McDonald's

First of all I ordered a 10-piece McNuggets and two were missing. Then my chicken sandwich was incredibly dry. That says a lot about the place. Then when I went to grab my drink in the fountain and there was no lids or straws. I asked a staff member and he either didn’t want to help or didn’t know the workplace at all. He was turning around looking for lids and told me “I don’t think we have lids anymore”. Turned around a bit more and then found lids just from the back counter. Bad service, bad food, and the guy preparing the order doesn’t know how to count to 10. Don’t come to this location.

Every time, i visit this mcd there’s a notice of now hiring. When i apply there no response even i ask staff for hiring they say yes we are hiring but they never say anything else like how i will get a response.
Once i asked manager about hiring.
Manager was very rude and said rudely you can go online just apply online and left. Not even answered me properly.
Really they are worst. Just posting fake hiring.

Disrespectful stuff especially the girl on the cashier. Please MC. Choose a nice person's facing the customers. Letting customer waiting for a very long time without any reason or respect!

I've been to this place many times and compared to other mcdonalds, this one is always clean

The service was quick aswell and the food is served no more than a few minutes

Only issue food wasn't as good as I expected. Fries are always very salty, ice coffees/ hot coffee not so well mixed, burgers always comes out as a mess (beside fish fillet)

I came at 11: 20pm, there were 4 people waiting in line.

I ordered 10 pieces of chicken nuggets with 2 habanero dipping sauce to go, after 40 minutes of chaotic show of how incompetent the workers are I finally got my 10 pcs of nuggets with barbeque, mustard, sweet sour dipping. Not my habanero dipping.but at least the cashier (her name was Eesha or something) said sorry for the wait and that was polite.

The other guy ordered a burger but he did not get his burger in the order, only two large cups of soda.he was upset too.

I understand things like this happens all the time in food service industry, because I also worked in service industry but you guys need to keep up with McD's standart because it's a fast food chain restaurant and that name comes from reasonably quick service.

Also please take off the open 24 hours sign outside. It's been a while since you guys close at midnight.

I visited so many times customer service is really good today I visit to eat there is manager here I don't know about her name but she's really nice she treat me a very nice way lots of love for her

Food was good but had to wait 5+ minutes after ordering for a basic Mcmuffin breakfast meal. Won't go to this location again if I'm on the way to work.

Just went to get chicken nugget meal. Waited 1/2 hour to order because the cashier was just doing I could not see what with the cash machine. Finally, we asked her if we should leave and she said oh, let me use the other cash register. No apologies or explanation.

Overall good, but my cheeseburger wasn't as good as usual. The patty was dry and my burger didn't have enough sauce.

Asked for a sundae with caramel in the middle and the top, and the employee delivered perfectly.would recommend this place

I’ve been avoiding this location because it doesn’t have a drive-thru. But it was on my way so I stopped to get breakfast. I ordered a sausage and egg McGriddle combo with an extra large double double. I received a small coffee and McMuffin. There’s only 3 items in a combo and 2 were wrong. Not a good rate at all

Breakfast at McDonald's. Everything was exactly as expected which is a good thing. Not going to find anything new here, but if you are looking to fill the void this should do the trick.

Standard McDonalds on the corner of busy intersection; limited parking in the rear and no drive through. However, the service at this location is very good. Has all the standard fare of McDonalds. All COVID precautions being observed currently.

Garbage customer service, I went there yesterday and asked for straw and the lady threw the straw on the counter without the eye contact. They should teach their workers some customer service because I didn't ask it for free, I paid for it. Spoiled my mood with their stupid unnecessary attitude, and store was dirty too.

Doesn't have a drive-thru and service was a bit slow. But it does have 2 curbside pick up stalls.

Saw someone drop cheese on the floor and put it back to use for a burger.
Do not eat here

A smaller store but has all the menu items you would want. Open 24 hours (but best to double check during the pandemic. Free surface parking in their lot. #letsguide #covid

Really bad experience everytime if you order in store or from skip. Third time I order orange pekoe and again make my order wrong. I wanna ask why? Can you work with full concentration please otherwise shut the store or change the staff. Cold food you serve everytime.

Dont order the breakfast items with eggs everytime I've gotten an bacon or sausage mcegger I've always found a shell and completely ruins my appetite

Because they did not care about health.they did not use gloves and other tool provided for not touching hand to foods

Normally I am going always late night to the This McDonald’s Staff I never seen wearing gloves when they making sandwich cleaning and touching food without Gloves

Bad management. Ivan, the terrible, needs to learn how to treat all of his customers with respect and consideration. Especially elderly customers who may take longer to eat and drink coffee. A business is only as good as its manager.

Never go to this McDonald's because they wait me for 30 min and after that Kevin and brayan told me just more 5 min this is the worst experience i ever had so never go.

