Absolutely disgusting place - garbage overflowing most tables had used trays on them and tables and seats were all dirty - disgusting!

What can I say. It's quick, tasty, and they make the best hash browns. When you get off the bus it calls to you as you step off.
It's never overly busy with people or crowded which is what we like.
Staff are courteous and friendly. They take the time out to clean the tables frequently as well.
We will be back for breakfast

I ordered take out from this location for lunch. After having a few sips I heard something that didn’t sound like ice moving around inside the cup, I looked inside and found two rubber pieces of their drink dispenser inside my drink!

I ordered two of the new McCrispy sandwiches. Waited almost 15 minutes. When I finally received my order, the sandwiches were grossly overcook and so dry! I asked for new sandwiches. The next two sandwiches took just as long as the first two, and were only marginally better. They get two stars because the front of house staff was friendly and accommodating. I will not go back. The food was horrendous.

The workers were super nice, making sure people got the right orders even on the chaos with a smile. The tables could’ve been cleaner, I guess, but it was pretty good.

The staff were unbelievably rude and slightly racist. I’ve never been treated this badly and despite the positive experiences I’ve had in other McDonald branches this one has put me off for life

Icecream milk was melted and the McD's was tiny location very humid Hott and muggy seemingly inside and the seatings are so close together not far apart so is hard and difficult to have a personal conversation about anything other than that didn't really notice about the cleanliness or any of that cause as I was busy trying to stay in contact with my friend off of wifi from that location to my friend that was watching over my place until I returned back home it's in a busy busy location though so is alright but I'd suggest if there's a picnic table in the shade or under a tree or something nearby go there to eat and drink ect enjoy your treats too lol

I come by very often, if not to shop to wait for the bus. The staff are extremely nice and I'm always happy when I see some of the regular workers doing a great job.

The person making the food in the morning doesn’t wear gloves but the food is good and the service is fast

Always rude and unhappy employees. Looks like they are customers not me. I am tired of calling Mcdonalds customer services to complain about them. Are there any changes of course NO. I am attaching my medium Cappuccino medium cup small Cappuccino amazing. Sorry most of the time happening I am not going to ask you for a new one YOU HAVE TO MAKE IT RIGHT! You have good training so do it right just press the right button! DON'T WASTE MY TIME. YOU ARE MAKING ALWAYS EXCUSE. I am just working in the same building with you guys. I never ever treat my customers like you guys NEVER.

Completely ignored me while I was waiting at the till to order, a second worker - looked like supervisor based on uniform- came up front, and also ignored me and continued on. There was me and one other person. Only one order on the board. Wasn't greeted, no eye contact, no acknowledgement of my "hello? "

When it comes to fast food, it doesn't get faster than this! Service & food is pronto! Always a reliable standby, McDonalds is a convenient eat on the run food destination.

Tons of mobile orders so very slow for ordering in person. 11 minutes with only one person in front of me and I ordered simply a cheeseburger

The worst McDonalds in the world. I ordered no cheese in Big Mac but they gave me no meat only buns!
They always make mistakes but never change.

Cleaning the ice cream machine at 11: 30am on a Saturday, when it takes 2 hours to complete is not good scheduling. Particularly in a heatwave.

Note: The restaurant is temporarily closed due to COVID. Their door sign doesn't say for how long. It is best to call ahead if you plan to visit. (May 10,2021)

This restaurant is located in a busy location. They offer the full line of menu items. #covid

As far as McDonald's experience/food go especially during COVID-19, this place is doing a great job! Both customers & workers were wearing masks. The egg mcmuffin meals we got were fresh & hot. They take social distancing seriously. The only critique I have is their coffee isn't as good as it should be. It tasted a bit watered down & not the rich smooth coffee I know MacDonald's usually serves.

COVID19 friendly with designated spots for pick up orders. Unfortunately not done in spots to eat

Too expensive too small too slow too many people. Lots of people there for thier bathroom. I do not recommend going there

Tries to pawn old food off. If you use this location Abbott & Pender be sure to get the order and don't feel bad asking for FRESH food!

New staff improvement has been made

No rats on sight or trash on the floor

Little to no seating area.
Entrance is not big enough for wheelchairs or people who need strollers for children/people with special needs. You come right off the street and boom! Clogged entrance way
Fries were mediocre warmish but thankfully quarter pounder saved the meal‍️ Not trying to ruin them. The service was great! It's the location, building and bus stop out front that makes it one of my least faves I have been too

A warm and friendly McDonalds, with all the usual fare, but their Wheelchair accessible door was not turned on, does not work and/or requires the courtesy of other guests to open it, after pressing on the automatic door open button, for several minutes.

I think they work really hard in there to accommodate the many customers they have. It can really get busy in there but you will always get your order. Make sure though that you check your order with receipts, because sometimes the clerks may make mistakes and charge you more than what you ordered.

Takes a while to get a meal ready almost nuke warm when served and the prep station isnt clean as I would like to see it or for anyone to notice

Good location. The staff are very accommodating to my special requests. Like when i ask for my fries to be well-done

Consistently difficult and rude. The type you ask for MC chicken sauce and they give you one pack so you have to ask multiple times while they look at you sideways

This is consistently the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. When you have to wait 15 minutes at night and two other people get their orders before you. And then the guy gives you a large fry that has the same amount of fries as a medium fry.

McDonald's While a great concept, will never get more than three stars for me. It is what it is. It's McDonalds. Great fast service consistent food and several 24 hour locations. Unfortunately McDonald's has changed is no longer personal is completely corporate and is very clicky with it Staffing. McDonald's does not seek to diversify its Staffing in its stores. Each store tends to be dedicated to a singular culture, and if you are from that cultural realm, you will be hired into that McDonald's family. Funny that McDonald's of all companies would let this happen.
