What a great McExperience! Ordering was quick, I didn’t wait very long, and the Manager that handed me my food even said ‘be careful the fries are very hot! ’ Which means they were fresh. The cool thing about the atmosphere is that there is a corner booth that wraps around, I’ve never seen one in McDonald’s before. I’ve been to a lot of them, and there’s some real stinkers out there…this is a shining star in a sky full of empty space.

Only ever used drive thru here so can’t rate atmosphere but the service of one particular employee gives this place a big ding. I go there regularly on weekends on my way to racing and I’ve gotten her multiple times and she is consistently either rude or just does not engage with you and sticks the debit machine out the window without even looking at you. I get that in service you deal with some tough customers sometimes and not everyone has good days all the time but this girl just seems like she has a problem with the world.

Location: Austin and Marmont, Coquitlam

The staff here socialize more than they want to work. Us customers just annoy them by showing up. Especially to those who work overnight/early mornings. I guess they wanted a chill shift. EVERY TIME I head to the drive through at 5am on the weekend, I just sit there for at least 3 to 4 mins. Just waiting for someone on the other end to say Hello. There's nobody else they are servicing before me. The place is deserted at this time. When I drive up to pay for my food, you are very hard pressed to get a good morning or a hello from the staff unless you initiate.

Today drove me insane. Besides the wait for someone to take my order at the drive through, I was told they ONLY have baked items and beverages. At 5: 15am. No breakfast. No hash browns. No explanation. Just "you can order baked items and I can get you your coffee". Confused but ok. No signs anywhere that says the kitchen is closed. I ordered a coffee and a carrot muffin for my coworker but I wanted a breakfast meal or at least hash brown before work. I drove up to the window and asked again why I couldn't get hot food. She said "only baked items and drinks". Ok, lady! You said that 3 times already. So I asked "is the kitchen closed? ". She replied, without looking at me but with what I felt like an eye roll and annoyed voice "yes, kitchen is closed". I can't with this place. Go anywhere but here until they get a team that cares or management with leadership.

So I ordered 1 burger 1 wrap and I have so far been waiting for 40 minutes and don’t recommend going here for take out

Great service champs. I was served quick and my food was great. Employees play a special role at this location.

I feel silly leaving a review for a McDonald's but this location has some of the worst staff. The latest experience at Drive Thru went like this: "Yeah? ", so I gave them my order, "What? ", so I repeated my order. Then 2 minutes silence so I drove to the window and all the workers were busy doing whatever. Waiting a couple minutes again and since none of them seemed to bother, I just left.

Order two breakfast burrito combo. First, they forgot about my order, then they gave me cold burrito. Totally unacceptable.

A very tight parking lot and drive thru but otherwise the typical McDonald's experience with excellent service.

Standard McDonald's. Rowdy before closing. Employees also had no idea what my orders were.

Overall a good experience, except there was quite a bit of ketchup on my burger and the tables should be wiped down regularly. I very rarely eat at McDonald's, and to their credit they have come a long way in terms of ambiance, cleanliness and food quality. I recall a time when their coffee could clean engine blocks, today.very good.

I am a plant based person. But I like the very friendly atmosphere of this McDonalds, I buy juice or tea, and use my computer for a few hours. The staff and owner are so kind and friendly and make everyone feel welcome. But I don't agree with eating beef/pork cows and pigs are sweethearts and red meat is considered a class two carcinogen by the World Health Organization, linked to increased diabetes and heart disease too. Eat lots of fruits/vegs and beans and you will be healthy.

But the atmosphere is fantastic here I recognize lots of regulars to and we all say hi.

Awful drive through experience 9/10 times.
I actually go to another location that’s 3x as far just to avoid the drive through & poor cooking quality at this Austin ave, coq.

Experience was not good. Take too much time to prepare order even they forget to prepare order. It was very bad experience.

Place is brutal. Forgot 90% of my order once. Next time debit wasn’t working so they turned me away and I went to a&w. Not going back to McRats

If i could give it zero stars, I would! Went through the drive through only to be greeted by an impatient voice, thats fine whatever but certain items i wanted werent available and the manner it was said was with an annoyed tone again fine i pay and get to the window im handed 2 drinks by a confused worker, nope didnt order 2! More confusion and i shouldve checked my bag thoroughly but i found it hard to tell the difference of a blueberry muffin and a fruit and fibre one without man handling the bloody thing so of course i get to work and i have the wrong muffin usually this mcdonalds is fairly efficient but i may as well have gone to tim hortons if i wanted a surprise breakfast and entertainment of incompetence for my morning commute

Ordered food via the app in advance. Paid and picked up without any problems. Service was delivered as expected. Thank you.

This place is disgusting. Go there at 2am fries were cold.mcdoubles were fresh but had a bunch of black stuff inside the them? Super gross. And the ice cream machine that you can see from the drive thru window is disgusting too I don't think they ave ever cleaned it. No wonder it's always out of service.

Finally writing a review, I have been at this McDonald's many times and over 50% of the time I have to pull ahead and wait for them to prepare my food. No apologies or coupons given. They used to give coupons if you had to wait but it seems like they're not trying to give good customer service anymore.
