UPDATE DO NOT COME HERE the employees strait up dont care at all waited 30 mins and they wouldnt even take my order i requested a manager so did a older gentleman but the staff wouldn't get me one nor him I swear there hasn't been 1 single time they have gotten my order right worst McDonald's in existence

Was just in here and a little old lady, she stated that she was 80 yrs old, asked the girls at the front counter if they could call a taxi for her and they flat out said no. No reason, no excuses just 'no'. A taxi? Really? Is that difficult? They weren't even busy.
I called her a taxi, canceled my order, got a refund and left. Took them much longer to gather my refund.

Worst service ever, unfortunately after many mistakes with my experience in the drive thru. Today was my limit after being parked l was given the wrong order, sent it back and was given the wrong order for the second time. The incompetence is unreal excluding the trusted person at the till collecting payment, always cheerful and nice.
I have been passed in the drive through, and watched customers go before me. Or haven’t had anyone come on the speaker to take my order, it’s a absolute idiot show. It has consistently gotten worse and is the worst service l have ever experienced, get it together McDonalds mgt!

Wish i could give negative star this locarion is the worst in canada the business hours on the door says open at 5am they really open at 6am and the drive through closes for 2 hours so advertising says open 24 hours take your valuable busness across the street to a & w rhey are open when rhey say they do

Ordered through the Mcdonalds app for curbside pickup. Noticed 4 hashbrowns were missing, which they gave to me upon notifying them. Went home to realize that instead of the 2 sausage, egg and cheese mcgriddles, I recieved only sausage mcgriddles. How hard is it to double check before sending out orders? Mcdonalds really is just ripping people off these days.

Almost every part of my order wrong. I dont even know how it is possible to be such f ups.almost every single decent review is obviously their employees. Probably forced to keep their jobs

I love this place so much that i applied to work there yesterday! Their fries are one of a kind! They also have some killer burgers and to top it all off McFlurry ice cream. Affordable and delicious!

Sat In the drive thru way too long this morning, they forgot half my order and the condiments I asked for, went back inside to get it corrected, waited even longer and STILL forgot condiments, management here needs to figure some things out

Ordered 4 double cheese burgers and ONE out of the 3 had only 1 burger patty. It was almost as if they ran out and just said screw it.and gave us one missing a patty in hopes we would drive away and not want to come back to have it fixed. I mean I could be wrong but that's how it looks.

Worst mcdonalds experience ever. After waiting 12 mins for my food she tells me to move to the pickup order spot. While waiting for a chicken breakfast sandwich that takes 3 mins to cook. Shouldve put em down 12 minutes ago dont you think

This McDonalds has proven time & time again that they cannot handle the volume of customers coming through. Order a burger with extra pickles- you will get zero, order a cheeseburger- you get a hamburger, order fries- they pull them early all the time & they are undercooked & wiggly. I am pretty sure the only thing they get right is chicken nuggets but you will not get the nugget sauce- this McDonalds probably owes me $15 in nugget sauce charges so far. If you go here; sit at the drivethru window and check everything!

Waited 10 mins in the drive through for them to come out with my food. I get home to find 4 large fries are missing and 4 cheeseburgers. Thanks team! ‍️

Multiple times ow I've gone in and received the wrong order. I dont have time to stop, park, go inside and nd wait for another order.

Cheap quality of food. Manager was rude, poor customer service. Worst experience ever. Poor hygiene. Manager argued with me and didn't listened to me when i voiced my concern.
You guys need to educate your managers on how to be respectful of their customers!

I ordered 2 Egg Mcmuffins. After 15 mins of waiting and watching them put 2 hashbrowns in my bag in that time period, I demanded my order. I had been fasting for 16 hours, and I'm diabetic and needed to eat.

Instead of an apology, or some sort of professional response, I was berated for being too upset.

What a terribly managed working force at this establishment. They just keep serving the drive through and neglect the dine in. It was just 2 egg Mcmuffins.

I let it go, until another 5 minutes went by and still no food. I had to demand a refund. Very upsetting to not be able to get a Mcmuffin in under 30 minutes, perhaps my order was too big.

I'll never again visit this McDonalds.

This is probably the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I have literally never once received a correct order. When I have called the restaurant to complain, they don't answer the phone.items missing, fries are also always half empty, never put any sauces in the bag.extremely slow. Just absolutely terrible.this isn't somewhere I frequent often, but whenever I have, it's been a complete disaster. Never ever again.

