McDonald's

Went through drive thru and got 2 breakfast sandwiches and thats all. We waited 15 minutes for our 2 sandwiches and there was a teenager on her phone ignoring the world. Not fun nor convenient at all especially considering we were rushing and its the 2 easiest sandwiches ever.
Also just got one order of route beer and it tasted like merky sewer watery route beer plus the older lady was snarky and got the sizes of the 2 drinks wrong. Not coming here again

We ordered a large fries, 2 mc chicken and a med diet coke. The fries were cold, chicken patty had been kept warm for awhile as it was dry and tough. To finish the experience, the coke was flat. If we hadn't been driving down the road we would have returned them

When we were kids McDonald’s was an OK place to eat at - almost a treat. Now, they charge $0.90 for a piece of lettuce added to a double fish burger, and it was maybe 3 inches each side and partially shrivelled. No staff greeted us, and they didn’t give a receipt (isn’t that illegal?), actually the “kiosk” didn’t give a receipt. The staff were only interested in serving the lazy fattened drive-through customers (I am starting to boycott chains that choose to enable lazy fattened medical system over-users). The fish burger was small and looked nothing like the photo (also isn’t this illegal - false advertising?). Hopefully never again.

If you’re in a rush and want “fast food” don’t go here. Every single time I go through the drive through I’m told to go park and wait. Then to top it off when I get my food, items are wrong. It’s happened too often here so I won’t be going here anymore. Do better

Excellent place to stop by and grab something for your trip. Good baskets of fruits and veggies, nice snacks, easy grab cooked food and a large variety of drinks.

Can somebody tell me why this is called fast food? They just wanna push you through the drive through faster than anywhere else so they pile up up to twenty cars in their parking lot to wait for their food. I don't consider ordering and then sitting outside waiting for fifteen minutes to be fast food. Especially when I watch 8 other cars drive past me with their Food. I think they should stop piling cars up and make people wait at the window until their order is ready! Who cares who has the fastest time? It's about customer service. Yeah for hungry Grumpy kids And melted Cold drinks. And to top it off you get home and your orders not even right!

My fries were hot and my drink was cold. There were napkins in the bag and my weed was on point

Too many errors too frequently. If your order is anything more than a single meal it feels like it is a fifty percent chance it will be inaccurate in some way. And I really don't want to have to check the bag every single time I order. Come on man!

50% of the time your order is pretty decent.but the last thing I wanted this a.m. A big mouthful of coffee ground and the bottom third of my cup full of them. Not sure how to add a picture.but I did take one.

Quick service, hot fries perfectly salted. Admittedly, I only ever order fries and ice cream which are really difficult to mess up. So far, so good.

How you going to screw up my sauces AGAIN? Seems like a simple thing, but it's wrong more often than it's right. How is Sweet and Sour even close to Hot Mustard? I knew I should have double checked the order myself.

The restaurant at Rutherford & Wills is my neighbourhood McDonalds, and I enjoy going there for takeout. The food is fresh and good, the staff pleasant and professional.

My only problem is with ordering at the kiosks: I prefer to compose my order there, paying by credit card, and that works very well.unless the kiosk's printer isn't working (about half the time), which I can't tell until I don't get my printout.

Unfortunately, the kiosk software doesn't display my order #, and if I don't get a printout, I don't know which order # to watch for <aargh>.

There were no "bowls" on the menu, such as rice with vegetables.
Due to health reason -swelling from arthritis- I have been eaten vegan for the last year. The reduction of pain in my joints is phenomenal.
After hearing that I was vegan, the employees served me a wrap filled with vegetables. It was delicious, once I removed the bacon. Merci

I have been inside once and it was nice, then I ordered "mcdelivery" from this location, ordered 2 meals, for 2 people. The nugget meal came without nuggets, it had the sauce though.the package was labeled as being double checked to ensure accuracy, when I called mcdelivery I spoke to a customer service representative who seemed to understand that it was a big inconvenience to order lunch on a lunch break with finite time to eat, and have that lunch not actually show up, and they offered a refund, I accepted as we had ordered lunch from doordash so we actually had a lunch. When i got the refund, it was for $2.89 so I replied to the email saying that is the most ridiculous refund I've ever seen, but got no reply. Mcdelivery might actually be the worst service on the planet, and this location "double checked" my bag to ensure accuracy. Well done guys.thanks.

This place is not worth anyone's time or money, gross, sloppy workers, garbage everywhere, the food was very bad and gross horrid place i wish i could give zero stars disgusting to the maximum

Ordered four the breakfast sandwich and two of them had nothing in between the buns.

I saw my food at the front door, but no one comes to give me the food. And I waited here for 20min, the door bell always broken. Waste my time a lot! So st**p*d!

The last 3 times we've been through this drive through they have been rude, and messed up the order. They tried to blame us then the computer system this time for their ineptitude. They didn't turn their microphones off and were too busy gossiping to even acknowledge us and take our order at first. When they finally started taking our order they couldn't hear us so I spoke up and turned the vehicle off. We had repeated ourselves several times at this point. The lady said, you don't have to yell at us. I said, we're not yelling at you. I wasn'teven speakimg rudely just trying to be heard. Took them almost 10 minutes to take our order and they still didn't get it even close! As we pulled away from the speaker they were talking about us and the lady lied to her co-workers and said we yelled. I told the girl at the window that they should learn to turn their microphones off if they're going to gossip at work and insult customers.
Absolutely garbage service and garbage food and this used to be the one that had the best food in town.

Absolutely disgusting place and the workers are all terrible sloppy people, please do not support this McDonalds it was the grossest place i have ever been in my life
