If someone wants to get sick and get their taste buds disgusted then go to this McDonald’s.absolutely worst food.ordered fries and mcwrap.worst taste.could taste the oil from fries and wrap was full of disgusting mayo and lettuce with cold chicken inside.shame on McDonald’s for letting anyone serve such type of food.people who work in these type of franchises do the work just to pay their bills or for the sake of it.nobody cares about what quality they are serving. Pathetic!

Never any complaints here! Happy to have tried to McGriddle but wouldn’t get it regularly. The smoothie was absolved delicious and tasted authentically fruity. Wish they did chicken selects here like they do in the UK.

The worst Macdonald ever, made me wait 5 minutes in line to take my order and then refuses to honor the coupon after one day expiry. Left without buying.

And I prefer to come to this place sometimes in my leisure time, but unfortunately the customer service is extremely bad, the orders are prepared very late and the staff are rude, sometimes they even forget to deliver the order on time and correctly. This has happened to me more than 5 times and I have had problems with the staff most of the time

Customer service is horrible. There is none and they ignore you. All they do first are the online orders. Teach them customer service and how to communicate with people, what timeliness is about. Lose the attitude. No wonder there's no respect.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Would give negative stars if I could. Highly recommend avoiding this location unless you want staff to treat you like you are lower than them.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds I have ever been to.
Without fail, they ALWAYS forget something from my order. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Dirty, disgusting, understaffed.

The usual McDonalds fast food experience here. Long wait times, loud and disorganized, the bathroom here is regularly neglected and disgusting. You'd be better off just grabbing take-out and leaving as fast as you arrived.

This one IS wheelchair accessible. I'd give it less stars if you were actually dining in.

They are very rude and very unprofessional.
I had 2 sandwiches with ice-cream Sunday and when I asked for a cup to have water (I don't drink soda) they refused and asked to pay 69 cents for the cup!

I got my food chicken nuggets and the fries were overbooked to the point I couldn’t eat it grrr

I used to go to McDonalds everyday until today. This WILL CHANGE effective tomorrow. I purchased three beverages from this place. I asked for a cup of water and four honey. I was asked to pay $3.36 for the honey. You charge for condiments, I asked? Indian Manageress Pooja (who has no manners and is clueless about guest relations) said in rude tone: every McDonalds charges for honey. I told her this is false and it is my very first time in two decades to be asked to pay for condiments. She says loudly, so as to intimidate me in front of other waiting guests: everywhere we charge. Have you been to Lynn Valley branch? I said I have not asked for honey there. She answered: "Then how can you say you know? " Her male colleague joined her to support her rude and loud mouth me.

Then I was made to pay $0.53 for a cup of water.

This restaurant is DIRTY. The washroom had toilet paper all over the floor and had not been cleaned.

Fortunately there are many choices in the fast food industry and coffee shops. Today McDonalds lost one of its lost loyal customers. They will not have my business anymore since they are rude, obnoxious and too greedy.

After a weekend away, we came home Sunday afternoon to a torn McDonalds bag, fries scattered across our front porch, McDonald's wrappers and oil stains (greasy fries) on the porch. Apparently someone didn't get their "UberEats" they ordered on Friday night. The attached bill says it was ordered Friday night at 22: 51PM.
The animals made a mess of it, we live in a high bear alert area of North Vancouver. Who drops food off on a porch, no lights on in the house? Disgusting. Wrong House folks!

This is the same as every McDonald's you've ever been to, but that's how they like it. The good thing about this location is that it stays open quite late, is clean and quiet for a few fries on the way home after a late shift

OMG! Am I losing my money just like that! I ordered three items, the Uber driver brought me just a milkshake without a straw! I should read the review before I order! Someone get these people together!

We are taking advantage of the app and the deals. It may not be fine dining but it is consistent.

The assistant manager PAUL made my experience hell he took my money then started telling me he dosent care about my money. So i decided to leave because he wasnt going to stop harrasing me. I go to this Mc. Donalds at least 3 times a week never had s problem until this assistant manager PAUL.

I love the food and service! And the washrooms have very good hand dryers since they're nice and quiet! Good choice

I’m disappointed with this location hygiene and service, there is a sign on the wall which says that sanitize your hand before pouring drinks but it was empty, I asked them for it but there was no staff to do so.no one to take orders and the person who touches cash also do the packing.

The girl named Ranjana working at this store is worst employee i have ever seen in my entire life. I was before there 4 people and still she made their order before me and made my order in last. Wt* man. Don’t you even know how to treat customers?

Pretty darn slow compared to other McDonald's in the area, however when your food is finally ready it'll be yummy.

Order big mc meal, the cashier who took my order with cash goes to the back and touches the food without even washing her hands. And no one wears gloves when they make food. They need to learn the basics of food safety. Knowing that this mcdonald is one of the worst and the rudest place I have 0 expectations about customer service but they really need to fix there food safety

Went to this location last night there was a guy working at the till told him to give me the fresh coffee 3 times still he gave me the burnt coffee wemt back to the store and told him the same and he again made from the same pot and i asked for the fresh one he said thats why i told u to get the refund i cant brew the fresh one because he had 1more pot brewed 40 minutes earlier.

