I had a good experience at this McDonald's. It wasn't too busy, had about a 5-10 minute wait. Still food was made nice and hot.

These crooks sneak in a bag fee without telling you. Pretty shady business practice. I don't care when you implement it when asking someone if they want a bag they should understand that they then are agreeing to a charge. When I complained they just shrugged. Great customer service morons

Worst manager ever. Very rude to customers. Thats why its not worth it to go to mcdonalds with your kids. Arguing with the manager just ruins a parents meal with their kids.

When you only occasionally relent to the hype and settle for an egg McM, it can be a treat. Bad acoustics here, make it very hard to relax with noises bouncing everywhere, while seated at a sidewalk view seat on this bright, sunny Saturday.

I am writing this review especially for the service. No comments on the food as McD is always good. But the staff was awful and irresponsive. It feels like they are giving us free food thats is how the behaviour was.

Food is standard typical McD quality, personally find it a bit dirty compared to other locations.

It is not too busy at noon on weekdays like today. You barely need to wait in line to order. The staff is nice, and you can get your meals of four around 5 minutes.

There's free parking in the underground parking, up to 2 hrs. There's free Wi-Fi.

Been here for a lot of times now and it is just your typical mcdonalds. Dirty washrooms, dirty tables, dirty windows and trash bins full of trash. Customer service is never consistent. Most of the time the cashier eyes tells me they hate their job. Food is only decent when you're hungry. Half the time it's burnt. Hopefully the management does something about this.

How can the team not giving hot cake syrup on hot cake? What is basic mistake?

Only downside is there is no free parking. However you can park in the residential area; just make sure you pay attention to the signs as there is "resident only" parking in the area. Food, service, & atmosphere as expected at McDonald's.

Very good during breakfast hours. Avoid during evening and night time. The night staff give zero f's

Fast food, chicken nuggets were super dry and some bums were guarding their a shopping cart of beer cans

I like my hamburgers to have lettuce and tomatoes. That's why I like this place. For a fast food place, I feel they have the best standard burgers.

Best McDonald's in Vancouver can't get any better. You'd have to go to other ones in order to find out.

I don't know what's going on here but the employee behaved rudely she refused to receive my order

Very unorganized. We ordered breakfast at around noon since they offer all day breakfast, first they give us fries instead of hash browns (the cashier could have told us they don't serve hash browns after 11am) THen. They give us ham when we ordered an egg and cheese McMuffin for a vegetarian! Finally some spoke to the manager who fixed it and gave us the correct sandwich.the fries were soggy, undercooked and over salted. Do not recommend

Sara, Chevy, Joban and Zoey are all my morning time baristas. I get anywhere from 3 to 5 cups of coffee a day and they are always helpful.

I’ll keep coming back and getting my delicious large caramel lattes as long as they keep serving them! Thank you McDonald’s and staff for having fast and friendly service!

I love McDonald's when they put out their coupon books. The savings is so worth going during that time.
This location is always clean and the staff our pleasant.
I am always so suprised at all the different age groups that come for breakfast in the mornings. People watching is fun.

There is a woman who works here. Old age. You deal very badly with customers. This is not good at all

I go there almost every day to get a snack and some ice cream. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to

Went just for ice cream and it was good. Lost my wallet and staff was very nice (never found it though)

I came here to pick up a delivery order, i came in waited at the counter, this white supervisor girl or manager kept ignoring me, then she told me to step aside to wait, without asking my order number, then served the white lady behide me, after she served her i told her the order number, it's been ready n just sitting there, she just give it to me, i was there first n being ignored n someone came after me being served, that's seems like racial discrimination to me.

Would give it zero stars if I could. I forgot the phone on which the order was placed… And even though we had to pre-screenshot of the order, as well as the order number, they were not able to give us our food. Had to go back and retrieve the phone. 30 minutes lost while my children were alone at home. No apologies afterwards. Terrible service. Manager extremely inflexible.

I am so happy about McDonald at main street, Services is very good and on time, employees very polite and respectful to customers, always I go there and very satisfy, one of the employees name is Polyana, she is so kind and hard worker, I recommend to anyone that location.
