McDonald's

This store was slightly above average compared to other McDonald’s stores that I have been to. In the last visit, I ordered the Quarter Pounder meal and Fish Filet. The food was fresh. The service can be hit or miss at times. The manager and the staff were not really enthusiastic, but they will give you the takeout on time in fairness. Some tables were not clean? The washroom can be hit or miss.

The coffee at this location is so bad.like drinking a cup of hot cream and water.there’s no taste of coffee at all. I’m seeing this repeatedly especially in evenings.

The old lady at drive tru was always grumpy every time we went here she was always in a bad mood

Absolutely the greatest McDonalds I've ever been to. I'm visiting from Ontario, and let me say that I've never had a McDonalds with the level of ambiance and service that I had here. First thing is first, this place is well maintained, from the lawn outside to the tables inside. The washroom is spotless. The service is amazing, and staff are on and everything, making sure everything is done efficiently and amazing. I had the quarter pounder and fries, and it was the best McDonald's meal I ever had. The meat was absolutely flavor country. I'm glad I stopped in here.

I bring my dog here regularly to get meals on busy days when I don't have time to cook; it hasn't been a problem before, but then today I was kicked out without being allowed to order. If you're going to have an unnecessarily strict pet policy at least be consistent about it.

I paid 40 bucks for delivery and they didn't even give me the right sauces or drinks. Waste of money.

Best drive through McDonalds I’ve EVER had. Literally GOURMET quality fries, seasoned McNuggets, like a five star restaurant. Great service too!

Poor service. There was a time when the Golden Arches gave you the right service every time. However it is now rare when they get an order right. Both Marine locations have become sub par. The coffee usually tastes burnt/old. And when you just want your guilty pleasure shake but drive away with no straw.well. %@&*^##$! (direct quote). One star because I'm full at least.

Ordered a McChicken meal and a Big Mac. Used the game day offer code from the app without issue. Asked for the food to be made fresh and it was. The fries were very fresh and hot.

The toilets are the worst at this place and it takes so long to order no body comes in at the front to take the order

I ordered poutine 2 days back at midnight there was no gravy and the set of forks with that. I called back after reaching the home, had an conversation with the manager about this whole disappointment. She complied the mistake and ensure for the free meal (poutine and fries) whenever I visit there again. But tonight (11: 45pm) I visited there again and requested for the same by telling my complaint my name and phone number (that was mentioned by the manager in the compliant list on call). But, the manager refused. I think the customer service of this store is very awful. Will surely not visit there again and I will never suggest anyone to visit there.

Asked for mayo in 2 burgers…got no mayo in 2 burgers… fries were as if they had dipped them into water before. That was just a grape dinner. Used to be 10/10 back in the day.

Who put the kids in charge at night? No offense to the youth, most of them are doing a great job, but this particular location seems to be a complete joke at night, right after 10: 00pm when the doors shut, the Dolby surround sound gets full blast, and the drive thru starts to ramp up.
McDonald's is nice enough to offer $1 coffees, and $3 GameDay Bigmacs, (and mind you they rung us up full price on the coffees, until i said something about it). And I think most people are greatfull for the deals, but does it mean everyone should be getting treated poorly, and getting trash coffee, and the $1 offer not being applied. The list goes on there, I went through the drive thru there 2 weeks ago, and some childish worker was putting on an Australian accent, while his co-workers were snickering like infants. Clearly not from Australia. And not fooling anyone, btw, extremely racist.what happened to quality control?

The lines are generally short here. There's a outdoor seating area as well for anyone who's interested.

Ok the place deserves a five-star cause of how clean everything is and how the team is Management doing a got job it's corporate that I have issues with come-on people look at your compation there all seeing it but you guys are missing the boat you know something I would of thought it would half been you guys first on the bandwagon with what you menus of the past you know like the crazy sandwiches but I guess you're all just dirty food eaters but I tell you one thing if I was a head banana there be a big freaking difference in choice of food I e non-dirty food items on your menus okay nothing else you get a five if you do from me take care everybody

Their ice cream machine is always out of service. I was there at 11: 22pm.

At least the milk crates aren't blocking the drive thru by 1pm

Service is good in this location. Accurate and fast. I can feel the teamwork is there. Everyone seems to know what is going on and what needs to be done.

Dinning area is usually clean.

I read the review of my frd regarding poutine and i will never recommend this to anyone and will not visit again

Super slow restaurant.doesn't know how to treat any human being. Even with 5 workers they don't have a single customer in drive thru in night but still doesn't step out to inform couriers for their orders

Food is as expected, have been coming here on and off for a while exclusively through the drive-through, they get the order correct 95% of the time, just double check any modifications you made to your order, this is where I have requested/paid for extra things I have not received.

