Would give 0 if I could, poor service, just a mocha and a McDouble took more than 15 mins, SERIOUSLY? Whenever you ask is just “oh it’s coming up” Never ever come to this store especially if you are in a rush

I had a much needed medium coffee and my favorite fish sandwich. Only bad thing. Bathrooms need to be kept cleaner

After increasing customer inconveniences.mostly due to politician’s green-virtue signaling (Eco Theater). Paying for bags, paper straws, wooden cutlery etc…I get that all that’s likely out of your control.

There’s been many other reasons to stop going there…but your decision to no longer offer peanuts for sundaes (and no more strawberry sauce) …has now removed any remaining desire to ever again visit your drive thru.

I guess we should be thankful your ice cream machine was actually working for what is our last visit. Take care.

I think the location need to be updated. The drink station need to be cleaned up. It was messy.

This was a great location but now anytime we’ve gone food has been gross or items cold. Today had mchickens & lettuce they used was old it was soggy fries stale.

Honestly I Just come here For a coffee mostly Or I hop across the road to leons i go back and forth. This mcdonalds is very Quick and very Efficient. Workers you can tell work Very Hard. I give 5 stars For Them.

Imo the decor at this location is kind of moderm European and is the redeeming factor. Other than that, this is an average McDonald's.

It's a tidy place and the service is quick and incredibly friendly! I love to stop by here before or after work for a small energizer. All the food I've been served here has all been freshly made and not stale or cold at all!

My hamburger was made very poorly and cheap. It had one pickle and barely any mustard and ketchup. They didn’t even put onion on it or the extra pickle that should be on it. And wanted to order ice cream cone but their machine was down. This also isn’t the first time going where the hamburger was done poorly so I am deciding to write a review because it wasn’t just a one off. $2.50 for a hamburger that wasn’t even done right!

The service at this location has dropped off considerably the last 2 years or so. You can never get your code theough to the person your ordering feom necause they cant understand enlglish. The staff have stolen the monopoly cups from my purchase 6 times now. They get the customers to line up at the windows ahead then slip them the boxes and cups without the monopoly pieces. When I ask they always have cups with the monopoly.but leave it to you to notice that they shorted you.

I had 4 orders, of which they screwed up 3. The lady at the front counter also had unbelievable BO. Otherwise, it was a pretty generic McDonald’s. The usual.

After waiting in line for almost 10 minutes, she said that they don't have hot chocolate to serve! After Renewing looks Nice.

The staff here are 100% incompetent they never listen to what your saying they just keep interrupting when your trying to place an order and this why the useless staff always get the order wrong it’s pathetic

The second time they have served me absolutely disgusting watered down orange juice and apple juice. It’s disgusting and they are probably doing it to make it last longer. Stop doing it.

Again i made an order and my apple juice and orange juice is watered down. I will update my reviews from now on every time its done until it stops

We just went through the drive thru around 8am and ordered some coffee and sausage egg muffins. We were pulled when there wasn’t a line which bad enough but what really made this experience horrible is the tiny window where the lady through the food at us and split the coffee down our vehicle. This was horrible. Plus she didn’t even give us a receipt so I could do a proper survey through McDonald’s website.
We won’t be returning to this location. Train your employees better because this was horrible service.

Between the escalating prices, down sizing of portions (a Big Mac being a Medium Mac at best), mediocre customer service and sloppy assembly of product: this is probably my last visit ever to the Sagging Arches.

Please please please mix your drinks and McFlurrys. I’ve been ordering from this location for over a year since moving here and I’m so frustrated. I’m actually curious to know if McDonald’s mixes the coffees. I’ve dealt with rude, snappy and confrontational employees there and I can deal with that, but just mix the drinks! Every time, and I literally mean every time I order a coffee, McFlurry or anything that requires mixing I’m left having to mix it in my car while driving. I had a mocha and thought someone forgot to put the chocolate syrup in it but once I drank it to almost the bottom I realized, it did in fact have chocolate in it, it was just not mixed. Same thing with iced coffees. The syrup is always visible and left at the bottom. I just don’t understand how you can mix a McFlurry only at the top and leave the rest unmixed. If your going to attempt to mix it at least do it right. The employees are just so so careless.

