mcdonalds, but in the morning I usually go through the drive thru and order a sausage Mcmuffin and sausage mcgriddle through the app. At the window I received a chicken Mcmuffin and a sausage mcgriddle. Someone else's chicken mcmuffin order placed in my bag. So I get sent to the special order drive thru parking.

They come back with a sausage mcmuffin and a sausage and egg mcgriddle. Not what I ordered, but at least I can pull the egg off the mcgriddle and throw it away to get what I ordered.

McD all over the World always the same good quality whether in my home country Indonesia or Canada always the best for Breakfast

I've been here so many times, but this will be my last visit. We forgot to add the mayo in the app. We went to the counter to get 1. The manager named "HERPREET" Straight up said no, you have to pay, that's ok but for 1 mayo when you order so many things. Fries were bad, and I had to go back to replace it again. Time was around 7.45 pm.on July 27. I used to work in McDonald's before, but the culture is changing.

It’s the very first time I got stomachache with Big Mac! Diarrhea followed, and I was stuck in bathroom for 1 hour! It’s the most horrible experience with McDonald’s in my life. Will never ever come back to this location again.

I don't know what the planning was for when they renovated this McDonalds location, but somethings just don't make sense. Previously there were many seating area for customers to dine-in at, now it has reduced to half the amount. There use to be Atleast 4 cashiers (usually 2-3 staffs working at the register) and now there is only 2. Kiosks were pretty much the replacements of the cashiers. Although it's quick to get orders in, people still have to go through a long line up to pay cash. No room for line up's and waiting area. The best improvement they made is the drive through.

The worst experience I had was early morning 4am to grab breakfast before work. I stood at the cashier for over 10min to be served. The staffs working that morning clearly see me but they did not bother to Atleast let me know they will be with me shortly.they just stared at me from the kitchen (doing nothing but waiting for food to be heat up or something). Once I was served (which they didn't even have the energy or motif to do so) I waited forever for my food, but that's fine cause it was really early and they had to make my order from scratch.

The other bad experience I had was late at night buying food for my family (take out). It was really busy, so I went to the kiosk to skip the line up (which nobody was working at the cashier). Everyone waited 30min to an hour for their food. I got part of my order after 30min but the other part never showed up. After another 30min, I ask one of the staffs who were dealing with another missing order, as to where my big Mac combo was.it was apparently ready awhile back and is now cold. Luckily he was more than happy to offer me a fresh one (which took 10min), I got home with a warm burger and cold fries (I ate my ice cream and food while waiting for the burger).

Location so convienent but service is bad. I definitely don't recommend going during busy hours (nor early morning).

I just need to make clear that this was the only McDonald's location that made my single order of a McDouble with TLC. It honestly looked and tasted like perfection. For that, I will always be coming back here. And to whoever made that burger, you have earned mad respect.

It's a decent McDonald branch that need some improvement on cleanness of the store.
Has high volume of people who are time spenders, so they need to be on top of cleaning.
Parking lot is good and convenient, plus drive through.

Negative 5 stars. If You're not Asian, You wait forever. Sad but true. 1 1/2 hours, never got anything I left. 22 orders went by for the better ones before I left. Go to Subway!

Ordered from their mobile order app and drive-thru said they did not received my order. Have to look for another number and waited longer to receive my order.

I went to try and order a meal the lady that was serving just walked away! And I had to use the self serve order machine and order my meal I waited a few minutes before I proceeded to the self serve order! I was disappointed that this person walked away from taking my order!

You can expect the same food same taste same quality everytime you visit any one of the mcdonalds.which is good, no suprice.
