Doing my order through the drive thru today was atrocious. The person taking orders was unpleasant and my food was cold. Very unhappy with this location.

Ashtyn Leo is the best! She’s always friendly and fast, and gets the correct order. 10/10 for her

I don't know if it's a change in management but this location has stepped up in many ways. They do focus on drive thru too much and not enough store front but other than that it's better than it was.

Friendly staff, otherwise mistaken orders almost every time. Either something is missing in the order, or the order is wrong. Check your food bags before you drive away…

Went through the drive thru and the person taking the order took our order and messed up the order.

Going through the drive thru means I don’t want to go inside and he asked me to go inside to deal with it…? I honestly haven’t had a good experience at this location in about 6 years.

You guys should reconsider your food before serving it to customer. Cold and dry. Although every restaurant is busy doesn't mean customer should be taken for granted. Its expensive food and we look for quality rather speed. So please don't be harsh next time.

How McDonald’s got this low on the bar is beyond me

It's what you would expect but everything time I here they would always forget a few items on my orders the servers are friendly buy it could be improved with the orders.

You guys should seriously consider retraining or rehiring your staff. The food is consistently stale, your employees consistently treat the food like its trash just throwing it into the box or bag without care, I just found hairs, yes plural, in my burger. I'll be returning it and getting my money back, again.

We wait 10 min outside for thru-drive, people saw us but never told us they were close. We enter inside, no excuse, and to finish they delivered them the 2 wrong burgers. Really disappointed

The people there are hardworking and helpful.but not your typical McDonald’s.drive thru only open until 3am

I decided to edit my review from 1 star to 4 because I no longer get the wrong order or anything missing.
Still kinda slow though during a rush but it's nice when I don't gotta go back and complain after already waiting a long time for my food.
Just please stop serving stale fries at night. Keep them fresh!:)

The worst is giving this place to much credit. The staff are horrific, the food is even worse. Ronald McDonald should be embarrassed to have this store under its umbrella. I stopped eating McDonalds all together because of this place.
