This McDonalds experience was the worst
Drive thru lady wouldnt stop talking over me
My order was given to the car in front of me.
Then the lady returned the bag.only to have the girl try and give the exact same (now open) bag of food to me!
Get home to the worst food. 6 nuggets. 2 in the box. 2 on the bottom of the bag. 2?
Is that my extra bacon?
Goodbye McD's in Salmon arm.disgusted!

There's better places to eat than McDonald's but if you're low on cash it fits the budget well

I stopped by the McDonald's in Salmon Arm during a road trip,
This McDonald's is conveniently located, making it a great pit stop for travelers passing through Salmon Arm. It's right off the main road. The service was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and got my order right, even during the lunchtime rush.
Overall, it's a reliable choice for a fast meal when you're on the go in Salmon Arm.

Everyone had long wait for their food such has 20 minutes or more. Once we got our food it was Luke warm mostly cold. Young employee was upset and apologized often for such long wait for food to get to customers. Ppl with app orders were going inside upset about their orders taking so long. I feel that with the addition of curbside and app orders staff cannot keep up therefore going back to only indoors and take out windows orders might be beneficial for everyone. Not a McDonald's I'll be going to anytime soon.

This place used to get four stars from me. Now if I could give it zero I would. Out of the last six times I've been here my order was given to me incorrectly four times. They aren't even complex orders. The staff aren't even apologetic about it. I tried to give this place a chance but I'm done. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Do not go here if you can avoid it.

The service here is great. They are patient and kind. Found the 1/4 pounder rather dry and they would have changed it out for something else. However, I asked for the big Mac sauce and they obliged. The place is spotless

Big updates recently, but the quality of food seems to have dropped. And I get why they pull people ahead on orders, but there is a point where it becomes excessive.

Paid for my order didn’t get all of my order.
The person working the order window didn’t seem to know what was ordered.
Fries were bland and gross (ironically was charged for 2 fries and only got one, so maybe dodged a bullet).
Iced coffee was handed thru the window with a lid full of liquid that then spilled all over the seat and driver.
Overall a lousy experience - which wasn’t cheap either.
Being as it’s the only McDs in town, they get away with lousy service and semi passable food.
My advice? Skip it and hit Tim Hortons or pretty much any other place going.

. 20 cents for one packet of McChicken sauce? They cant even count ketchup packs that you ask to go in the bag in the drive thru (4)

Not sure how many times I've gone threw, ordered a double big mac, and drove away, only to find a non-double big mac in the bag. Not to mention, every.single.time you go, they make you wait out front. What ever happened to fast food? They've obviously got some broken processes.

They made my burger plain with cheese as requested. Considering many burger restaurants screw my order up, the fact that this one got it right makes this place easily worthy of 5 stars.

If you're going to close your lobby, maybe change it on the app and lose the attitude when you answer the phone when I call to ask how to pick up my order I wanted to come in to get.

Stopped here and ordered with the app for curbside pickup. Only ordered two burgers, nothing else. Thought curbside pickup would be quick. After watching countless cars go through drive thru and waiting just over 15min, I went in and asked if my order was ready and they said "Oh yeah, here it is. Sorry, we forgot. " Terrible service. Oh well. Should have stopped somewhere else.

Dirty, all the bins were overflowing, had to ask for a table to be wiped as they all had food residue or garbage on them. Quite a disapointment.

Constantly orders missing things. Service has always been friendly but a little annoying to have to keep checking the bag before leaving the drive thru.

BOYCOTTING
My trucker friends tried to get service through drive through after door hrs, walking through. Treated poorly and refused service by staff and manager. Boycotting this place until our essential workers are treated with respect.

Place need a good cleaning! Many dirty kids, mesh the walls and seats for the new owners CLEAN this place up only one clean table / very dirty floor /coffee was cold threw it out food is not hot and the list is to long, please sell this place to someone that knows the food industry one star is one to many it sucks!

Took the kids for mcdouble meals on the weekend.i should have taken pictures but the burgers where a mess.i mean buns off to the side squished and a half gallon of katchup all over the burgers.it wasnt just one but all four.ridiculous.

Slow service actually Salmon Arm McDonald's is easily one of the worst McDonald's i have ever been to. Their burgers are sloppy and everything falls out. All i can say is learn to make a freakin burger it's really not rocket science

I had not been to a McDonald's in a few years so I decided that that my wife and we would stop at one in SalmonArm. The food was horrible. My wife had a chicken burger and she said that it was horrible and tasted like cardboard, my 1/4 Cheese and it came on a soggy bun and the meat tasted like it had been at the bottom of a grease pan. NEVER AGAIN!

Cold burgers, crisp chicken patties so small and way over priced, so sad to see how down hill are McDonald's is in salmon arm

They got our order wrong.asked if we wanted ketchup and I said yes please.no ketchup in the bag. But.it's McD's. Didn't expect anything more.

When you order 2 breakfast sandwiches and pay for 2 breakfast sandwiches, I am pretty sure you are supposed to get the 2 sandwiches. Perhaps the employees need to learn basic counting of 1-10 because I only got 1 chicken breakfast sandwich. I love wasting my money.

This was a bit of a different experience being from Kentucky in the USA, I stopped in and ordered my usual a Large Caramel Frappe and was informed they do not have them they have coffee or Chi tea frappe, I got the coffee and threw it away it was awful

Ordered from Salmon Arm tonight. Clearly ordered my food; they still got it wrong. Then, after I clearly explained what coupon I had; the person taking my payment asked " Did you tell the person taking the order you had a coupon? ! ". I was then told to go to the waiting area where the person coming out with it took it to two other people before they got it to me. I witnessed the same thing happen to two other people while I was waiting. I realize we all have bad days but this was a cluster from start to finish! I've never had experienced such service from this venue until today! Would love to know where management was during this period of time.

Fast and friendly. However this last time I waited for them to bring out the food and in all 3 kids meals the fries were missed. Stuff happens I'm sure it was a busy afternoon. Regardless still a great location!

Really good food. It’s a shame the drive through person missed so much of my order. What’s the point of having coupons if no one knows the deal and then shorts you on your order, and no straws.

If I could give 0 I would. The staff is incapable of understanding simple changes to the menu. Try to get a sausage and egg muffin without the muffin, just egg and sausage. They just go blank, no understanding, no comprehension. Finally they understand, then add " in a box not tray" again, the blank stare of the mentally deficient. In the end the order comes out as one egg on a platter, and a sausage in a box. Not once, not twice but 3 times. This is the only McDonalds that cannot seem to handle a simple menu request. And dont order donuts there either, they also see not to be able to master simple folding tasks either, every time the donuts are thrown Into the bag and just roll around everywhere. What a wonderful customer experience

Cant believe the order taker. Asked for two combos and she says my order came to $31. For two 6 piece chicken nugget meals? Turns out shed ordered two combos two 6 piece nuggets and 4 drinks. Then tells me I screwed up. There were only 2 of us in the damned car

The hotel staff are friendly with great positive attitudes from the time you check in to the time you check out everyone is welcoming and warm the rooms are light bright spacious and exceptional clean the happy hour bar was a treat and the fresh cooked complimentary breakfast was a feast would stay here again every time.

Tried to use our own cups and they prepared the coffee in two different single use cups, poured them into our cups and then threw away the two single use cups. Didn't even use the same cup twice. I have been able to use my own cup successfully at other McDonalds locations.
