Not sure why they're selling burnt apple pies! Twice in a row. Have to cut the outsides off! Disappointing

Who doesn't love the greasy hit of a rotten Ronnie's slap to the face. Unless you get the old soggy yesterday fries that send you into a silent rage but hey, you're to lazy to go complain so you eat those cold noodles anyway cause you know you're sad

Always so quick and well organized. Best location in Abby. Rarely get the order wrong. My go to McDonald's

Ordered some fries, asked for mcchicken sauce when I got them and they rudely told me they charge for it, I have no qualms (minus the way they informed me about it) and paid it.
My next visit a few weeks later I asked for mcchicken sauce as I was ordering to save them the hassle and the cashier laughed at me and said they don’t charge for that and have never charge for that why would they do that?
Fast forward to yesterday and they are telling me AGAIN that they charge. I don’t care it’s 25 cents just put it somewhere so I don’t have to be spoken down to about YOUR OWN RULE… franchise owners choose if they charge or not so I will be reducing the amount of times I go here even if it’s 2 minutes from my house

Bad service June 10,3.30am I ordered 2 order of mc chicken for me and my brother there was only one burger when I open the bag.they charge for 2 burgers. Drive thru screens are not working I told her about that she was staring at me she look so unhappy that time.

Ate outside, parallel parked to be in the shade but the food was FRESH and so good. For McDonalds, it was filling and tasty. The window people were courteous and professional, added positively to the experience.

Late night drive thru friday early saturday the woman was one of the rudest person ive ever dealt with didnt want to take my $5 bill cuz there was a small tear in the corner both serial numbers were clearly visible i said r u refusing to take my money she did end up taking it but pretty much thru my bag of food at me. Worst customer service ever.

Think twice before you go to any McDonald’s. I was a regular customer of Abbotsford McDonald’s at Sumas and Delair until today. Employee turnover has taken a toll on McDonald’s. Once upon a time this was the best McDonald’s in Abbotsford and Mission.
The food quality has dropped.
When I ordered my food today at around 3: 00pm, clear instructions were given as to how I wanted the food (ie: fresh, no mayo.ect.). The employee said “yes, yes” everything is good. Upon checking the order in the car, it was wrong. I went back and explained the order is not the same as I ordered and they quickly handed me the correct bag.
Even though the order was correct the second time, the food quality was very poor.
1/10.
If you going to get fast, it’s best to go somewhere else.

Amazing service from current staff
The staff was very polite, attentive, and hard working. Best McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had… they were checking with us that we got what we wanted and if we needed anything more

Somebody took a bite out of my McNuggets and thought it appropriate to put it back in the container

Selma was so wonderful and made our experience a great one. She went above and beyond. Wiped down our pop as it had been overfilled a bit. Attention to detail and very kind and bright.

Checking for cutlery in the bag is one thing, but I shouldn't have to check for the patties in the burgers. McDonald's is a dumpster fire these days

McDonald's in general is a great chain.
However, unfortunately the other day I ordered and.
1. I requested a fresh item was given stalem
2. Had to go back for the item. They actually took it back and inspected it.
Nay to germs to going back into kitchen.
3. They remade item.

Please improve these issue!

I would not recommend coming at night as they are understaffed and the burg weren’t fresh and I got a fish filet and it was super dry and hard so I could not even eat it. Only go in the morning when there is more customer to keep all the food fresh.

This McDonald's was the best I have been at in a while the manager had the staff will organize. The food was hot the staff was very friendly

I know it's Mcds.but have some care in your work. Ordered an apple pie, it was stale and the filling was almost the consistency of fruit leather. Conveniently the time they put on the box to indicate when it needs to be disposed of was not on the box. This thing must have been warming for most of the day.i guess they cant theow out a 0.20 item or it may break the daily budget? Also I watched some snotty girl at the register get rude to an elderly lady inquiring about the coffee. Avoid this place.

The worst experience.from the person who took my order, my payment and right down to my food. Wrong order, drink and cold fries. Happened twice. I suggest trying a different location if you really need fast food.

I asked for no cheese but they also put no egg in my mcmuffin. Had to go wait in the drive through line again to get my order fixed. Was not happy