Honestly i don’t understand why they make cars wait on the left side after the pick up window. The window for that spot is far away from the parking spot and they struggle to hand it to you. I understand if they are busy but they move you to that spot even when no car is behind you. Either move the window closer or build a second window.

Inside looks fantastic after their renovation! Food is great, service is good and all is well.

But the person who planned out the new 3rd drive through window got it wrong.

The window is too close to the street side (east). It needed to be at least a few more feet closer to the main drive through window (west)

It is so far for the worker to stretch to hand us (the drivers) the food. We need to reach more than we need to. This would be hard for seniors.

Part of the issue is there is a huge planter before sidewalk at end with a tight corner to make to avoid it. It is poorly designed, even after the recent renovation.

I wish everyone was like Carla in at the morning drive through. So cheerful. The washrooms are scary dirty and sometimes has street people druggies. Pan handlers gotta go. We'll NEVER sit inside again. Shame since it's nicely renovated. 152 & 17 location.

Asked for a chocolate milk shake TWICE and they didn't tell me that they didn't have chocolate. Then they just gave me a VANILLA shake with out asking if I would like it.

Avoid ordering from this location, go to another. They are scamming people by charging for a paper bag. The same paper bag you've gotten from McDonald's restaurants for years.

I'm ordering in the drive thru and get asked if a want a paper bag for an extra charge. I'm in the drive thru.of course I want a bag, I need a bag. This location should be ashamed of charging a bag! Never been charged for a bag at any other McDonald's location.

Not only is the ice cream machine never available, the drink I ordered instead of the milkshake was incorrect.the fries barely had any salt on them and the quarter pounder had so much mayo on it, all you could taste was mayo and a little bit of meat. Will avoid this location in the future.

Ever since this location was renovated, I see all new staff and the service has been terrible. From the moment you arrive you get attitude, no hello’s or reiteration of your order. So the orders have been wrong every time and when I try to explain what’s wrong or missing, they refuse to listen and say I got what I payed for. I’m done …

Be prepared to deal with a crack head or two coming to this MickeyD’s past 12 o’clock noon. This place in known for a little something called pooks, basically the last people you’d be wanting to be hanging around with… Come to McD’s for human meat and a good time shooting up herion with the boys.

Hi! After downloading the app, one must scan the given QR within the app in its category BEFORE PURCHASE to receive points. (I thought using the coupon code gave the points) anyways, load the app find your coupon present it. SCAN THE QR then order.and purchase.the app explains it if you pay attention and take time to go through the "learn more". My offers had a big mac for 2+ tax.receeipt said take out total. 2.10.discounted 3 n change.i got back 2n change from a 5.no complains. That was actually first use of the app and I was impressed... Now to practice using the app before making the purchase. Thanks!

Tried the new chicken sandwich with ghost peppers. It was great and spicy. Store was clean and well organized.

Extremely busy, chaotic, frustrated, rude staff. My order was mixed up twice and ended with wrong and missing items. The coffee cups were from the right order, the bag contents were from a different order. Barely cooked hash browns. A few panhandlers inside the restaurant. One of the worse places to have a meal, not good at all.

Don't forget to ask for a bag at the drive thru, or they'll just start hurling fries into your car.

Newly renovated look makes the place more open and has more seating. Clean and tidy areas conducive for dining in.

Restaurant outside maybe on the older side but the inside looks great. Fast service and great quality burgers and fries.

Very practical for a busy day. Fast food with many locations and Mc Donald's always offers delicious meals.

It's always fun when they forget half your order, then when you go back to try to get the other half of your order that was forgotten, all they give you is stale McNuggets that taste like they have been sitting there for hours.

The service was friendly and coffee was awesome. I had a great conversation with the store staff while waiting for my coffee.

Racist staff in this mcdonalds location. Literally only person in line, my order comes up, she asks to see my receipt to confirm that's my order and is full of suspicion. Stereotyping is not cool.

Changing an old good review to bad.

