Huge shoutout to the Japanese lady who works there. She always greets you with an affectious smile and beaming energy that you simply cannot fake. She is amazing.

Food and everything else is on point; fast service everytime. I appreciate all the hard work. Thank you

The people who work here are amazing. They work incredibly hard and yet are still very friendly and energetic. Best McDonald's set of experiences I've had.

I ordered poutine and got served mostly cheese curds with a small bit of the gravy and fries.

I thought they were breakfast all day when at 11: 10am ordered an egg McMuffin combo but not hash browns now only serving fries, asked for breakfast burrito nope only McMuffin and sausage McMuffin not pleased

I went in for lunch and decided to sit down.the staff then came out with some muffins with a candle in it singing happy birthday to an elderly man.it was super nice to see the staff care about their customers.

McDonald's is a staple for a reason. For speed of service there's no competition, and the staff at both of my regular locations are helpful and down to earth.

This place used to be super sketchy and gross, always dirty. Whoever manages it now is taking really good care of it and its uch nicer and always clean. They almost always get the orders right and are very pleasent.

3 stars due to the cleanliness of the whole place. Tables and doors are always really dirty. I never eat in for that reason.

It's a McDonalds. Their drive thru is atrociously slow. If you have cars ahead of you, expect to wait up to 5 minutes per car that is ahead. I've gone through numerous times to see multiple cars leave the queue because of the wait.

Orders will be fouled up half the time. I once ordered a simple black coffee, they somehow fudged it up and I got a 4 cream 1 sugar coffee. I'm lactose intolerant so I couldn't consume it. Tried to return it but to no avail as staff claimed it was what I ordered.

Food will be a hit and miss whether they are given to you hot and fresh or not. Most of the time the food is lukewarm and stale as if it has been sitting for too long; most likely because of the long wait times at the drive thru.

Curbside pick-up closes early.

I can understand that a lot of these issues is likely a staffing shortage problem.

Though this is one of the few locations that is actually open 24 hours for those late nights / night shifters. Which means options are limited.

Keep in mind that this location frequently shuts down at night for cleaning. This is a good thing but basically eliminates coffee options for the night shift workers if they need caffeine to continue working.

This would be rated 1 star but the fact that it runs "24 hours a day" (excluding a day or two a month for cleaning), it gets an extra star.

As far as fast food goes these guys have it covered fast? Sure are. Polite and courteous? You bet.affordable? As far as fast food goes they're as good as the next guy.

Terrible experience!
Just went through the drive thru. The guy taking are order was rude and then when we got to the window they didn’t even know what our order was. When we told them they all looked so confused and it was clear staff didn’t know what was going on. Then they made us pull into the parking lot to wait for our food which is no big deal. The problem is our fries were cold and stale. Also the chicken nuggets were clearly not fully cooked. It was disgusting! I tried to call and complain but nobody answers the phone. I called 5 times! If you want good service and quality food do not go to this McDonald’s.

Seriously it's McDonald's. My order came right, that was nice lol. The personnel were friendly. Past that it is what it is.

*update* also had a deep fried hair in with my fries tonight.

Although I am normally not surprised by a less than great experience by a McDonald's tonight was just terrible. This is the third time now I have ordered a McChicken with cheese and not gotten the cheese, which you PAY for. I also asked for plenty mcchicken packets.which we got none of. And for two drinks we got 1.yes 1 straw. All of that after I waited 15 minutes out front and had the whole line behind me served before my food came out cold. A word to the managers. Change your processes. Put the fries in last. My fries were COLD when I got to eating because your employees (who can't seem to count straws correctly) put the fries in BEFORE everything else. I am downright PO'd and probably will get nothing from this as whenever I have complained in the past I am shrugged off.

One of the worst mcdonalds ive been to. Every stall was nasty. Makes you wonder how sanitary the food is.

Waiting 20 minutes at the drive through only to find out the ice cream machine is broken.yup all normal

Twas friday. Dinner rush. The drive thru was closed for some odd reason. Only 1 till open but I was optimistic.until i realized the cashier was new and having issues. After 5 agonizing minutes struggling with the customer in front of me; it was my turn. I gave my order. Clear and concise. But she was struggling. The manager swooped in to save the day but to no avail. I get home and Every single item was wrong in some way, shape or form. Sadness now reigns in my home. Thanks McDonalds.