Long wait for service at drive thru order platform.not too sure why as it wasn't busy or anything.maybe they just need to hire capable employees to work nights

Last night i orderd two junier chickn nd poutine and there was no fork in the bag nd i found hair in putine its to much bad experience

They don't have many options for their all day breakfast. The drive thru staff are typically not very pleasant. It's a McDonald's so I'm not expecting the world but a "smile" would be nice.

I was just in there and I don't know if it is a challenge for the workers that are working there to read a simple order or what but every time I go in they get the order wrong I went in and said one ice -coffie WITH VANILLA with 4 EXTRA SHOTS OF VANILLA IN IT AND I GET AN ICE-COFFIE WITH NO SHOTS OF VANILLA IN IT EVEN THE STICKER ON THE CUP SAYS 4 SHOTS BUT THERE IS NO SHOTS IN IT BUT THEY ARE SURE GOOD AT CHARGING FOR THE 4 SHOTS IN IT BUT NOT GOOD AT READING AND FOLLOWING ORDERS AND ACTUALLY PUTTING IT IN VERY DISAPPOINTED I THREW IT OUT THE ONLY THING THAT LIKED IT WAS THE GARBAGE BECAUSE THAT IS WHERE IT WENT WITH ONE SIP TAKEN FROM IT AND SPAT OUT

Vwey bad experience! I had a mobile order. They asked me to wait at reserved spot. I was waiting for more than 15mins and talked with 2 staffs, but my order didn't come! I called the shop, and they said it would come very quick. I still waited another 10mins! I want to give 0 point if i could!

Awful service from top to bottom. Speakers are barely audible, staff is indifferent (don't really blame them), coffee frequently tastes watered down (exclusive to this location). The wait times are unnecessarly long, rennovations made it impossible to get close to the building and hand off food or payment.

Easily the worst location in the area and worth driving a bit further to a different location.

Literally only giving a star because you have to give one to put a review. This is the absolute worst McDonald's ever. They never seem to get orders right, and they're ALWAYS slow. Tired of going here hoping it will be better than last time. If you have food allergies I suggest not eating here because they can't even take off what you ask them to. They bake it into your food and scrape it out once they realize their mistake. Half the time they don't even bother scraping it out either just tell you to do it or wrap it up and stick it in your bag.

Well that wasn't the best experience. Got asked to move ahead to the 3rd drive thru window for fresh food to be made. Then they forgot about me. Waited 10 minutes had to park and go inside and ask where they were with my order.

They were able to bag it up and send me on my way right away.

I don't know I ordered food very slowly and very clearly and yet they still missed the dips they missed the double cheeseburger they missed the straws like I was wondering if any of my order was going to come. This McDonald's is probably the worst I've ever been to. It's clean and it looks nice. But.

Forgot our straws and after I ordered super-sized as we share the drink and fries they were only regular size, even after I confirmed before paying.

Same old stuff they had for years.coffee shop, good jewelry store, drug store liquor store shoe store.beuty store

Today I waited an extremely long time to receive my food; however, once my food came I was informed the manager refunded the entire cost of my order. Great customer service

This establishment is another excellent example that demonstrates how the McDonalds brand is slipping and falling. Slow service, poorly made food, messy lobby, extreme staff turnover, slow drive through, inaccurate orders and missing items, and all the rest. McDonalds Canada senior management is clearly where this consistent problem is emanating from as I can clearly see the brand quality falling across the Lower Mainland. I have spoken with managers at various lcoations and attempted to communicate with head office to no avail. This company is no longer interested in maintaining the standards that made thge double arches great in the first place. My advice to shareholders would be to replace the executive team before the damage gets much worse. Giving me a free hamburger will not fix these problems. Shame on McDonalds Canada Head Office for allowing it to get this bad. The owners of these places should sell them before they lose money as they clearly cannot operate properly/profitably within the boundaries of their contracts while also maintaining the quality standards. Again, the fault is with Senior Management not the individual establishments.

Says 24 hours.not apparently and every time I’ve gone through the drive thru it has taken over 25 minutes

Worst mcdonalds around.took well over 10mins for 1 happy meal with no lineup. No manager in control of this place.

