Every time I order in this branch, there's always missing in my order. Take note, every time.

Showed up to locked doors.waited for 6am… doors are still locked! Ask someone in the drive threw to mention to the staff that the front doors are still locked….

But I was informed they don’t open until 7am!

Disappointing

I did call in and asked why it says 6am online

Their answer was.since covid……. Come on. Either update you times or fix the problem.

I recommend this McDonald’s because the worker Reta was doing an amazing wonderful job, I got my food really fast hot and ready and she was so sweet!

I have gone to this McDonald’s quite a bit, and always manage to get fresh food. The reason for the 4 stars is because last night I used the drive thru to get my food like usual, but had to drive out 45 mins before I could eat any of it. When I arrived at my destination looking forward to eating it all, my fries from my meal were missing: (I’m hoping when I go back and explain this that they’ll give me fries and I’ll update this review to reflect that.

Poor and unfriendly service. Sometimes they don't clean up, especially around pop machine which attracts flies and ant's.

I'm not sure why but half the time I order food at this McDonald's it tastes and feels stale like it was yesterday's leftover hamburgers!

People go to work early in the morning and ordered foods. However, the staff team appeared they don't know how to repare the foods ordered. They let people wait for 5-10 mins. And when they delivered the foods to the customer, they always mess up or forget what included in the ordered. They put staff taking order, don't even understand or speak well. I hate this McDonald.

I paid extra for mcnugget sauces for 20 piece nuggets and got none yesterday, today I got 10 piece nuggets n got no sauces at all

Good service, fast and accurate which is very important to me. Coffee good and hot. Breakfast sandwich looked and tasted great. Store is clean and proper protocols are observed. Only thing that needs to be fixed is the handicap door. Doesn't open doors no matter how you push the button.

This is not a good McDonald’s, the teenagers working in there are very slow, I waited a long time just to order while all the teens were inside singing to loud music while customers are waiting to order. I ordered a Big Mac and the burger was messy and the Big Mac sauce everywhere, spilling out of one side of the burger and same with the lettuce, they don’t take time to make the food correctly. I ordered a McFlurry and the ice cream was spilling out of the cup and it was also very messy. Pls teach these workers to do their job right and to take time into making the food.

This is the most expensive McDonald's in the area, staff is pleasant and fast but I seem to feel it is a little over-the-top for cost and prices!

Surprising attitude from the manager during my visit. Not a single smile, please, or thank you. Expected more from a manager. I guess you get what you pay for. Don't come here for the service.

They got my order ready fast. They spoke clearly on the intercom. They where friendly. They got my order correct. The food was almost warm.

One of the freshest tasting McDonald’s in the area I prefer this location for quality of food service and friendliness just make sure you check to see you get what you ordered before driving home lol

After eating at other top shelf burger joints for awhile I thought I would try Mc. D one more time. It turned out reminding me why I don't eat here. Thankfully Five Guys and A&W are just a minute away.

This is actually a great McDonalds compared to the hundreds of other ones I've been to. Burgers never had any mistakes. Fries were always crisp and overfilled. Staff are always quick to finish drive through orders. Would rarely recommend a mcdonalds but this one is a good one.

Nice to know when you get a compliment at the window it’s cause they did something to your food, just opened my burger and their was a bite taken out of it

Bad food and bad service at this location. I had to go back for a refund around 12am, the fries were gross and old. I would be careful from this location especially at night or ask for fresh food!

Terrible! Ordering coffee from McDonald’s is a 50/50 whether it’s good or not. In light of the fact I only ever order mochas anymore and even those are hit and miss if they are made correctly. Tonight I just ordered a mocha and a large coffee. I was given the drinks and not even charged, I told the girl and then proceeded to pay. After I get home and go to drink my mocha I find out that it is actually a cappuccino. Very disappointing to receive the wrong drink and not know it until you get home. Guess it’s Tim hortons from now on for coffee they have never let me down there.