They routinely have a bad attitude at the window, they use 3 windows and try to send 2 cars to the pull in window which fits 1. They charged me full price for my app order and told me to use the app next time.

Think I'll go somewhere properly managed from now on.

Been coming to this one for a while, but only out of necessity, not many breakfast options in the area unfortunately. Customer service at this location is it's worst aspect, which normally you could skip most of it by using the electronic pos system, however don't bother because it will be out of printer ink. Employees are generally rude, and frequently get rotated out as I never see someone more then a few times, which is frankly sad. 50% of the time your order will be wrong, so make sure you check the bag before you go, and then will ultimately have to wait for 15mins for someone to fix it even with no lineup and tons off staff.

Not sure if everyone is aware, the quality of McDonalds food differs from store to store even though they use the same recipe, raw materials etc. This store at the Semiahmoo centre is one of our family's favourite store because they serve fresh fries and bun, fresh crunchy lettuce etc. But why am I giving it a 1 star - well, this is for their service. It may sound like an exaggeration but at least for the past 5-6 orders they have routinely forgotten at least 1 item from the order. It started when they gave crispy chicken when we had ordered grilled chicken for the wrap. We usually go drive-thru and it is a real pain to go back, wait in line again and get it sorted out. A few times they forgot to keep straws which is horrible, and one time forgot to add the toy for my 6 year old's happy meal. He was devastated. A few days back, they listed poutine in their menu which is my 11 year old's favourite and when we moved away from the drive-thru we found they had given fries instead. We took the pain of going all the way back and on reaching the counter they said, poutine is unavailable due to floods in BC. They could've mentioned when handing over the food at the counter and saved a round trip for us.

Overall, I would be happy to see their service improve in the near future which might make me reconsider the rating. We still like the food they serve though.

This has happened for the second time within 1 month for me. I got a egg and sausage McMuffin and I started chewing egg shells, I wasn’t happy but I didn’t bother making a review or contacting McDonald’s because they always fail. But the fact I got another within a month and I just chewed multiple eggshells? ! Are you kidding me, these people are being paid $17.50 an hour and can’t crack an egg! What a joke. Disgusting, I don’t want to be chomping down on egg shells

The new decor of this place is really cool especially the two person booths near the front is so cute.the food was fine, what you would expect from your average McDonald's, I feel like there ice-cream machine is always not working. Also heads up around lunch time so 11-12 and after school so like 2 is when a bunch of teens go there, of course I am one of them but it could get noisy, crowded and a little bit annoying on those times.

Go to a different McDonald's, the new staff are undertrained and forget to put things on the sandwiches!

We visit here regularly. The service is nice. Drive through goes fast every time.and the staff remember our names.

Worst McDonald’s ever. The staff is so rude. When something is t right. They really don’t care. They never owe up to there mistakes and never want to change them. The restaurant is always a disaster just dirty and gross. When I walked in restaurant there was a big spill on the floor. No one went to clean it. I was there for 29 minutes. Was never cleaned. All tables were disgusting as well. They weren’t even that busy. Lazy lazy lazy

Its really good to download their app as so many offers available and u get to choose easily. The burgers are yumm but don’t expect the size of burger as of whopper (actually I expected), overall 5 stars for the taste n service.

Obviously I get home and check my bag and I got only 2 sandhwiches, these guys are morons through and through

Twice I have stopped by this location hoping to pick up a quick meal on my way home from work and even though each time I arrive 40 mins to an hour before their closing time, the doors where locked. I have worked in the service industry and I can understand the urge to close early but it is still completely unacceptable. I will be sending a complaint to corporate.

Very unclean place. There was one clean table upstairs. The rest were dirty or had left over food on them the entire time my son and I were upstairs (over an hour) no one came to clean. The table beside us was unsafe to use and wobbled pretty bad and I guess is coming out from being bolted to the floor. The bathrooms were terrible, the only one that looked good enough to use had a beer can on the ground. On a Sunday afternoon?

Its one of the smaller versions of Mickey D's and therefore a smaller menu and smaller staff equaling slower service. So that's why its just ok. Oh and it being in a Walmart doesn't help with the Ambience.

