Drive always forgets an item especially graveyard hours. Ice cream machine always broken. Lots of young people hanging around.

This place frequently makes my order wrong, forgets items, most of the time the food is luke-warm. The staff sucks, their attitude is terrible, they are incompetent and can’t seem to do anything right. I only go here because it’s the closest to my house and convenient.

Hey it's McDonald's. This location seems pretty consistent and staff are friendly.

Walked in on the 16/7 and ordered a bagel and a coffee. Order number 253. Got a rock hard day old bagel that was just horrific. Took it back to the counter and not a single apology. They just took it off me and dumped it in the garbage. I asked them just to give a muffin which was obviously horrible and something I would never eat but I was starving and was in a rush so I had to make do. Never would I have expected such low quality and terrible customer service at McDonalds. That would be my last visit to a McDonalds forever. Truly disgusting.

Management is awful
All new employees from out of the country, hard to understand their English and they have the poorest customer service skills
Always mess up orders. Ordered 20 piece nuggets for my kids and paid for sauce - no sauce and only 16 nuggets in the box
Fries were cold and paid for tartar sauce too
To our disappointment no sauces in the bag, my child can’t eat without ketchup or sweet and sour sauce and my partners burger had no lettuce (that I was charged for).
When I called the manger was extremely rude and didn’t care, and hung up instead of apologizing. Very odd management

Staff is always very nice, but quality of both drinks and food has gone down substantially! I bought 2 donuts and both were rock hard! So tough to bite into that i dipped them in coffee and still a bit too doughy. Also Iced coffee tasted burnt and I got coffee for my dad who’s a diabetic so I asked for Splenda instead of sugar and they didn’t put anything in, no sugar, no Splenda, even though in my mobile order and when going through drive through I mentioned both times did you guys put 5 Splendas.

I don’t know why it says that open drive through 24hrs I’ve been there several times las 2 weeks around 2am sometimes 3am and they said we are not taking orders at this moment?

The best McDonald's in the area. You know what you're getting when you order McDonalds, so while it's not amazing, the quality is at least always "good" when I order from here.

Burger was a great but my large fries were basically a medium because they were less than 3/4 full and they were cold. Thanks.

Lol. Always something not right about our order at this location for the past 10 years. Think I'm 2to50 in accuracy. All good apparently the goto is that everyone's stressed during covid as one of the managers put it

Yes I'm stressed aswell but I offer top notch service to my customers to reduce stress not complain about my staff stress level.totally unprofessional and not accommodating.

Bought 6 meals for my staff and only received 3 burgers and 6 drinks and fries for takeout.

Sucks when your taking this to a jobsite 15 mins away on a strict timeline.

Staff are usually fairly friendly except the manager. He is rude and should not be allowed to manage other people.

I ordered from this location through Uber eats and was thoroughly disgusted from the food quality, all the sandwiches were full of egg shells one hash brown was stale and freezer burned. Do no eat here it does not meet the standards that McDonald's usually serves its customers.

This is for McDonald's in general. Every time I go here it seems that you get less and less for your dollar. Poor quality AND quantity food in general since the brand is known by everyone, yet people still go for unknown reasons.

In the old days, there were use to be six steps to take an order. 1 smile 2 greet costumer 3 take order 4 repeat back the order 5 let costumer know the amount and take money 6 lastly, always thank the costumer. Now a days, it is missing a lot of those steps.

Very fast drive through service using the app. Long lineups but moved very quickly, no wait at the windows. Just high volume.

Wait 30 minutes in drive through just to have my whole order wrong and no straw no napkins no utensils your 11.34 hard at work, unreal

Very busy. Wait is too long. McDonald’s isn’t going broke anytime soon. They need to hire more staff so their customers aren’t waiting in the parking lot for over 20 mins for “fast”food

Is this McDonald's under new management or ownership? I used to go here all the time and it was no problem, but recently within the past couple weeks, I've been getting stale cold fries in my poutine and they didn't add on the extra gravy and cheese. If u aren't going to add the extra then don't charge me for it.

I was really upset when i wanted to order vanilla ice cream cone which costs 1$ everywhere but in this location it is around 1.8$. I think the prices in all McDonald's should be the same but not with the double difference. What is more the person who was serving us was not friendly, even rude. I will not definitely advise this location.

Love mcd's new app just order and pick-up no more waiting in line to order and then wait for your food

Clean. Parking lot can be a bit of a nightmare. Drive-thru lineup overlaps the main entrance/exit. Cars often block the exit

I come to this McDonald’s regularly because of work, honestly it’s one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to. They mess up orders regularly and the burgers seem to always be made by new employees in training.

When I first started coming here things seemed fine but within the last month and a half I've had my order taken wrong multiple times and been charged for things I didn't order and never given a refund, received the wrong food when my order was taken right, received stale and old food, was made to wait 20+ minutes for drive thru and then was told it was my fault because they couldn't find my car like they hadn't asked me to park in a pull spot. Today I was told that cheeseburgers don't come in a meal from a shift manager to avoid dealing with my food being punched in wrong. When i pulled up the meal on the Official McD website she just said the website was incorrect. Maybe my tolerance for stuff is lower than it used to be but when I worked at mcD in 2018 I would have been suspended if this was my job performance.