Just went there this afternoon. My wife had orange juice with her meal. It wasn't until we had left the drive thru and were five minutes out that she tried her juice and found it it was so watery that it basically was coloured water. So yeah. Maybe avoid this location. Waste of money

The drive-through staff at this place, even though I showed up around 7: 15am on a Saturday morning were sweet, kind, professional, efficient and cheery. Girl (cannot remember her name) at the first window and second window (Bella)

Recieved order through ubereats on Saturday that gave both of us that ate it food poisoning. We had gotten cheeseburgers and mcdoubles. The large fries were only half filled and rock hard cold. The drinks were all flat and tasted really weird too. I would suggest avoiding this location and going to the one near Guildford mall instead.

Could not get an order right if it depended on their lives. I confirmed my order through the microphone MULTIPLE TIMES when she read it back wrong. If your microphone doesn’t work PUT UP A SIGN TO USE THE OTHER SIDE.

Absolutely ridiculous. They had to remake half my BASIC order.

Have a policy of not using guests reusable cups. Don't buy coffee here unless you want to create garbage

They forgot the nuggets in my happy meal. Had to drive back and go thru the drive thru a second time and they gave me the nuggets they forgot to put in which at this point were cold. I asked for fresh ones and they treated me like I was trying to scam them.

I bought a small coffee from this place and when i asked that why there was no sticker on it, one of the staff told me that they don’t give stickers on small we have to buy medium cup then only we will get the sticker, but when I bought coffee from another place i got sicker on the same size cup.

Super clean and quick. They accidentally gave me the wrong burger but were so happy to make it right immediatly for me when we went back to tell them.

It doesn't seem to be a very organized McDonald's, I have never seen any other McDonald's operated like that. It only has two stations to order, and they use the number system which isn't very good.

Absolute trash service, but it's expected of any McDonalds these days. Every time I go there, there is something missing or I get something completely different from what I asked for. The coffee is almost always burnt as they dont change the coffee regularly. They wash their hands, but don't wear gloves or hair nets. My wife got a long curly hair in her wrap once. GROSS!

I was a bit upset when I sat In the drive through and the order taker took the 2nd line order when I was sitting there then proceeded to take another 2nd line order at that point I was trying to understand but when he started to take the order of the 3rd car I just drove to the window and ordered my Coffee yes I sat there far too long to order my coffee.boo on your horrible customer service.

How many times do you have to ask for a package of salsa with your breakfast wrap before you get one? I'm not sure.but its above 4.cause I didnt get salsa! Salsa makes them edible.why cant anyone actually listen anymore? No receipt either.frustrating.

I had to give one, cause I couldn't give zero. Worst service. Dont order skip from this place. They always forget something and the food is always either missing a patty or gravy. Dont waste your time.

When you're doing drive through, and you ordered more than coffee, make sure to double check your bag before zooming off. They can mistakenly mess your day up.

Ordered a grill chicken pattie and bacon and egg Mcmuffin. Specifically asked for fresh chicken pattie. She told me the wait will be 7min and I didn't mind. Got home in 10min and the chicken was dry and burned, even the the Mcmuffin was
cold and tough. Was ever upset, try calling the restaurant but no answer.

Generally quick and hot.although when using drive thru always make sure that what's in the bag.is what you ordered

Egg McMuffin wasn't cooked completely & mens washroom again was disgusting. Urine on floor all around urinals & garbage thrown throughout washroom

This location is not one of the best but its the closest to my home.

This restaurant is pathetic, person has to wait for more than 30 minutes even if the order is as small as fries!
The staff of this restaurant is not at all friendly and they talk to their very rudely!

They get everything wrong all the time. Sometimes super rude staff. And always not very clean. Always give my child the wrong toy even though they showed her them snd let her pick. But if you can avoid it I would.

Food was served hot and at a great price, but it should be noted the fountain drink machine had some issues relating to the consistency of Coca-Cola at both ends. Perhaps it was the time of night I visited, but if its a persistent issue it may be something management may request someone to inspect. Still, a great option for those in need of a quick bite with little cash to spare!

Very bad costumer service talking with each other not even pay attention to there costumers.bad food frys are just covered in salt burgers toppings are not even on the bugers ive had to come back to this place many of times brought there food back just so they can see what there givein to me but a good place to go for food dont believe me go for youresef you will be disappointed