Slow service (20 mins), none of the tables were cleaned, garbage left sitting on the floor the whole time I was there (40 mins) so who knows how long it's been sitting there.all the stalls in the washroom were not flushed. Poor hygiene overall.

Honestly this place sucks now, 2-3 years ago was good but now In the last 20 visits I've had over the course of 6 months I've had.
-No sauce on big mac
-No gravy on poutine
-Almost no gravy on poutine with cold fries 3x
-Cold cheese curds on poutine 2x
-They always forget extra big mac sauce
-Inside drink fountain is always watery with rootbeer/coke but not that noticeable.
-Everytime I've gone the workers spend 75% of the time talking and ignoring customers or orders so you have to wait longer then you should.
- I once waited almost 45 minutes inside just for a standard big mac combo with poutine and 25-30 minutes in the drivethru on another occasion. Only happened once though

I would rather drive two cities down just so when I pay 12$ for a meal I actually get a hot meal that's proper. They've gotten my meals wrong so frequent I dont even feel like wasting my money when the person who cooks the food cant even remember the actual gravy or sauce for a poutine or burger.
Have you guys tried eating a cold poutine with no gravy, just cheese curds and cold fries? It's worth 0$ and it ends up in the trash because it's that tasteless
I rarely review things/places but this place as essentially lost me as a customer.

This McDonald's is a complete and utter joke. It must have something to do with the recent management as it was not like this a few years ago. For the last few years it has been a constant a joke every time I go to this location. The manager has tried saying it's because of the high turnover rate of employees, but it's obviously the management as well as the employees. Every single time I go to this drive-thru, I am left waiting when there is no one behind me or ahead of me and they answer to a new customer as they pull-up in the other lane, then they don't have any of the products that I want, and they continue to take forever and deliver very terrible customer service. They also claim they can't hear you through the speaker at the drive-thru, so maybe they need to replace their equipment. Looking at the other reviews, it lets me know that I am not crazy and everyone agrees that this place is absolutely terrible! If you the manager are reading this or any employees that work there, it's unfortunate that you're working a minimum-wage job, but you don't need to be that incompetent. Get it together

Waited a half hour in the drive thru. When I finnaly got to the window 2 burgers were missing from my order, I also ordered and payed for bigmac sauce on the side and was only given the tiniest bit or tartar sauce.not even what I ordered.the patty on one burger a crusted edges and the other had ONLY lettuce on it.to top it off frys were cold and rubbery.all in all will never be going back to this location again

Very slow service. Second time stuck In the drivethru for 20 min and they don't even have what I want. My advice don't waste your time. Quicker to drive to other end of town.

Drive thru told me to move on without completing my order; failed to delivery the drinks and asked me to wait at the parking lot. Didn't have the bagel I ordered. The store manager needs to be more involved in the operation. Hopefully this is not a franchised store, i can see the store owner losing profit margin going forward.

At night this place is like Lord Of the Flies. Where are the adults. Place is a disgusting mess and kids running around behind the counter laughing and swearing. This location McBlows!

I spent 20 mins waiting for a (warmish) burger today, there was only 1 person in front of me in the que. Watching the kids behind the counter 'act' busy is hilarious and I do enjoy hearing the group discussions about anything other than food service, it's almost as fun as watching the crackheads.

Not sure if this will even be read by McDonald’s themselves, but people should know this is the WORST McDonald’s ever. I order from skip the dishes a lot so I ordered from here 3 times and all three times my order has been missing something. So I went to the store through the drive thru got back to work and my 6 piece chicken nugget meal was missing nuggets. Worst place ever!

Unfortunately I was there today Oct 11 around 7ish. I have not been in years.the cashier was very nice looked like bill Hader.
But the staff was like wild animals. We had a kid that worked there and was just walking around. Employees off shift going in and out from behind the counter. The manager was to my face" said here is your food and your coffee are coming "and walk off, after 5 people got there orders and was still standing there waiting for my coffee I was told they for got. Then some at the window was yelling for Manger. And then I got given the wrong coffee witch was black and a mocha and we got some weird milky looking things that were not what we order. Said maple Ridge is ending up like this and how the staff is running wild. I feel sorry for some of them but mostly the people who want to eat there. There is no more customer service in any McDonald any more and it is they way they run their staff. Let me tell you it will be old age next time I even think about spending my money there!
