I ordered nuggets meal using mcdelivery and theres no fries. I CALLED THEM AND THEY WANT ME TO GO THERE. THE REASON I ORDERED BY DELIVERY COZ I DONT WANNA TRAVEL AND IT DOESNT MAKE SENSE WHEN THEY WANT ME TO COME BY. STAFFS ARE RUDEE:)

EVERYTIME I ORDERED CARAMEL ICE COFFEE EXTRA CREAM AND EXTRA CARAMEL THEY NEVER PUT EXTRA. IT WAS MY 7TH TIME WASTING MY MONEY. I PAID FOR EXTRA AND THEY NEVER PUT EXTRA.

Crowded as usual. A bit chaotic with the orders! You'd get your order, just have to wait patiently! They charge for paper bags. I don't recall other McDonald's charging for a bag! And they have reduced the number of parking spaces, to reallocate for curbside pickup.

Since the manager here is Indian, the restaurant is full of Indian staff, the McDonald's is getting dirtier and dirtier, the service speed is getting slower and slower, am I back in New Delhi?

35 minutes for a McNuggets and chips, asked 5 times and still kept saying it’s on its way. By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever witnessed in my life! 5 of my last 6 online orders from this McDonald’s have had missing items. Don’t know how it’s still in business. McDonalds App doesn’t have an option to have delivery from another location. Joke of an establishment

Night manager was rude, condescending and unprofessional. I am surprised this person is a manager as they set a poor example for her staff.

It’s hard to give McDonald’s more than 3 stars. It’s exactly what you expect - decent food at (diminishingly less) decent prices.

McDonalds in Vancouver around dinner time on a saturday - yes it was busy. They had loads of staff and things seemed to run smoothly.
No unreasonably long waiting. The lobby area was clean and well maintained. Food was McD standard - but the blue pomegranate fruit smoothy was yummy

Every time you come here at night expect to wait 45 minutes for your food. It’s ridiculous, takes longer than a sit down restaurant.it’s supposed to be FAST Food.this has happened too many times to me to count

Me and my family were staying at the hospital Came at this location at 4am to order food as this location is 24/7. So the first time when I came at 4am was told “we are updating our system will take 30 to 45 mins” I said I will wait because nothing was open close by. Order though app after 45 mins was told the same thing again “ updating system” 30 mins more, but then I ordered food around 5am got my food at 5: 25am. Actually would never recommend someone this location

I had ordered a meal on the kiosk but came up wrong when i had picked up my food.the ladies from the front said “Its on you okay? ” and aggressive pointed at me. She made me feel threatened. I will never come back here again! Don't ever come to this location.

Extremely disappointing. Was left waiting 50+ minutes for a small order. No communication from staff and the whole thing was a mess. It has to be up there with one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve visited (I’ve been to a lot).
I left quite angry and upset. Never again.

Yesterday, my daughter had a difficult day filled with disappointment and embarrassment due to the rude and ignorant attitude of an employee. My children, who are siblings, visit this place more than three times a week to buy snacks. Yesterday, my daughter visited alone and found a four-seater table empty, which had a charging port. She needed to charge her device to place an online order, as I usually pay with my father's card. However, there was an error with the payment, and she couldn't complete the transaction.

To make matters worse, a staff member of any age shouted loudly, questioning why my daughter was sitting there for so long, and caused a scene. Everyone around turned to look at my daughter, who tried to explain her situation, but the employee only spoke about themselves and left. My daughter couldn't say anything and moved to a two-seater table, but the employee came and sat with someone else at the table she vacated.

My daughter is 16 years old, and I can't understand why it was necessary for an adult to yell at a child in this manner, causing her immense embarrassment in front of everyone. This incident is not something that can be easily overlooked. I am looking for a place to address this matter, and I will continue sending complaint emails to the headquarters. I have been using this McDonald's and have never treated the tables poorly or left them dirty after eating. I always clean the tables myself and dispose of the trash before leaving. I may not know how you have lived your life, but your disrespectful and questionable attitude towards everyone makes me doubt your character. Your behavior, thinking that age gives you authority to treat others recklessly, angers me. Life may be difficult for foreign workers, but if you pour your emotions onto others as you please, you are nothing more than a child.

I know that this is Mcdonalds but this location has exceptionally poor service, especially for walk in. Prepare for long wait times and for your order to constantly be wrong.

Let me start by saying McDonalds is by far the best fast food service restaurant in the industry. But this particular location in Vancouver on 41st ave & Arbutus is the worst McDonalds I have ever order drive-thru from. After ordering just 1 combo and that’s it. I was asked to park my car and wait for 10 minutes on top of the 10 minutes I spent waiting in line. Only to received the wrong drink, twice and have the employee tell me how it was my fault. After receiving my order I was in a rush so I quickly parked my car so I could eat. Only to find a burger that must have been sitting there for hours. It was absolutely disgusting, I threw it in the garbage and decided to just go hungry instead. McDonald’s is an awesome franchise and I’ll always go back. Just not to this location ever again, I highly recommend McDonald’s consumers go elsewhere.

It will be a miracle that they follow through and do the order correctly. The amount of times I have had to come back because they made a mistake with my order is countless. The time it takes to get your food for a "fast food" restaurant is staggering. When I worked at McDonald's as a young man, there was a time limit to how slow you could make the burger. The nonchalant attitude the workers and managers have is terrible. Of course, they get paid almost nothing. Still, do the job and do the minimum work, but don't screw up the order because it will just bring the person back to the store.making more work for the already overworked staff.

Orders gotten wrong most of the time. If you're taking out, check everything before you leave. Most of the staff in here are very slow and don't care. You could be the only person in the store and order a coffee and they'll just disappear into the back chatting away. Then reappear and remember that you have a coffee on order.
Also, why is it advertised as 24 hours? This may be the case if you have a car and go drive tru. Most days before 6am the front doors are locked! The place is a joke!

Waited almost twenty minutes and they didn't even have the decency to fully my mcflurry more than 3/4 of the way full.barely filled fries and didn't give me a drink cup.probablt walked out of their with items valuing less then half of what i paid.another time i went here was also extremely slow but the staff felt bad and upgraded my drink and was very apologetic.this time they were just rude

24hr sign on drive thru but it doesn't actually open until 5am, 10min wait at order sign before actually taking my order, morning staff very rude and unpleasant. Will not return to this location

I haven't arrived for an hour after the meal was delivered. The waiting person has already changed two batches. During the period, I urged you twice, but it was useless. I suggest not to dine in here. I am disgusted.

Took them 20 minutes to serve two milkshakes, and it was sitting in the back for half the time I was waiting there. They only gave it to me when I asked them if those were my milkshakes, and the staff rolled her eyes when I was being polite and all. Terrible service
