McDonald's

I came through the drive thru- ordered a cheeseburger and a 6piece nugget meal with iced tea. Meal was totally fine, but cheeseburger however was more cheese- no burger. The worst part about this however is the customer service or lack there of afterwards. I’ve called numerous times, with no answer every time. I’ve called for the past few days at differing times. Still nothing. Incredibly discouraging customer service, and how does that slide out of the kitchen in that condition? Who forgets the patty on a burger, that didn’t request “no patty”.

Always forgets items and very low quality consistently. Avoid this place completely, go across town, it will be worth/save your time

This mcdonalds is just way too busy, there's always a wait and they usually miss something because they're so busy! It's honestly not the staff or managers, it's just the only mcdonalds close by and it's always packed.

I was in the drive through. This Manger that was on duty at the time around 10: 30pm.
Was just out to lunch. I ordered 2 coffees and took her 10 minutes to make them but while she was making the coffee she was complaining and cursing loud about how customers are paying in the a.and f.k customers. She did not say anything directly to me but her attitude was just so rude. So she kept going on cursing and I waited while she is cursing towards people for 10 min. I made sure she makes my coffee and then I told her why I was not taking that coffee and left.

So bad I feel suffocated. One of the seats were missing, the floor was dirty, and the sink was clogged

The worst McDonalds in town. At 9: 52pm, I went there to pick up a happy meal for my little girl. My order was incomplete, and they are rushing to close rather then serving a customer and 4 out of 5 of the things I ordered were not available. The lady wanted to rush me out of the drive-threw by saying "Im sorry" repeatedly. I wonder why you have a 3 star review and I wish someone of higher authority would read this and take some action because the service is h.o. R.r. I.b. L.e! I'm so very disappointed and irritated. Get this issue solved.

Depends the staff.most days i go late and their staff are very kind, super nice and my food is fresh and good.however, if the driverhru is backed up, dont bother.i went inside to see no adults working, only student-aged staff.they were obnoxiously yelling and making conversation, ignoring customers at times to exchange their inside jokes and loud opinions.food looks like someone punched my burger, however when they did interact with you they were very nice and professional for their age.definitely recommend some better leadership/adult figures present at all hours so your line uo isnt backed up and evwryone stays on task…

Poorly managed. Again, wrong order in drive thru. Had to wait while the order was pulled.and Still messed it up. No special menu items.just clueless staff and nobody appears to be in charge.
I worked at a busy McDonald's when I was young.we would have been ashamed of the present gong show

I got a piece of plastic that had looked like it had just been bitten off of whatever bag it came from. So disgusting and I didn’t get a refund

This McDonald's is awful. I love that McDonald's employs youth but the crew at the restaurant are rude, disrespect and unprofessional. Every time order is wrong, two weekends in a row no coke and wait time is always over 20 mins.

This McDonald's couldn't get a order right if there life depended on it.
Employees have a REAL BAD attitude, stay away!

They screw up orders constantly. 9 time of 10 there is something missing. This is the worst managed McDonald's.

Ordered the chicken bacon wrap today and kindly asked the lady working the speaker to please make sure the wrap has both bacon and tomato on it as the last time (some point last week) I ordered this item, it didn't have any on it.
Just to get home to find that it did not have tomato on it, like it does in every picture both in restaurant and online. It also only has one slice of bacon and 3 halves of cucumber. Safe to say I am definitely not impressed and will probably just go elsewhere next time we need a quick bite to eat.

24 hours is a lie.
Ordered online, doors are closed, drive-through blocked. Waited 20 minutes. Eventually I was able to get someone's attention inside and was told they are closed. Asked how to get my money back and they told me to call customer service.

Horrible! They never have items and don’t let you know till after you paid. Tonight we drove past the back and 6 employees were all there smoking, trashy! No wonder why they never have anything cause there too busy hanging out.

Extremely slow place, sit in the drive thru for so long only to be told they don't have what you want.

Waited 30 min in the drive through with only 2 cars in front of me.after waiting for another 10 minutes with no answer, Someone finally answered to tell me they were out of majority of the options. By the time i got my food the Burger was cold & tasted like it was cooked a day prior. This place is the worst managed McDonald's ive ever been too. -5 stars

Stopped for ice cream, was just okay aside from the Vanilla Chai frame, it was really good!

Literally any casual time I have tried to swing into this place something weird happens. Today it was them just helping one side of the drive thru while kindly asking the man in front of us to just wait while they took others orders lol
