Im so god damn tires of getting surprise egg on my mcmuffin.

I NEVER say egg.

I actually say "one sausage only mcmuffin" and there is still a 90% chance that these idiots manages to put an egg on it. Im at a loss for words at how inept this staff is.

I ordered from the restaurant, they packed fries and drinks but did not pack the 5 burgers we paid for.

We stopped and ordered 2 ice cream cones. The order took 10 minutes to get filled. It also was sitting on counter for a period of time before we received them. The back was full of staff only 2 customers plus us 2.
The place was a mess and and the ladies bathroom was a gross mess. I'd say poor management and no pride at this location

Always get my order wrong take forever to get food. Send me to second window if no one behind me. And make me wait 45 min or none friendly staff. Never eating their again mic Donald’s needs proper staff that knows how to read recipes and follow orders

Wana get your order messed up even more? Go two times in one day and it's even more of a guarantee. Went for 2 regular coffees in the am and got 2 iced coffee's instead, again went for 2 double cheeseburgers the same evening and got the complete wrong Burger and only one of them.
Guess that's how it is with training your employees by watching vedios on an iPad. Not bad, not bad eh?

Clean. Friendly service. Indoor order came fairly quickly given how many cars were occupying the drive thru.

I got to denote this screen tapping session as a calibration thus: two cups of coffee purchased with the same NEWish client card, tap feature capable and so, the start coffee was contactless, the end coffee was card insertion and the use of the Wifi, a parking lot with which I have become embarrassingly familiar, is the "minutes", as it were, - as it was and remains that parking lot where the previous card was "LOSTOLEN". Overall I would say they're pretty good, sometimes forgets to ask for a code, but food is good and all.

You know what this place is. The food quality is improving but it took forever service needs a lot of work

Dont pay for any extra mayonnaises or any extra because they wont put that in to your bag! They also wont accept that they didnt put it in very bad managment!

Tastes like the deep fryer oil is changes regularly. Fries are phenomenal! Burgers are way better then what you'd expect from a McDonald's, well put together and surprisingly. Juicy? Yea try one and tell me if I'm wrong.

It's fast food. Sometimes not that fast at service. It's a guessing game if your going to get fast food.

Food… Hey it's McDonald's it's filled the hollow spot. It would have got more stars but terrible parking options for commercial sized trucks

Easily the best McDonald’s location out of the nine in the Kelowna area. I got the pleasure of working here for two and a half years and dealt with many different customers, fellow employees and other corporate leads. Continuing on from a workplace and from a customer perspective the quality of products I always receive is always outstanding. Overall a great destination for a McDonald’s and one I highly recommend to anyone in search of a fast and fresh meal.

Best MCDonalds location in town. The absolute worst location is located right across from Orchard Park Mall - it appears all the order packers do is yack yack yack and always mess up your order, which you only find out when you get home (using drive through). The managers (or let’s say some) are not appointed based on any legit KSAOs and have absolutely no customer service skills. But at Old Vernon Road, they’re a cut above the rest!

Quality is good but the service is brutal, wish things could go back to in person ordering all this robot stuff takes all the joy

I did not receive a toy in my Happy Meal. This is outrageous! I wanted to play with my 1x3 inches Transformer nock-off.

I have deen Several times the only time I have good service is first thing in the morning This is my third time this week that I've been there in the afternoonAnd the third time I've gotten the wrong I've asked for a kid's meal chicken nuggets and I get a burgerAnd my coffee is cold

This place is very slow.ordered 2 double quarter pounders and after a long time finally got them but they were single quarter pounders. Went back to get it fixed, they took our platters and after about 10 minutes we got them back right this time. By this time our fries were cold. We stopped in at 12 and by the time we were actually ready to eat was 12: 35 and it wasn't actually that busy. Won't go back there again!

Very poor service. Very poor. Extremely unhappy with the Harvey Avenue location in Kelowna. Management offered no compensation for an order 40 minutes late as I waited until it was completed.

Wayyyy to slow to prepare my food. Probably one of the slowest mcds I’ve ever been to. Then they put my coffee in a cup that leaks so now there’s coffee everywhere in my car. Just wonderful

A quick service drive through for a quick snack.a little tricky getting in and out.but once you have been there once you will understand.lol

Coffee this evening was bitter/stale, maybe burnt. Definitely not a fresh brew. I guess that’s the problem with the drive through- you’re on the road again before you realize.

Absolutely the worst restaurant in the city. Waited over 20 minutes curbside (mobile order) for a burger on the menu. Problem.they don't serve the burger anymore. Add to the issues.had to go into the store and complain before they even started my order. And even then the food was cold and stale/dry. Don't waste your time.

Went for McHappy Day and this particular location had plenty going on. Despite being extremely busy, food was quick and accurate, and team was very friendly.

Every time I’ve gone to this location, they’ve never got my order right.
You want a black coffee? Here’s a triple triple.
You ordered a chicken wrap? Here’s a double cheese burger.
It’s amazing really, we should turn it into a game and see how wrong they can get your order.
That is if you’re willing to wait the 20 mins to even get said order.

Worst service asked for No 3 with 2 small coffees double double and found out after she gave us black. Rude person giving out food. I asked for ketchup and she told me that I need to ask at the start!

All the eggs were slimy undercooked, in our three sandwiches, they cleared the order off the board like it was done, but we had to wait another while and calling someone before getting order. Stay away!

The worst service I've ever encountered. Anywhere. We waited 30 minutes before we got our food, and that was only because I was at the counter asking. One staff member helped and was can, cool, and collected. A young man by the name of Matthew. Everyone. Else would avoid eye contact even the manager. I was going to post a picture of everyone standing therr in that restaurant, mad as hell. It was.insane. I will never go back.

Thy shouldnt close their store for cleaning at 11: 30.this should happen later when in the evning.it is supposed to be 24 hour service

They made us wait in reserve spot 2 15 min later we finally went in and it was just sitting there and the employees were talking. The fries were cold. The entire meal was cold. The big mac's had no cheese and were cold. We had just been travelling all day and needed food. Then when I phone x3 no one picked up. This is the worst service ever.

They served me food without wearing gloves and made my food without gloves I seen the person that made my food picking there noise and putting my food in the bag with no gloves on

It is my usual enjoyment of McDonald's, anywhere in the world that I have been to their restaurants: Cebu City, Philippines Kazan Russia San Francisco California St John's Newfoundland always consistent. Well done, year after year.