Ordered on mobile order for drive through because I'm in a rush to get home. Paid for my order came up to the speaker and was refused to give me the food I paid for. This is unacceptable taking someone's money and refusing to give me the product I paid for.

I'd give it lower but you can't. The food here sucks would not even bother if it was the only McDonald's in a 100mile radius. The teens that work nightshift are never ready for the drive threw and never a single adult. If you want cold food that sopping in sauce and poorly handled this is where you should come too

The fast food was convenient and how quick it was for me to get my order. It was way better than most mcdonalds I have been to

I love getting the jr chickens from here and they tend to add a lot of lettuce for me which I love.

They put speed over quality. Expect Dried up food thats been sitting in a steamer for too long. Go to the location at Semiahmoo mall its 10x better

It McDonald's nothing fancy, great for quick bite. Although I have been to this location numerous amount of times around 1am to 3 am as I usually work till late nights only to find the place closed when they advertise 24hr drive thru.

Washrooms closed. You have one chance tto use a bathroom. So you go directly to a place you can count on to have a bathroom.and buy food. So this Macdonalds has closed their bathrooms others stay open.what a disaster.obviously cheap managers cutting corners to save a buck on the covid excuse. I imagine they must be cutting corners in food prep and other areas. Puke.

I went to 3 fast food places yesterday at all it seem to me there was more attention paid to the drive thru than the counter especially at Macdonald.

Great customer service, fast and fresh food delivered always, nice staff and I love to visit this place

This location’s night crew is very friendly and kind. One of the manager named Varun is really nice and his night crew is awesome, they really care for people. Highly appreciated.

Honestly this is my most favourite McDonald’s location! The workers truly value great customer service & work hard. They are always so polite and make my food fresh as well as always on time! Everytime I come I also notice them constantly cleaning/sanitizing their stations which is extremely important and needed during these difficult times. I only come to this location as I trust the workers to always give me a great experience which they already do

Guy in blue shirt, who im assuming is the manager, was really hustling. Watched him multi task, bringing orders out, cleaning windows and doors, and assisting others. I got my order quickly, even though they were busy and my food was hot.

I work night shift, multiple times I have been told they can't take my order, or I get cold stale fries, I suppose this is because it's usually 3am when I have tried. That still is not an excuse for poor service.
I suggest going up the road to A&W.

I don't expect much from McDonalds, yet somehow they find a way to surprise you with a new level of terrible. In what world does adding a sauce to my burger mean that I want soup in a bun!

I'm asked to mention why I think this place is OK.
That is exactly the word: OK.
It's not great, but it's not bad.
It's OK.
Clean enough, bathrooms included.
Decent parking.
If you're on the run and want to quickly fill that hole in your stomach, then this place is OK.

The servuce was friendly and fast and the food was made well. Ill definately be going back to this location.

Another mcdonalds that forces u to pull over for their timer, they pulled me over for a coke. I guess that cant put coke in a cup in time

How the hell is this place closed at 11: 45. The manager said it’s because of the bus schedule. How is that my problem!? !

Good location but crispy chicken burger was dry, 1 burger not packed, waited 10min for smoothie until I had to remind them.

Great quality / Great Service. 5 stars but I should not eat at McDonald's simply because it is unhealthy, bad for the systems cells. But in the companies franchised beliefs and values have held up on the end. So I thank you for that. I was going to rate 3 stars because mcdonalds is bad for you, but this location has done nothing wrong in conducting a business. Respect!

I Worked at this McDonald’s for around 2.5 years and it was a terrible experience working for them at this location, I hated it so very much. Especially the Manager Mellissa she was one of the meanest people I have ever worked for she was very degrading and didn’t make me enjoy any part of working for her she is a terrible employee let alone manager I suggest no one works for her.

Drive thru is good and haven't had any mistakes yet. They're also usually pretty quick about the food. Inside is always nice and clean, especially since they've renovated.

I waited 3 or more minutes to order when I was the only customer in line. My order was wrong when I received it.

Terrible service waited at mins to get ser ice then they took the order of the other lane first even though were waiting. I know some one who work at McDonald's and computer reboot should take 10 mins but ot takes them an hour

Terrible service, complete chaos only one good manager if he was even the manager. Me and about 3 others had to take our food back!

The service wasn't good at all. And a co worker got hit in the back with a door and no one did anything about it and the person who got hit with the door his name was Randy and the co worker who did it didnt care and no one else did either

20 minutes for 1 coffee and 2 small fries through the dribe thru.gave me a black coffee when I asked for a 1 sugar 2 cream.

Went in for iced coffees. They were good. Very disgusted that an employee was arguing with her husband where everyone could hear.

Not very impressed anymore. The good 'old days of the family approach is gone. Not as clean anymore in the dining areas.

It's a McDonald's! It's nice the parking lot has access on two sides - makes it easy to get onto Hwy 99 after you've grabbed a coffee for the road.

Place gets busy at times. Good crew who fosters inclusion - especially for people with disabilities and seniors

This McDonald's has been renovated in the last year or two, so it feels clean and homey. Their dine in experience has always been positive for us, with service being relatively quick.
Drive through is not always as prompt as you would like, but the service is always pleasant.
