McDonald's

I was at this location this morning I order by my mobile app and choose table service, but they don’t bring it to me when I asked Manager why is that? She rudely answer me wasn’t professional at all.

Came over on the Seabus and wanted something quick for food before going on a hike so decided on McDonald’s. The service was quick which was good and the food was the typical McDonald’s that you expect. Did enjoy that could see the ocean although wish that they had a patio area cause it looked like they could but it was closed.

Would go back!

Working with flying hair is unseemly and unhygienic.the girls have to pull their very long hair up and not leave it in a simple ponytail. From the mask and gloves to complete freedom without care for hygiene and the public.i will not go back again.

Ordered Junior chicken Burger without Mayo sauce and adding Habenaro sauce. Waiting for the order 215 then suddenly it became Now serving then disappeared from the board. Waited another 5 mins before inquiry and was asked to wait more. Then inquired after sometime again still asked to wait. Finally people who ordered before me and after me every got their orders. Inquired third time and managers went to check. After waiting we more time they brought my order of Burger without labels on Burgers which were different and melted ice cream. Asked to change the ice cream then left the location. When sat down to eat in the near park realized the burgers were without Mayo as asked but no Habenaro. What I waste of my time and money. Very disappointed with service and food.

I visited today and it was really bad experience. There was one girl maybe the manager named harjit. She was making fun of us when I asked for mayo packets. I told her that I can pay but she start talking in Punjabi and she is so typical lady. McDonald's should hire good people or good manager because McDonald's reputation is must.

Service at this location is very slow specially in the morning.
Overall cleaning is not good.

So very rude the staff here mostly the indian girl named Harjit! She’s very rude! I hope u can do something about that girl attitude. Very rude!

I did a Mobile order and they can NOT give me a cup of water for free.

There are flies in the bathroom and ants on the garabge can.

A lady named Elsa was very rude. I just asked for employee discount in my meal and she refused to give me. She really needs to work on her tone.

There food realy was disgusting other mcdonalds gave really delicious food but this ine was horrible my double cheeze burger was suggh like they dumped water all over it and j foud a gaur they said you put it your self i mean why the hell would i do that im a mcdonald lover myself but this one was the absolute worst they were so mean when j told them i want another one so pls dont go they were super mean to me her name was ragar and kaurl i will never come back ever again

The service is tooo slow am waiting there at least 20 minutes for my order and the worker are soo lazy. Instead of doing their job theyrun there and here doing nothing

Ordered a small cheeseburger no onions. When it came with onions I asked for a new one. After waiting another five minutes they gave me the same one back with onions mostly wiped off.

I just ordered a orange pekoe tea and asked the boy working there to warm it a bit as it become cold after milk or cream and i think its not a big deal it just takes 20-30 seconds. And if there should be a way of talking. The girl behind was raman as i heard the boy saying her name 3-4 times. She was so upset and said if you gonna add milk or cream it gonna become cold. I understand when its closing hour its hard to work under pressure of doing closing and making orders. But you are in food industry you chose this job and you should be nice while talking if can’t be polite. I too work in food industry and i know the value of customer service. We too get upset but we never do such kind of rude behaviour with customers.

Slow service and bad food. Served me an undercooked burger after taking 10 minutes to make it. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Unfortunately, I have to say about my feelings about being employed in this branch, that I had all the enthusiasm I had to work for a member of this family, but I was faced with unreasonable coercion and not understanding the conditions of a newcomer student. I was never against wearing uniform there, I just asked for time so that I could get them with my next month's salary, or at least get help from them to prepare clothes, but they informed me on the first day you coming tomorrow with black shoes and pants or never come here, and in my point of view not fair at all, and this issue was a very bad experience for me in dealing with this branch, and it left a very bad emotional impact on me.