Coffee better than Starbuck, Blenz, or any other coffee joint considering that the strenght is not underwhelming. Althought that for specialized coffee like latte or other. I would not suggest Mcdo even if cheaper. Best fast joint deals for coffee.

The coffee is good but, I have to admit. It is very dirty and tables and chairs need some disinfecting, as well as the filthy floors. Upstairs where the kids can play is so dirty, tables all sticky. I have to say I have been sitting here drinking my coffee for a while. And not one employee has come out to wipe up tables after I have watched people leave. This could be a wonderful McDonalds, but yes I worry about the filth.

Most DISGUSTING playplace ever. Not only dirty, but very inappropriate drawings and writing inside. Seriously how can they even operate with how nauseating this place is. Worst mcdonalds I've been to. Dont let your kids play here. I dont think it's been cleaned in years, even the railing going up to the play place is disgusting and super sticky. Ugh

Be careful about the drive thru in this store！Always cheat on their drive thru！Always！Cannot bear any more！Need to say something！

This mcdonald’s is careless, i would not recommend ordering any “seriously chicken” as when i ordered mine it was delivered with a beef burger and no chicken. I am allergic to beef so you can assume my disappointment when the burger came with beef.

Not the fast food you would want from a McDonald's restaurant. Food is okay but service speed needs a revamp. Also, cleanliness of the restaurant as a whole needs improvement. Washrooms need to be checked and maintained. Garbage and food waste on the tables needs to be cleaned and tables wiped so patrons can come and sit to eat their meals when dining in.

It is a good place but I will give them two stars for now. They need to improve on cleanliness, I sat near the glass window and I realised that they were dusty.

The garbage bin was also full, I am not sure how many times in a day they do empty it but I believe the garbage bin needs to be emptied each time it's full!

All in all it is a great place, the employees are great!

Honestly. I get more mistakes than correct orders. Today when I tried to use the comped meal I was promised for a bad order, I was told they couldn't do it because it was too old (2 or 3 weeks). And also that if something is wrong I should come back right away so they can replace the meal.

If I am using a McDonalds drive through it's because I am short on time to begin with. By the time I discover something is wrong I am already blocks away, sometimes further depending on what's going on.

But I have been asked to pull ahead to check my order. And I have been asked not to stop in the reserved pick up spot (the only place to pull over before you are forced to merge into traffic) because they might need it. Then the only way to turn is right and you either have to circle the entire mall to get back to the entrance, OR manage to cut across 2 lanes of traffic to get into the left turn lane that is about 4 car lengths down the road to turn left again down a back alley and then left again across traffic and near a busy corner to start to head back to the entrance.

Well.what do you want from me? You make a mistake and I am out of luck on that, serves me right for getting food there to begin with? Do you want business or not?

Very dissatisfied with management at the 152 and martin drive surrey bc location, Harwinder the manger there has kicked us out multiple times 5 - 10 minutes after we have ordered food even though there is a sign that says we have 30 minutes after purchase and it isn’t like they are busy.

Haven't been to a MacDonalds for hot food in years, just an occasional coffee. Surprisingly the same as I remembered, but my expectations were not high, just because. The burger hadn't changed much, just smaller. The ice cream was very similar to the pre-mix and nice and cold. This McDonald's is located beside the Semiahmoo Mall boundary and is not part of the Semiahmoo Mall.

Well, my English grammar is not very good. The counter sales receiver could not understand me when I placed an order for the BIG BREAKFAST × 2 and place one BIG BREAKFAST into one plastic container, thus saving the proprietor $. 40 cts.on the extra plastic lid and extra styro.bottom that eventually makes it's way to the landfill site and will still be there 25,000 years from now. I got'sta go back to skool and learn my ENGLISH BETTER.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a McChicken meal. The burger was barely warm and I suspect that is why I woke up in the night sick and have been sick all day. Did call and manager said thank you for letting me know.

Love the coffee and danishes, especially the blue berry cream cheese one. Service at McDonalds is always amazing and readily do they get your order wrong. (Note to self: comment on the one Tim Hortons which have literally always messed my order.). So McDonalds has the best coffee bean and are consistently good and consistent.
