Old oil makes fries foul tasting, McDonald's usually has the best fries, not this place. English at drivethoug is a problem.

Staff is always great.
McDonald's corporation is currently supporting Israel's actions against Palestine in 2023 and I won't be supporting them again until they stop

Fast service food and drinks are almost always spot on 2% of the time there might b a small error

Painfully slow, whether you go in, drive through or order delivery, this mcdonalds always has lots of workers but they all run around confused most of the time. Why does DQ and A & W have your food ready in 2 minutes, yet Mcdonald’s gets you to pull over and wait forever almost every time, or you wait inside forever, or they take forever to prepare mcdelivery. Really bad, just like every other mcdonalds in the Okanagan, a complete joke.

Absolutely terrible service, upon entering and waiting in line I was greeted by "Finn" and was rudely told "I'm busy, get out of my face please". I have a hard time hearing, and upon finally being helped, I was yelled at multiple times and told to "hurry up please" as there was "other people waiting". If you want to get belittled and insulted, make sure you go to this establishment. I will never be eating here again.

Slow service, other people waiting in the parking lot for a coffee. Then had to go in to find coffee sitting on counter cold cause they had no one to bring it out

Very rarely do I go to McDonalds but if I do this one seems great. Great staff, and always spotless. Food is properly prepared

It clearly states lunch menu served from 1030am everywhere online but this location apparently makes thier own rules and will not serve until 11am. I tried to get lunch at 10: 55 and was very rudely refused. Even if allowed to make different hours than stated online 5minutes should not make a difference.

Overall this is a decent mcdonalds. The only complaints I have are the salt added to the French fries is quite extreme (and I like a very salty fry) and the food is occasionally mixed up or forgotten altogether but of course always has been charged to me. Other then those 2 points it's always hot, tasty and exactly what I expect it to be. The facility both inside and out could definitely use a little more love/cleaning.

Had to pull ahead and wait a ridiculous long time for 1 iced coffee and 1 milkshake. The assistant manager was rude as well.

The staff here have done everything to ensure my stay was completely enjoyable. Really good people caring about people! Kudos!

Drive through has terrible service. They make everyone pull through and wait in the parking lot even for a drink or a muffin. Terrible management.

One of the better McDonald's for customer service, and food quality. Tried the Western BBQ Quarter Pounder, and it was pretty tasty. The manager on duty was friendly, and had a good sense of humor.

The food was hot. But we must have caught them during a rush as it took a long time for our food. Eventually a guy who looked like a manager came over and made sure we had everything by getting it himself. Very nice and very professional.

Again they forgot my sweet n sour sauce for my nuggets so the next time this happens I will no longer go to this location. I see other people complaining about the same thing. Every order something is missed. How hard is it to double check the orders. Next time they forget something in my order will be my last time there. A&W will get my business after that.

Tells us to park ahead, so their drive through times appear to be better when it’s not.

Then when we get our order it’s missing our condiments that we asked for and dips for the chicken nuggets so we had to go inside.

My boyfriend went inside and the manager looked at him and said front counter and walked away out of view.then no one helped him for a few minutes so he just stood their waiting.

We went to your drive through because we were in a hurry and ended up costing more time.

My boyfriend asked for a mchicken patty on his burger and got it in a separate container to put on himself.

Excellent service, polite staff, and very quick. Clear communication as well. For a fast food chain this is an excellent choice if you need something fast

Worst service ever. Had to wait in extra spot for just 2 junior chicken and order wasn’t made as expected. I asked them to remake and it was wrong too. I didn’t had the whole day to waste here.

Totally messed up our order actually gave it to someone else and when they went to replace the order they forgot half the order no fries wrong meals

We Love! McDonald's! They are Always Fast at getting Your orders out! Check to make sure the order is right, sometimes it is So Chaotic in there that things don't go in! McDonald's is Always Clean! Workers are Always Curtious! Have a Smile on their face!

Terrible! Clerks were friendly but we didn't get what we ordered. Didn't notice until gone and what we got was not very good.

When go mcdonal all of sudden they ask me weird questions: (like “what can I get you” and “is that all for today? ” I don’t like how they force their nihilist social commentary on me like I’m supposed to bow before the almighty Ronald mccommunist. Sprites fire by the way though guys keep it up:)