Too pricey these days. Instead of coupons that cut the prices by 40%, have better everyday pricing. Also, McD is so slow these days: not enough staff and food that takes longer to get yet doesn't taste better than that that lived under the heat lamp in the 80s and 90s.

I have been going to this store for last couple of years. But since approximately 2 months go after the management change service in this restaurant has dropped to absolute zero.

The most disappointing experience at this chain fast food restaurant ever.
Today we went to this McDonalds on Lonsdale and It took them over 25 minutes to take our order with only one person ahead of us. Once we ordered, we had to wait another 25 minutes to receive our order. It seems this particular store is not in fast food industry anymore.
They were so disorganized, and all the supervisor’s focus was to accept from delivery companies. She was, mainly, careless toward the walk-ins.

It's a McDonald's. You know what to expect when you go there. Only take out available and the main area was very clean and organized.

Maybe one of the busier McDonald's in the morning, which makes it all the worse that no one took the order of the guest ahead of me for 4 minutes, with a line out the door and kiosk customers already waiting.

I got in at 8 and left at 815 and was the second customer in line.

My hash brown was almost ice cold when I bit into it and just seemed the staff needed more support or to be more attentive. It's regrettable that this is the McDonald's I choose to get breakfast at in the morning. I was seriously contemplating going to Starbucks across the plaza if it weren't for the fact that I wasted so much time here.

Fast food? I have yet to experience it there.

Came here this morning at 6: 20am; sign says open, online says open, store hours are covered by a piece of paper, door is locked. Staff looked at me and ignored me. I left. Thanks for helping me make the healthier choice by avoiding my rare interactions with a McDonald's. You obviously are not in the business of making money.

The worst Mcdonald's branch. Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and uneducated group of people there. They know nothing about customer service and how to treat their customer. Macdonald is losing their customers because of those individuals. Really the worst fast food.

If you made a large order, make sure your order is accurate. I ordered 20 pieces McNuggets and received 18 pieces. I felt cheated.

Got a Mc chicken meal (to go) tonight (7th March 2020) around 1AM. After I came home found out that the fries were OK but the burger was cold. This is so unacceptable. I had to literally throw it away. I am pretty sure that it was prepared way before the order as it was a bit hard too.
Really disappointed.

Went there at 6 am on my way to Seattle. They didn't even greet me and looked at me as if I was a junkie. C'mon, you can't even make a decent meal like Subway or A&W proved to be possible for a fastfood chain and you don't even appreciate having customers outside rush hour. Shame on you

McManager doesn't serve burgers until 11am. Most are 10 or 1030
Very busy No parking. Only one cash register open the rest are self order machines to increase profit at the cost of service and employing people
And apparently if you're not of South Asian descent they're very rude to you

I have been waiting for 15 minutes before my ordered showed up today. And 18 people have been served that came after me.

Clean, fast McDonald's. Located right near the highway entrance if you are looking for a quick bite maybe coming to or from Horseshoe Bay. Parking was okay. We were in a big work vehicle and there was 1 hour street parking on the side road. Food came out very fast and wasn't messy or made wrong.

There is not any recycle bin in Lonsdale location! Everything go in one place like 50 years ago! Shame!

The changes recently made in food preparation have had a positive effect on taste. The staff are always super friendly, full of smiles and accommodating. The dining room is clean with staff constantly checking on its cleanliness.

Feels like a homeless shelter, staff need to learn customer service. A good clean wouldn't go a miss.

Hi I really like this resturant.they have huge back parking lot and clean resturant with nice costemer service.

Service was mediocre, and the place can be a mess. It is a fast-food chain so it is kind of to be expected.

Went there to get a Mc Happy meal for my daughter only because it was May 2 Mc Happy Day so I asked the teller which items I could buy to support the Ronald McDonald House, he had to ask another worker, she said only Mc Cafe drinks or car wash out back. I was like what? I could have sworn I heard on the radio Mc Happy meal, this is the only reason I came. I left without buying anything, I will donate to them directly. Then as I get back in my car, I ask the car wash people and they tell me you can buy Big Mac and Happy Meal as well the Mc Cafe. I had already waited the first time and wasn't going to wait again. Oh and the washroom was gross.

One of the lowest quality McDonald's I've ever been to. When using from the self ordering station and ordering things like extra cheese or sauce, corners have been cut (such as no noticeable extra on the burger). Asking for sauce on the side will leave it off of to-go orders, while still being charged on the bill. When ordering at the till, incorrect items have been entered. Most times the meat is like old cardboard (where other McDonald's have been better), buns have seemed to be getting stale.the list goes on.

Ok, so my last couple of visits have left me miffed. No every experience has been a failure but, even after giving this place a few chances to improve, it's been much lower quality than almost every other McDonald's I've been to.
