McDonald's

This McDonald's location is very convenient and close by. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is kept clean. Parking in the complex is sometimes difficult since it is so busy.

Disappointed at a McDonald's AGAIN! Summer time and the ice capp machine doesnt work. Does McDonalds ever have any iced drinks available? ! McDonald's becoming a waste of time to go for drinks.

June 30 line up so bad they take 3 car order at a time so horrible in the line for 25 min cars are here b4 me probably 30 to 35 min

Order from skip the dishes and they forgot to put in one of my order called in to let them know amd told me i have to inforn the skip the dishes which is infact its their mistake for not checking the order if its complete! Bad customer service!

Bad service. I ordered my food. The cashier was under training,
She didn’t ask if its togo or for dine in.
When the food was ready, they had it in a tray, i nicely asked, it was to go. Can i please have a bag? Then she is telling me that it is 35c for the bag, the i had to go to cashier again, pay the 35c in another transaction and then pack the food on my own. This is really a poor service.

Upstair castle bin full and overflowing. Tables need wiping. Floors need sweeping. Very small and few tables to dine in. Had to Wait five minutes for a table. I stood and eat my dinner. By the time a table was available I finished eating.

Still no AC. Even in the summer! Even Tim Hortons has AC now. Definitely a place to pick up and go. Service can be slow.

Outdoor patio just another reason to make this handy outlet part of your routine. Fast service, especially for drive through, and reasonable prices, make it a must theses days.

Absolutely ridiculous behaviour from the staff. It's 9: 20pm. I ordered online ahead of time as I was coming in car from home to eat in. Had to go to washroom first as I have some health issues and needed to wash my hands before I eat. As normally ppl should. Staff didn't want to let me in with an excuse that the maintenance is in progress. No one was doing maintenance they just simply decided to close to the washroom for the night. This kind of behaviour should be illegal as it is a restaurant and restaurant bylaw says clearly you need to provide washroom when ppl eat in. Hope they will not behave like this towards anyone else in the future. Managers name that night was Jenny. Hope the top management will sort this out. I will visit again to see if the behaviour towards customers improved. Then will revisit my review.

10 people standing around in chaos doing nothing and then I get raw fries. I'm coming back tomorrow for a refund on my whole order.

MacDonald's is just that, MacDonald's. Unhealthy food. I went for the rare treat of the soft icecream cone. It was good but overpriced.

Unfortunately we had to pull yo the side for a single cheeseburger and were there for 15 minutes

The app wasn't working and the clerk wouldn't process my order and all I wanted was drink. The clerk was not helpful at all and didn't offered an explanation for why she couldn't help

They are actually one and a half hour earlier closing the dining room (it says 12: 00 am on the schedule placed on its door)

Good location Yet, I don't generally enjoy the meal at McDonald's. Not all foods are worth it. It merely drives up costs and decreases food's quantity and quality. Its rivals provide better value and higher quality.

This is still one of the worst McDonald's restaurants ever in terms of the Almighty staff
