I order something and I repeated my order many times to make sure they got it right when I got home and checked my food and it was wrong and the employees where giving me attitude and I did not enjoy my experience

Not only do they upsell you to death going through the drive through but now they ask if you want napkins and straws. Of course we want napkins and straws.it's food and drink. And the girl on the microphone talks so fast, I had to ask her to repeat herself two and three times. It's not worth the frustration of going to this place.

I ordered a breakfast burrito meal at the kiosk. A few minutes later I was told they didn't have any burritos. Fair enough, breakfast was almost over. It happens. I was told could just have another sandwich. I asked them to refund the burritos, and I'd order something new, They said they couldn't, but I can have whatever sandwich I want. They didn't seem to understand that the burritos are over $5, and all the other breakfast sandwiches are under $4. I didn't really want a $5 egg McMuffin. I made them refund my partner and my entire meals and we went somewhere else. The whole time they we the most unfriendly people I've had to deal with in a while. The whole thing could have been dealt with quickly with a short apology, and asking me how In would like it fixed. Whoever the supervisor was that came and refunded our meals should be demoted.

There night workers are so lazy and always say we are updating system so can't take orders. Happened to me 4 nights in a row.

Then today I asked how long for the system restart and they said 30 mins. So I wait and then come back then they tell me they are only serving drinks. So I ask how long for the food. And they say another 20 mins. So I wait as I am starving and just got off night shift. Then they say after 20 that they are having trouble and might be another 30 mins.i can see the employees sitting and talking on there phones and not working.

They are lying about the system restart and just don't want to work

The worst experience, I ordered for the very first time from this location and ordered a big mac no meat as i am a vegetarian but got meat in the mac. So disappointed, would give stars in minus if it’s possible.

I don't go in but every time I go they always make my tea perfect and my order correct. It doesn't matter if go at 4: 30 in the morning " I work graveyard shift ", or after 9: 00 at night. The staff take the time to look at you so you know they care if you have a question or any concerns. That's what keeps me coming back. Best Earl Grey Tea by far.

While the food prepared was not bad, the staff did not seem to pay proper attention to orders, as I had placed my order via the kiosk, so as to not miss any details, but still they managed to mess up my order.
For example I had ordered a chicken McMuffin, but when I opened it a few minutes later, i realised it had no chicken in it! It was an egg muffin, and I had requested extra syrup for my cold coffee, which somehow had even less syrup than regular!
So not a very enjoyable visit.

Ordered on skip the dishes and all of the ingredients were stale. 20 piece nuggets chewy, burger bun going stale.big no.

Came here late at night and they gave the absolute worst service. Waited in line for 15 minutes with only one car ahead. My buddy Amanjeet and I just ended up backing up through the drive through and leaving.

The staff here for some reason, really don’t listen to any instructions from the drive thru, countless times my orders have been wrong, oh and if they tell u to pull ahead to wait for your food, they will just forget you are their, I’ve had to go in multiple times to get almost mad at them for them to give me the food, that I have already paid for.

I usually make McDonald’s my go to place when I’m a rush but I must say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had from the chain! Ordered milkshakes and their ice cream machine was down… tried to get hot chocolate instead but they have none…. Ordered fries and a bacon cheeseburger and the fries were cold and folded over when you grabbed them they were sooo undercooked. Burger tasted like sawdust it was soo overcooked. Pathetic to say the least considering I’ve never seen this before from McDonald’s

Just went to the one at Mt. Lehman in Abbotsford, Worst food I've ever had, it was so greasy it was like the burger was cooked in the fry vat, the fries were like ice and still uncooked tasted fishy, my hubby also had a drink he though was disgusting and it was a coke, service was not good, had to repeat our order 5x 3 at order board 1x at first cashier, again at next window, very very sad poor quality

Good friendly and Courteous Staff, fresh food & coffee, only problem had to wait 20 minutes for a large coffee & medium fries.

Worst service! Why even open the store 24 hours if you’re not gonna serve anything. It has happened more than three times now and this time I couldn’t help myself but to write a review. Everytime we go there after midnight, they have excuses to not serve the customers. This is so frustrating!

Literally the worst experience I've had at any McDonald's. Ordered 2 bacon mcmuffins (requested lightly toasted - not burnt) and 1 hash brown via drive thru. They told me to pull over to the curbside to wait cause the hash browns were still cooking. I was the only car at the curbside at the time. So I went inside to see if it would be faster to get my order since I was in a hurry and didn't want to be late for work. When I inquired on my order, the front worker said she'd check. Then another car pulled over the curbside next to my car. Again, I asked about my order and additionally asked if they could make it quickly because I didn't wanna be late for work. The other 3 people at the front had been helped, the car that pulled over to the curbside AFTER ME was helped before me WHICH IS SO IRRITATING. She finally gave me my order AFTER 20 MINUTES OF WAITING FOR 1 HASH BROWN TO COOK. WHY DOES IT TAKE 20 MINUTES TO GET A HASH BROWN COOKED AND IN A BAG? I was 20 minutes late to work and would NOT get mcdonalds if I knew they were gonna take 20minutes to make a hash brown and I was just gonna be helped last even though I ordered before those other people. This is VERY UNACCEPTABLE for a "fast" food restaurant. When I dine in at restaurants I get my order served faster (5-10 minutes) than a drive thru at this McDonald's location. They also burnt my bacon egg mcmuffins when I repeated asked them to make sure not to burn it but I couldn't afford to wait for them to remake the sandwiches cause I was already running late to work from them taking 20 minutes to make a hash brown and bag it. DON'T order at this location if you're pressed on time unless you wanna be late to work/appointments. This is absolutely disappointingly bad service.

Food was decent. Chicken patty was a touch dry.
Only major gripe was the fact that everything just had a stickyness feeling to it.

Ordered 2 for 1 McChicken on the app. First one out of the bag was fine. Second one was missing the bottom bun! Terrible. How is that possible?

Ordered a big breakfast the eggs were like rubber the Patty was badly overcooked basically a disgusting breakfast would have taken it back but was in a hurry. The cashier was not heading out receipts with numbers on them so people didn't know where their meals were ready they had to run up and look. Very poorly organized
