McDonald's

Food is as expected, no complaints. The staff here need to be trained in what “yes everything is in the bag”, each time I ask and check, there is something missing. The one time I didn’t ask and was giving the benefit of the doubt, I get home half an hour away and I have no chicken nuggets combo, $14 gone and they don’t answer their phone. Go to the one on the other side of town.

Landing McDonald's is the worst McDonald's i have ever been too, messed up my order more then they have got it right, and horrible training, for staff, short story bad experiences over and over.

I don't like their food BUT there's a lot of young, hard working, polite people working here! Good place to start working to build some awesome work ethic. Oh yeah, I do live there cookies and milkshakes!

Their app is the best bar none. I ordered my food online and it is hot and ready to pick up when I get there. You got to love it. Tralala

Always slow and always wrong. Constantly making cars pull around front and wait until its too crowded out there too. Understaffed is one thing everyone is dealing with these days. This loction is just poorly managed.

Pay the extra 2$ and get a REAL burger that's made with better ingredients and ALOT more care! Nothing good comes out if MacDonalds.well maybe their Vanilla Chai frappes.but that only earned them 1 extra star

Service is generally so great and nice and everything but tonight at 10pm (1 hour before they close) there were a few cars in the drive thru as the lobby was closed. There were 2 teenagers on their scooters desperately trying to get some food. They were very hungry. I offered to set off the drive thu weight sensor for them to order but what I heard from the lady was nothing close to nice. She told them they have cars in the drive thru and no they will not serve the kids. They said they would wait. She said no. It is a full hour before they close and they refused to sell food to these hungry teenagers. So disappointed. These kids are on summer break the least they could do is get some mcdonalds at 10pm. Beyond disappointed with the way they treated these teenagers and the woman at the drive thru window told them to leave now extremely rudely. Glad there are 2 mcdonalds in Vernon even though this one is close to my house. The convenience is not worth the service. So sad

I like this location, and the roll up garage doors that they open in nice weather for an open air cafe feel. Beyond that, it's a pretty standard small McD's.

It's a McDonald's, drive thru is usually pretty quick, staff is usually friendly no complaints

Worst McDonald's coffee ever. Double double bitter and off-black.no suga.cream? Maybe. Threw it out. Do not order ftom this location.

It's hard for them to get an order right. Rarely adds ketchup to the bag when asked. You pay for a large fry, still get a medium in a large box.

Typical Mcdonalds. Quick, decent food. Drive thru a little small and rough. Employees are very nice.

I went there with my family of 7 it was excellent service I met this gentleman named Sheldon he gave all 5 of my kids balloons. Way to go sheldon!

The problem with this location is that half the time you go through the drive-thru, they tell you to park and they’ll bring you the order. Last time they forgot about us and I had to go in, and this time there were no spots to park. What’s the point of the drive-thru? !

For the last 3 times I’ve been here, I’ve had a hair in my breakfast sandwich. I go here because it’s convenient for me, but I mean this is kind of ridiculous.