Ordered french vanilla and asked for extra sugar, they did not put. Even the front manager girl is super disrespectful and talks with everyone in punjabi language and staff is talking to each other and not working

Owner please tell your manager and workers to talk in english

Me and my friends went to this McDonald’s late on Sunday night. We’re all having a good time and we’re like hey, let’s get a poutine! We were stuck between sushi and poutine and so we go into McDonald’s and they’re only taking cash. They didn’t tell us for how long or anything. We go outside and someone tells us they’ll be taking cards in 10 minutes, so we wait, we get in and we really want our poutine and guess what! THEY DONT SELL POUTINE! And NONE of their burgers come with tomato, extra 60 cents? FOR ONE PIECE OF TOMATO. Ridiculous. Hate this place but love McDonald’s, not this location, if you can avoid it, AVOID IT!

At night the bathroom was gross. Eight ppl on no one can clean them. Last week experience. Complained but they locked them up n said closed. Clean them after. If bunch ppl on why not clean them.

The manager wearing glasses is such a rude lady. The whole staff speaks punjabi and make fun of people who are waiting to get the meals. Please advise them to speak English at your workplace and concentrate on work instead of chit chatting

Busy place but found the staff working hard and keeping it clean. It was unfortunate someone for some reason decided to rip out the soap dispenser out of the men's bathroom.

This restaurant does not worth any star at all.
This is the worst McDonald or fast food restaurant I have ever had. Yesterday I ordered a big mac meal but no meat, sauce, pickled nor lettuce in it. I reported the missing to the staff. She claimed that I had taken a bite and refused for replacement. I said if I did not take a bite how I could detect there was no meat. The lady manager dropped by and said she could ask her staff to make a new one for me. She talked to her staff in Punjabi, and they swore at me in Punjabi which I was told by another lady customer. Later the lady manager changed her mind and gave me back the money for the big mac only and told me to go to other mcdonald to buy the big mac. I had to wait for my wife to finish her fillet-o-fish which I bought too. The manager called RCMP to send us out the restaurant.

Very rude staff and cold food they screwed up my order when I tried to go back they refused to speak English very rude

Immature staff dancing around upfront by the till as the line up grew as we waited for our order to be taken & when our order was ready I politely asked for Mc chicken sauce and was told there was a charge for that so we had to get back in line to pay $1.85 for 3 Mc chicken sauce packets. As I payed, I asked how long they've been charging for the packets, the guy asked a lady, a supervisor or manager, and she rudely said, "What are you asking me that for? Don't ask me! " I said, "I was the one inquiring" she didn't even turn around. The young man said, "I think we've been charging for the past 3 months. " I've never treated my customers like that. No pride in their work. We won't be going back to that location. (Londsdale Quay 157 Chadwick Court)

Order #'s go straight to now serving to look better to corporate. Took 24 minutes to get a burger.

Don't expect this mcdonalds to be fast. It's always busy with transit riders. One good thing, they've never messed up my order.

Ordered a decaf coffee, there was 3 other clients inside. She took my coffee from the same jar that she served the previous customer. I just asked her if it’s decaf, she served it again, from the same jar, pouring what I think was a cup of sugar. It was not a hard order, there wasn’t many people.it’s that so hard? And what is wrong with people working at McDonald’s in Canada, some doesn’t wear uniforms, they don’t wear a hair net and have long hair. Also, always checking their cellphones.

So yaki atmosphere. Not well maintained!
Not impressed by staff working there.
Not a clean environment.
Shows attitude to customers. Not friendly environment. If asked to clean the table they act rude. Disgusting place. No other location is like that.

After years without visiting a McD i decided to go back, i regret, not coming back again, mainly to this location, service was aweful, u can even here arguments between staff members in front of clients, place was very dirty and messy, cold hamburger, tables very dirty, simply aweful

If I could give less than 1 star I would as the service doesn't qualify for this store to even be a McDonalds - really poor experience. McDonalds should hire/schedule more staff when your supply truck makes its scheduled delivery. Waiting for over 10 minutes to place an order. I don't get it and feel for the staff who are slammed with customers doing their best. Jim Pike, please fix your store or allow someone to operate this store to the McDonals standard. Oh and after waiting so long I received a Big Mac without Big Mac sauce.mayo on a Big Mac.another error and a Big Mac with mayo is not the same taste at all!