I was going through the drive-thru today and I ordered a double filet-o-fish meal for my partner and a sausage 'n egg mcmuffin for myself. I spoke to the woman on the speaker and I took maybe 5 seconds to think of what to get and she says in the most rude, loud voice to me, "HELLOOO. " Not nice at all. We also received a single filet-o-fish sandwich instead of a double. Very unprofessional and terrible service at this location.

I was coming down from work, ordered food from mobile app. It confirmed and i was going to pick from drive thru but there was something in the way of drive thru. I think it was closed. But when i was trying to get somebody's attention from inside, most of them sit on table and talking to each other. I ordered only coffee and they were just so rude and so careless. Didnt get my money back and my food.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. If you are here for drive through, make sure you have at least half an hour because you will be forgotten and kept waiting in the parking lot forever. Better go to some other place. Careless staff. Take this review seriously

I seriously can’t believe this I had enough!
I get a ice coffee every morning from there and about 80% of the time they forget to put the vanilla syrup in it and i do as for it even says it in my receipt and i just can’t believe they forget it its really simple to make (I used to work at McDonald’s for 2-3 years)
Anyways this morning i go there, they give me the wrong lid for it so I spilled my drink and most importantly there was only 3-4 ice cubes in it (its called ice coffee not room temperature coffee)
Overall i do not recommend this McDonald’s and I’m going to reach the store manager to take care of this. Unbelievable!

It's great and the food was tasty! The only downside for me was that annoying beeping coming from the side of the kitchen. Not sure what was that. Thank you.

I work as a delivery driver. They start making the order when I reach there. They have no respect for Delivery couriers time. Always need to wait 5-10 mins to once you reach the restaurant.

Two car drive thru that's always slower than a one lane for some reason even with no cars in it. Indoor play area, parking for app and uber. Out door seating.

I WENT THRU THE DRIVE THRU AT 2 AM TODAY. ORDERED A COFFEE. SHE GAVE ME A COLD COFFEE THAT WAS SITTING ON THE COUNTER FOR ANOTHER CUSGOMER.

5 stars for that Girl who work mostly in late night to early morning shifts! She speaks so sophisticated and sweet! Even though I don't know her name! She's a slim girl and mostly her duty is on 2nd window at drive thru! She's works with cheerish mood every morning. Such happy faces lead to a good start of a day! Keep like that

Cashier busy on his phone but took my order after all, food looks cold so I asked to heat up a little bit, no refills and only a few tables to be seated

Worst experience ever, poor and pathetic customer service, nobody was there to take orders and the employees argued with us.

I am gonna be fair and give 3 out of five Star because face it, it is McDonald's. McDonald's is quick, lest costly with the same or better quality as other fast food restaurants, great place for young children (coronavirus may effect the Play place here, not sure I didn't check), and you always know what you are getting.fast food with no sleasy greasy spoon surprises. Only fast food restaurant that I am willing to give such a high Star count: 3/5

I work down the street from this location with the City of Vancouver. Not only is this location convenient, it also has the best customer service! I have to give a special shout out to Sunny. Well done!

Your food is really awesome customer service is just ok but when I went through the drive-thru at the very end of the right line in front of the cashier window on the right hand side my car hit on the curved because curve is built on the straight way.which is awful I bent my rim. How would you know in the nighttime like there is a curb or whether portolite over there

I saw rats in their kitchen and they refused to even acknowledge their existence when I told them to look behind them by their feet.

Really gross.

This location of McDonald’s where staffs are unprofessional. I stood in restaurant for 5 mins, no one wanna ask me for order, just seeing me and ignore me!

There is curve in drive throw which is built at wrong place near ordering area. Which is very wrong at hit my car.

I can't even count how many times I got my food home and found out there was no sauce nor ketchup, and those were the good days! There were times that multiple items missing. No, I did not check my bag, because I was in a hurry, or else I would've chosen a proper sit down dinners somewhere else. Do we need to be treated this badly when we are busy? Sigh~~~

The new fish and chips is disgusting. The fish is very dry and does not seem like real fish. The fries are a soggy mess from the fish being on top of them. I walked less then 2 blocks home. My food should not have been this gross.
Go back to the drawing board Macdonald's. And never give 2.small bites as a fish dinner. Way too small.

Worst macdonalds in town literally the last 5 visits were missing something and always forgetting the bacon! Very annoying

Doesn't matter when you go, SOMETHING you wanted is always out of order or stock. Salad you want, ice cream, burger sauce, etc. Usually out of ketchup/napkins constantly as well.

This location truly deserves 0 stars. The customer service is terrible, nobody knows how to smile probably because they are miserable working there. The wait time is ridiculously long even if you buy a flipping COFFEE and if you do buy a coffee then it purely tastes disgusting. Never brewed right OR made correctly if you ask for cream and sugar. What on earth has happened at thia location? Too many NEWBIES working.

The consistency at this location varies greatly. Sometimes it's great service, clean, and organized. Other times it's chaotic, dirty, condiments are unavailable, staff are not helpful. The washrooms feel like you're at a location in the DTES.
