90% chance you will be asked to park and wait wait for your food.suppose to be fast food but never at this location!

I went through Drive-Thru.
A customer ahead of me was handed a coffee and put it in his vehicle. After a minute or so, he handed the cup and was handed an obviously different cup of coffee (the first one was a holiday cup. The second one wasn't.)
When I pulled up, the shift supervisor (based on their uniform) handed me a coffee that looked to be the same as the first coffee the gentleman in front of me received. I asked the employee if that was the case and she confirmed that to be true. I, admittedly rather abruptly, demanded she dump that out and give me a fresh cup of coffee.
That was a massive FoodSafe violation (I used to be in food service and was a FoodSafe invigilator for many years) as I have no way of knowing if he added something that I might be allergic to in it.

I have half a mind to call the city of New Westminster to let them know about this as she clearly didn't think there was anything wrong with handing a customer food that was handed back by another customer. If I were a secret shopper, that might have immediately resulted in a call from city health inspectors.

Because of this experience, I *STRONGLY* encourage anyone who comes here to either think twice about it or make sure they modify every item they order so that they're assured they receive food that isn't rejects from a custom before them.

I go to McDonald's store. Food is always fresh and hot. Always have the desserts available. Customer service is great all the time. Love it when it checks off all your criterias

Really poor service. Went to drive thru and ordered 2 junior chickens, one proper meal with fries. When we went to takeout window we waited and then were told to park and waited for another hour. On finally receiving we saw it was missing straw and a junior chicken. Perfect place to ruin a meal and your mood. Zero Stars. Left left

Worst Macdonald's ever. First, I can't hear the guy who took the order in drive thru, and his English is so poor, I have to repeated many times. Second, the hot chocolate drink does not have any chocolate flavor, I think they run out of chocolate syrup but still keep using the machine, no one changes it. I FEEL THAT I JUST BOUGHT A CUP OF MILK INSTEAD OF HOT CHOCOLATE. The staffs are sloppy, I wonder who hired them. Compare to other Macdonald's, this one is definitely worst.

The food here is pretty good, the service is a different story they very often get orders wrong or missing items and going through the drive- thru is is not quick at all every time I go here I have to park and wait for my order its supposed to be FAST FOOD!

I don't like the new renos, smaller space and uncomfortable seats. Drive thru used to be good but now they get my order wrong every time. Food is okay but there are better McDonald's, not this place

I used to come here all the time but there's been a drastic drop in quality, both of food and of service. They get my order wrong about 1/4 of the time, and either forget something I've ordered, or change it. The food takes too long to arrive and the employees are constantly rushed.

The woman in front of me in drive thru ended up taking 10 minutes just for a coffee and when I got to the window. They couldn’t find my order so I had to order again. In total it took 16 minutes. Don’t go through the drive thru.

The night manager lady is unbearably rude and feels like she hates the customers. She told me to order online next time. This is not how McDonald's staff should behave.

I ordered (drive thru) chicken nuggets happy meal for my daughter. So I have to wait for the food almost 10 minutes then When I’m back home open the box it’s no chicken nuggets box! Also the foods bags it’s cold food! Why have to taking so long at parking? Very disappointed after I went back to pickup the missing food even not hear any apologies.

Came here because play place was advertised, no play place here! Take down the pictures advertising it, ow I'm dealing with crying kids.

It's McDonalds so you know what you get. But I did want to say that their menu for breakfast includes many more items that cannot be found at other McDonalds restaurants.

For example, you can get a Bacon Gouda Egg McMuffin here.

Their interior is recently renovated, smaller than before with less seating available. There is some small seating on the 1st floor but the bulk of the seating is located on the 2nd floor.

Seating area was relatively clean. Washrooms, clean, could have been cleaner. But all in all, not bad.

Parking, depending on times, can be difficult to find. Drive through seems popular as its always busy.

All in all, it's not bad for when you need something quick to go. And credit to having a more diverse breakfast menu.

They kicked out me and my friends out of mcdonalds because my friend was leaning on the tip jar and it opened and then one women said get out where not serving you

Asked for everything hot and fresh which seemed to up set to fry cook as we could here her yelling in response to the special order. We didn’t receive any napkins and our nuggets were under cooked. The batter was mushy and they were inedible. Just gross. April 22 @ 9: 45 order 638

Substandard McDonald's.no drinking vending machine and the upstairs dining area is almost always closed due to "cleaning".

Ordered 8 drinks varying coffee and hot chocolate most were half full!

Always fresh, the only mcdonalds I have ever been to that is consistant. They deserve a special shout out because most are horrible.
