My coffee yesterday heading out of town north location in Duncan bc was basically cream and water it really sucked! Will definitely avoid this place now that I’ve read the reviews.

Tables were filthy. Washed by me.
No gloves used to touch frozen fries in tub. Waiting time was 30 minutes. Didn't get a receipt even after asking for one.
Worst McDonald's experience I've ever had.

Ordered a McChicken without sauce and had to return it twice. Took 3 tries to a simple order correct.

Finely a friendly face at the till today.the older one seems like she hates being there & is very rude

Brutal. They REALLY need to work on their speed. The quality is hit or miss, but I can never go here in the morning anymore because I would always be late for work. They usually have a lineup and then a 2nd lineup by the fountain of people waiting for their food looking very annoyed. It actually would be faster for me to cook an entire breakfast at home or get through a 25 car lineup at Tim's than it takes them to make a breakfast meal. Most of the staff looks very new and I don't see anyone who looks like they are in charge.

After being closed approx 3 months for repairs from an accident this location has not improved in the least.
My biggest complaint is painfully slow service at the cashier and order delivery. If you are in a hurry for a quick bite don't torture yourself with "trying" to eat here.

This location is still painfully slow at service at receiving your order. Don't go here if you are pressed for time.

Would give zero if I could, waited 45 minutes to watch people walk around with there hands in their pockets. Asked for my drinks because I couldn’t wait another half hour and they couldn’t even figure out how to give me a apple juice and coffee

The washrooms had not been cleaned in a long time, pop fountain was dirty and out of ice. Floors were dirty.

What a waste of money. $17.00 for a filet of fish and a 6 piece nugget meal. Nuggets were cold. Too expensive for what you get.

Terrible place. The girl came to the counter with her phone in her hand as if we interrupted her, then told us the grill wasn’t working. This was today April 25,2022 @ 10: 30am

Another time, there was only one person working (poor kid, we felt for him) so he was only doing drinks. This to me reflects poor management.

McDonalds head office needs to get this place together.
