Ordered a Chicken blt bagel and they made the order wrong. This location. Has horrible service and always gets the order wrong.

I placed an order to go inside the store. A rather large order that included a caraf. They gave me my food fast but told me I'd have to wait 20 minutes for the caraf. It would have been more reasonable to make the caraf THEN the food. What made it worse they had a staff change and I could hear staff in the back a few times asking if someone ordered a caraf. *update I just had a cup of coffee and it tastes bitter and sour.

Today, a supervisor asked me to take my order of an icecream cone upside down in a cup. It looked unpleasant in appearance. So frustrating, I didn't ask icecream in a cup. She even used the word of warning me for the icecream to be melted easily and being so soft. I questioned her why. Would your icecream having any issue as well as the machine. She kept trying to get me taking it how it was prepared. I didn't know why she did not immediately make another one for me. I also did dine in and the weather is cold in about 13 degree celsius. It wouldn't have an issue of melting even I ate it outdoor Would she understand the order needed to be prepared like a regular icecream cone as usual if the customer did not ask icecream in a cup? Did it mean all McDonald's selling an icecream cone always being put upside down in a cup and warning customer. It's quite unusual. I felt like that being prepared wrongly for any of their previous customer and tried to sell it to me. It's kind of feeling to be treated rudely and felt like not being served professional and fulfilling customer's need.

Please have your workers maintain hygiene.

They always missing items in the orders. I just witness 2 customers coming back and saying they didn't get there full order.

Where's the bacon in the blt chicken

Hate the idea of giving a bad review at a McDonald’s especially this one since the staff is great but can we pleaaaaaaasssseeeeee be more consistent with the iced coffees yall I had one today that nearly ruined my day. Sometimes they’re good-ish but like never really that good? And sometimes it’s just gross, I’m not really sure what it’s supposed to taste like at this point. But other than that no complaints

I always order my coffee here before work. I truly appreciate the consistency of the weekday early morning crew! Well made coffee, be it iced or hot, definitely makes a big impact on your morning. Kudos to this team!
Tried other McDonald’s store coffee and all have that sour after taste. This store’s coffee in the morning tastes fresh.

I am a regular at this location as my jobsite is across the river. I came for lunch, had to wait 15mns for my order. They gave me my milkshake but it melted before i got my order or straw.
I asked for a new milkshake and got the wrong one.
Avoid this location, just like i will now tell everyone on my jobsite.

Ordered breakfast meal and they were out of hash browns but didn't tell me. When I looked in the bag, they put in fries. Whenever you order the breakfast meal they will upgrade your order to a medium coffee and charge for the larger coffee without you asking or telling you.

Worse MacDonald in Richmond. Went again last week. Ice coffee is so watered down, it tastes more like water than coffee.

Went for ice cream two times earlier this year and was told the ice cream machine is out of order. Spoke to a friend who use to work at Macdonald and he mentioned to clean the ice cream machine is a lot of work and low profit, so restaurants prefer not to sell them.thus they are out of order.

Service is terrible, when you order through drive through, they often forget a piece of meal, a burger or fries, straw.
Just horrible. PR and customer service dont exist in MacDonald anymore

This place is ok, but not what you would expect from McDonald's. Seems poorly managed - lots of mistskes with orders: meals sometimes missing items, items sometimes missing ingredients or sauces. Often takes too long to get order.

Service at this restaurant is fast only if you’re going through the drive-through. Otherwise, expect to be waiting for long periods of time. However, the interior of the restaurant is cleaned very regularly, and I’d strongly recommend the fries here as they are often freshly made.

The people that work here are hilarious and bubbly and doing their best. I love their friendliness and coming to get my morning coffee is like saying hello to old friends

One lady was really rude when I was ordering my meal. I had repeated my order several times and she responded with a very rude attitude. Definitely will not be going to this one again.

Its fast food, the food is aways the same. McDonald is always delicious. But plus for this place for keeping it super clean and well lit!

I will give 0 star if I can. Always remember to check your bag before you leave because they always forget to put some of your order in. It happened to me 2 times!

This is one of the best McDonalds restaurants in the lower mainland if not the best for dine-in. The food is delicious, the premises are always clean, the staff is extremely kind and professional and the other customers respectful and considerate. You can enjoy a quiet and tasty meal every time you visit.
Be aware not all items in the menu are always available (eg. Hash Browns), but nonetheless, excellent!

I rarely buy from McDonald's due to them insisting on making food with their bare hands. Even before Covid-19, I didn't like it. Then some people making the food often wear jewelry while preparing your food.

At 240 in the morning choices are limited. I stopped in here and part of my order was 2 egg McMuffins. I made it very clear that it was to have no meat. After I left, I bit into it only to taste the stuff that they call bacon. Sure enough they both had bacon. Without downloading the app, how can i order an egg McMuffin without meat?

* I do understand that some bracelets worn by some people are religous symbols, but the bacteria that collects on jewellry does not care about that.

Usually, I go through the drive thru and the service is nice. It did take a long time to order since the lady did not hear us. But overall, great service.

Used to love this McDonald's branch due to their consistent good quality. Now, what I don't like is the 50/50 chance of getting served soggy, cold and salty fries. Sometimes, it's hot and fresh with perfect amount of salt. I guess It depends on the employee.