I ordered the new maple BBQ burger. All the crispy onions were in the box, it had a big blob of sauce in the middle of the bun and one tiny little piece of bacon on it. On top of that I had to wait 7 minutes for my order. They erased my order number off the screen almost immediately after ordering and then forgot about me until I asked what happened to my order. Worst quality and service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s.

Best McDonald’s service I’ve ever had hands down. Super memorable. The front door was opened for me as I approached the Golden Arches by Kylie with a smile (under a mask) and a delightful “Hello, Welcome to McDonald’s”. Even with a lengthy line of cars outside I received my order faster than I thought two McDoubles could be naturally conceived. I was told “Thank you” as I left the establishment fully content with my choice for lunch. Thanks Kylie at McDonald’s, you and your team are killing the fast food game.

It's macdonalds, it's same old. Slower service on days the kids are working. The lady at the payment window on in the mornings is always nice atleast

They never get your order right.the guy never tells you your order back.just drive up.
The management team here has no concept of teamwork or anything to do with the customer experience.

Friendly staff, respected for Co-vid procedures and safety of others surrounding areas.
Nuggets were cold, forgot about the sauce we asked for, slow for orders inside.
Looks like they're in need of workers.

I havent gone to mcdonalds in over a year due to very sub par food (esquimalt store). The langford (lowes) restaurant has redeemed the good ol' McDonald's of old.
I missed my big mac's? , I have made up for a year of missed BIG MAC'S. Thank you Langford McDonalds?

The chicken McGriddle pancake sandwiches are a marvellous wonderful invention, crafted by humanoids who are, in truth, culinary gods, as I particularly enjoy this semi-weekly indulgence.

Did a mobile order confirmed and gave the code to the drive thru and they couldn't find it.guy told me I had to come in.sat in drive thru line up cause i couldnt get out.went In and was told their system can take up to ten minutes once you get there for it to load. NEED A SYSTEM UPGRADE rediculous. I had to sit in the restaurant and wait for it to show up in their system.

We went through the drive through and ordered Coke with our meals and it was watery then we got them replaced for iced tea and it was so much more watery then the coke

One of the few places in town for fast food that was lucky enough to already have a drive thru big enough to handle lockdown levels of traffic

Fries were cold, ask for fresh.
They forgot the 2nd patty on my partner's burger.
Replaced with a full meal when I called it in, which is positive at least.

Open 24hrs? Was just there (5: 40am). Locked with an employee by the door, on their phone. Just looked at me. Just wanted a coffee and got snubbed.

It was a nice meal. Now anyone who has never been to a McDonald's restaurant should really try it. I had the Big Mac which is two all beef Patty's special sauce lettuce cheese pickles onions on a sesame seed bun. With a side of fresh fries without salt. I washed it all down with a coke zero. Just after that I topped it all with a hot apple pie. Good food good prices. You owe it to yourself to dine at McDonald's.

Excellent drive through service with the best coffee of all the McDonald's locations on the south island!

Only problem is that McDonald's hasnt tet come witha "McHoagie". Was in the mood for a hiagie but had to have burger instead. Hurry up and create the McHoagie already. Cant believe it hasnt been done yet.

I go here when I go to uptown sometimes and EVERY TIME my fries are cold. Like I was just there after the LUNCH RUSH and my fries were room temp. I like hot fresh fries not re heated 2x and cold fries

This place is gross. I have a pic of something crawling in the ketchup dispenser. Today i grabbed a stir stick and got a handful. Stuck together

Half of my order was wrong, no big deal, I used the kiosk, my receipt showed the proper items, wasn't worth waiting to mention to the staff.

Place is filthy- Floors were sticky, Lots of food on the floor. Garbage areas not emptied and overflowing. Wheres the manager doing his/her job?
Food was slow and only fair. Will not be back. Quality control badly needed. Along with the girl taking my order getting it wrong and swearing loudly.

Always provides exactly what I expect, and I find myself there probably more than I should. Not fancy French cuisine, but for relatively inexpensive fast food, it is what I'm looking for.

Fastest service on this side of the tracks. They efficiently move through drive thru line ups while tending to customers inside as well. They seem to operate very smoothly and do not forget parts of your order. I reccomend this McDonalds.

