Not a good location to eat not the good service, employees very rude.would never eat there again.

Ordered from here at 2: 15 in the morning from skip the dishes. Waited for 53 minutes for someone to drop off my order, when they called and said “EVERYTHING” I ordered, they didn’t have available. I waited SO long and they didn’t reach out to notify me. Pathetic service, why bother use the term “open 24 hours” when NOTHING is apparently available? ! Don’t go here if you’re looking for late night food! PATHETIC!

Garbage McDonald's that closes before 10 pm on weekends and only allows you to order with the app. Just put a kiosk at the window so you can order there. Staff were rude and seemed to have friends in the restaurant with them while not allowing customers in to order.

Doors were closed from outside and the workers were about to the last orders until I saw a huge group of guys and girls and I went and opened the door. The McDonald Employment was shocked and disappointed as she saw that many of crowd walking inside.

They falsely advertise their hours as 24, tben afe randomly closed without notice or signage about lack of staff. In a reasonably run world, that would be a crime, even if only a small one

Very slow service any time i go there takes 5-10 mins to get your order taken. Bathrooms haven't been open during the whole covid thing.

It took me 20 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. Fast food, at least at this location, is dead.

The most unhealthy and unhygienic McDonald's ever. Not that any of their stores are clean ever. But this one is out of everyone's league. Way up on the top list of unhygienic restaurants ever.

I installed the McDonald's app and once I'd paid for my smoothie they refused to give me the free cheeseburger that the app states you receive upon ANY purchase. So I guess it's not worth the effort to download and install the app since staff attempt to make you purchase more items in order to receive a supposedly free item. I was told that it was buy one get one and when I showed them the fine print, which says ANY purchase is suffice they still wouldn't give me the cheeseburger SECONDS after I picked up my smoothie from the counter Horrible customer service and lack of knowledge about the current promos. Thumbs down for this location.

There's no front of store or back of store organization and everyone's just wondering around ignoring the customers. Cashier seem to be wandering back and forth not too sure what to do rather than taking on customers orders

Your manager stands around with his mask below his nose or under his chin while other workers are racing to fill orders. Customers are standing at the restaurant being ignored for more than 5 minutes at a time while the same manager refuses to do anything but stand in a doorway or under the sink by the door of the kitchen. It's pathetic.

Telling people they can't take anymore orders while more and more guests continue punching in orders over on the kiosk without issue.

No one can bother addressing customers and letting them know anything until people are already frustrated and have waited for several minutes wondering why they're being stared at by other employees and a manager plays on his phone mouthing off about customers that he can't be bothered to speak to until they've had to ask if anyone is going to come to the register.

Find a better manager.

Worst customer service. I stood there for 7-8 mins and no one came to take my order but everyone was at the back gossiping and it was not so busy.
I called couple of times but no one came.
Worst experience.

They got my order of pancakes wrong. I mean sheesh how do you get pancakes wrong.forget the syrup!

They are doing well with the Covid-19 changes. The restraunt is open for dining, and is very good with watching over customers for the covid requirements.

Taste good. But both my friend and I saw a cute little MICE scampering across. So eat at your own risk ‍️. Didn't know I was in Hanoi

Your standard McDonald's, very central, fairly clean, except for the washrooms which are quite gross. This place used to have chandeliers, which were amazing in a McDonald's. Very sad that they're gone.

Place seemed to be open at 1h30 am, employee made me a sign to day it was close.change your hour if you are not open 24h

Haven't spent a dime at McDs in 30 years. Only here because I deliver food. There's better fast food isn't there? Is A&W all that much more expensive? When I stopped eating McDonald's it was Earth Day 1990 and I learned that they were the world's largest corporate destroyer of rainforests in the Amazon. Needed the land for all the grain fed cattle.
It's been 30 years and I just don't do it, why bother? It's not like it's good right?

Staff so friendly and polite. Cleaning was done twice bu the time I was there. Covid protocols have been used all time

They still only have take out only. We walked from our hotel to have breakfast as we are out of town visitors. There is no in store dining.

Worst customer service ever, it says it’s open 24Hrs, I went there at around 12: 45AM, the door was closed. We knocked, the lady inside ignored are went in the back room. We called on store phone, she was so rude and said we don’t have staff. Didn’t even apologise.

They needed up my order. The hash browns were severely over cooked. With any amount of pressure, they turned into potato bits of dust.

Its McDonalds. They're all the same, this one just happens to have a more colorful clientele than others

Terrible service. They also wouldn't open the bathroom 30 minutes early for my young son to use. Are they crazy he's a kid. Would it be that difficult really. They should be ashamed of themselves. If i could give them negative stars i would for sure

It was a McDonald's. If you desire McDonald's or a McDonald's facsimile, this is the place for you.

If you don't, it is not.

Food isn't that great (even for McDonald's quality) and the customer service is absolutely horrible. Order online instead of going to the store if you can.

Straight up mold on and inside of this burger. Check your food and beware if you come to this location.