Although this location is lacking a drive thru and more parking spaces they made up for it in service. The manager taking orders was pleasant and very efficient. The team worked well inside and orders came out quick.

Small but cozy. The restaurant is located in a convenient place for commuters. The washroom is not very clean though.

Don't expect them to answer phones. Always messes up orders. Go anywhere else. I have never had a good experience there and have tried multiple times.

This McDonald's has messed up my Uber Eats order on multiple occasions (more than 5 times) and they take more than an hour to make there food at midnight I don't think they are that busy at midnight!

The owner should be ashamed, humiliated and humbled at the horrible quality of food and service their restaurant is delivering.
Any supporting managers should be equally as humiliated as they are responsible.
1.10 minutes for 2 fries and one cone.
2. Did not give me a receipt.
3. THEY ARE USING NASTY DANK A$$ OLD OIL!
4. Deny food modification requests.

The fries were SO bitter and disgusting that I had to throw them away. They stank up my car and my clothes.

Wouldn’t feed that trash to a stray dog.
I’ve contacted corporate.

Don’t buy from these guys. There’s better locations with better management.

Order a Big Mac Meal with 2 Burgers. All the send me is 2 burgers. After calling them 15 times and finally getting through, I had a "manager" try and tell me theres nothing they can do after I already gave them my money.

It is McDonalds though, so i guess mediocrity is shooting a little too high.

My junior chicken sandwich was over cooked and dry and bun was burnt otherwise the coffee was good and the staff was friendly

The night staff on Wednesday around 11 she was so illiterate she doesn’t know how to talk she was making fun of me i just ask for mayo she said we charge for I work in mcd too our restaurant doesn’t charge for it but anyhow thos is about the way to talk to your customers the manager is also being so rude i will never recommend customer to go there they were not even talk in English they talking in their own language and making fun of me this is ridiculous shame on you people

I really love this place. Tons and tons of food to choose and I couldn't even choose what to eat. It's an amazing place, cashier peeps are friendly. I definitely recommend you to check this place out.

My favorite McDs … love to see Sarita in drive thru lane.she is very hospitable and acknowledges your presence and visit.

It took 15 minutes to get 3 coffees then they were not done correctly. Buyer beware taste first before you leave the store! Was way too sweet. Also getting into this outlet is seriously hard. That took us 10 minutes going around to get a parking spot. So almost 30 minutes to get a coffee was a bit much. They are all catering to the mobile users first.

They are the worst people.first they serve badly and then they add to the meal what other person don't eat.

Ordered on Uber eats a Big Mac meal with fries and Root Beer and six nuggets with bbq sauces. Instead I got 4 junior chickens and 3 McDoubles. How do you f up an order so badly? !

Only Mcdonald that serve hot food in late night hour within 20km. Other Mcdonald doesn't give a cap about hot food suppose to be hot.

Good food but check your order before leaving the counter.about half the time short or wrong item.something extra about one on twenty.strange they aren't on commission.

Pretty spacious and a calming atmosphere. Dont really eat much McDonalds, but the experience here was good.

A small McD, so line ups are a bit slower compared to larger places due to less staff. Other than that they are pretty ok. They haven't messed up my order yet.

Only good thing about it was the 3$ big max deal.but they limited 3 per order.and also ran out of big mac sauce.

Ordered a simple order maybe 4 items. After paying for the items through Uber eats and paying 2 extra new fees for the service, the McDonald’s people forgot the 2 pies which were for my little brother, and instead they threw this really old stale carrot muffin that I kid you not it was either from the early morning or from yesterday. It was hard as a rock and disgusting as well as the burger they made.

Only go here when you have coupons. Pricing has steadily climbed since they started throwing out coupons. Maybe if they stopped issuing coupons and lowered their prices, people will stop feeling ripped off.

They're the Banana Republic of fast food chains.

Good service, friendly staff. Although it's McDonald's, the food I got the other day was well thought-out with all the ingredients and amount of sauce. I guess the cook in kitchen that day really loves cooking.

This is my favorite McDonald's in the lower Mainland. I stop by every morning on the way to work. The morning crew is a joy to watch in action, and always friendly and welcoming.

Usually don't order or eat at McD's. This time, I decided, sure why not.waited for a breakfast wrap to get made fresh, it came wrong - I wanted bacon not sausage. Came back, and they made a bacon one - this time took 1 minute after saying it's fresh. When I got it, I checked, bacon was barely cooked. Wanted money back. No apologies from Manager who was clueless. Not even an eye contact.

My favourite location to go to since a very long time. Since I work close by I end up buying some lunch. The new kiosk have made it a lot more simpler and it's even better if someone just orders straight from the app. Great staff, ways friendly and they offer fast service

Well it's McDonald's. I got the food I was expecting. The place itself is good with decent service. Nothing wrong with the place so ya.