McDonald's food. It's delicious. There always something special about a good old McDonald's cheese burger with fries and a coke. The service was good and the food came quick.

Completely disgusting even for a Mcdonalds. Clients dont clean their own garbage and staff dont seem to notice or care. Cant tell the last time the bathrooms were cleaned. Also ordered food from the kiosk and used the advertised table service. When it didnt come in 30 minutes I inquired. Staff said it didnt come up on their system but they had it ready.sitting cold. If you're going to mess up, at least accept responsibility.

- Food is often put in the back for a while.
- They never have apple pies
- People on the till have some sort of ego issues

Well, I was drawn into this joint by invitation over privately owned commercial radio while driving.

The pitch was "Two Egg McMuffin" sandwiches for $5 bux Canadian (plus tax).

I am happy to report it was all true. Simultaneously, there was also a special deal on coffee. Any side.

So I asked for that, too. The bill was $6 bux something and I got my food ticket. I appreciated handing over my money in nickels and dimes to the counter attendant who took it.

His name is Doug. He is a very nice older gentleman and he sports the McDonalds staff uniform very well.

That said, no sooner than I departed from the "Order" area and decamped to the "Pick-up" area, my number came up!

I grabbed my bag and my coffee and said: "Boy, was that fast! " and split the scene.

Downtown, Victoria, BC, Canada can be horrible. This location has remained consistently McDonalds Drive-In Restaurant for 40 years. It was both easy and spacious to maneuver a large vehicle in and out of the parking lot.

Truly, it was an awesome experience to get the goods at Pandora Street McDonalds Restaurant today. Drive in, Drive out.

Back in the day it was a place for teenagers to hang out. Sadly, the young teenagers who worked there for the $3.25 minimum wage in 1980 had to wear lime green polyester uniforms with disposable hats.

Thanks for affording your employees some dignity, McDonalds Restaurants (and franchisees) of Canada.

Also thanks for the Egg McMuffins! They are truly a fresh-cracked fried egg sandwich and clearly are the leader in such matters.

McDonald's has gotten far too expensive for me to visit more than once or twice a year. The food isn't good enough for what is charged and the wait times at this location are pretty long.

I just went there around 11pm through drive through and ordered vegetarian wrap cashier clearly said ok we can take chicken out and we took wrap and my daughter had bite and found there was chicken in it.
We all have fast (not to eat any non veg for 10 days and Macdonal had a very poor service).

Kinda messy. The food was typical of McDonald's. They were playing the NBA playoffs, so major props to them for that.

FINGER NAIL CLIPPINGS IN BIG MAC BOX! I ordered a big mac (and two wraps) from McDonald's on Saanich Road tonight. The first thing I noticed opening the big mac box was how burnt the edges of patties were, I was disappointed to say the least, but being as hungry as I was I took a bite anyway, it wasn't until after that bite though that I noticed two filthy finger nail clippings in the box which were hidden under my burger. I was absolutely disgusted and surprised that this could happen. I don't understand how this went unnoticed by the staff and it makes me question whether it was purposely done? Who knows, but either way this is absolutely gross and I don't think I can look at McDonalds the same way again. I hope something can be done about this dirty service.

Spent over half an hour (and still waiting, stuck, while posting this) in the drive through waiting for 3 burgers.
At 1am on a Monday morning.
Absolutely ridiculous.

Great has kiosks to order and many outlets to plug and charge devices. Very fast production line. Huge play area. Lots of seating (2 floors, 2nd floor is accessible by stairs only)

Menu is no different from other McDonalds. 2 level building. The upper is more quiet while the ground level is the business end.
However this location attracts a flow of families with kids.
Of the many McDonald's I've patronized this site has the filthiest floor almost like it's only cleaned once in a blue moon. Customers too has to share partial blame. I think management never look into how filthy their floor is compared to the other McDonalds.

It's McDonald's the food is ok not a must go to type of place but if you're in need of food then I guess you could go there, the food is brought out fast I guess but like I said it's only McDonald's and there are many different types of people who like to go there

Ordered thru skip the dishes and food arrived cold and with part of the order missing. It came with a sticker that says CHECKED FOR ACCURACY.
Tried calling 3 times and nobody would answer the phone
