We went in the drive through. It took FOREVER with only 3 cars in front of us. We waited 10-15 minutes. Ordered 4 ice cream cones and 1 strawberry milkshake. They gave us a vanilla milkshake. So then I had to get out and go inside to correct the milkshake, and inside was almost empty. No idea why the drive through took so long, there weren't crazy lineups inside. What a waste of time and they didn't even get a simple order right. They didn't even apologize for giving the wrong milkshake. Won't be going there again.

Hubby went to get lunch, bigmac meal, filet fish, 2 spicy McChickens, chocolate shake. Didn't get what we ordered We got 1 grilled chicken burger, 2 crispy chicken burgers, 1 filet fish - NO fries, NO shake, NO spicy chicken burgers, NO bigmac
Doesn't help either when they hire foreign workers who don't actually understand English or barely speak English! Then they are rude because of that.

We got table service, the lady was very friendly and asked if we needed anything else.
Smile with the service really does go a long way.
The food was delicious.

Made a mobile order for my breakfast, got to the first window (where we usually pay) and the woman tells me she doesn't have a mobile order in her system, so I must reorder and pay for a new order. Later in the day I check my credit card statement and noticed they've charged me for both my mobile order and the other order I had to make. Not happy about this, next time I'll argue more and not pay another time.

This is in response to the nasty reviews.mcdonald’s is a hit or miss! I agree.but at the end of the day, you get what you paid for.if you want quality service or quality food, go to a restaurant! Fast food (key word fast), is for convenience.don’t expect fine dining when coming in a drive thru to order a greasy meal.

95 % of the time the staff is great and very friendly. They do occasionally get the drive thru orders wrong. No forks or napkins unless requested. I did have one particular drive thru employee throw me a bag of food.lol! I complained and the next time I saw her working the drive thru she did it again.lol! Other than that always very friendly staff in the drive-thru.

15 mins for a curbside coffee is ridiculous. And then to get dismissed by management as to why they were ignoring curbside is just rude and unacceptable

Do not recommend. Every time I have gone through the drive through (my last 5 visits to this location) they have gotten my order wrong. Regardless if this is “just McDonald’s”, when you pay for food you should get what you order. Unacceptable, do not go to this location, you will not get the food you pay for.

You know I'd never thought I'd be giving a 5 star review to this location that is notorious for messing up orders. However this Bucaneers weekend a gentleman named *Bryce* gave us the best experience! He rocked a SOLID amazing customer service attitude while this location went through a very busy weekend! The floor manager was taking time to greet everyone and thank them for coming. For the first time it felt like we were supporting a local McDonald's business and not a giant chain. McDonald's could learn a lot from those 2 great people. Thank you for your exceptional customer service!

I've tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt but they just keep dropping the ball. Very poor attitude from the employees. Would not recommend.

Apparently this is a "Large".

So in the drive thru I made my order and had to clarify that my drink was a large, and when I got to the window it was charged as a medium. When I asked if I could pay the difference to get my drink, I was refused. I am baffled and dumbfounded that I’d be refused such a simple request. The quality of workers obviously needs to be improved as it wasn’t even busy at all.

They give you old French fries at the drive through. Been inside before and it’s no better. Go to another location.

My food orders are usually right (not always) but the customer service has really gone downhill. I went through the drive thru today and the person taking my order rushed me as if he had somewhere else he needed to be. And then the lady who handed me my order didn’t say a single word to me. I thanked her twice and not once did she acknowledge me or say “you’re welcome”. Do better.

I ordered threw the app for pick up on my way to work, they didn't start making my order til I was in the store.made me miss my bus to work. Then the breakfast sandwich they gave me 100% tasted like mold, I took 1 bite and threw it away. Total waste of time and $10.

Not sure why, but manager had to come by to fill my order after I stood there a while. Cashier was oddly silent through ordering transaction.

It's usually a great experience when I go through the drive through for my morning coffee but today I ordered delivery. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese that was literally just the patty and cheese. Nothing else. If I wanted a burger with cheese, I would have just ordered a cheeseburger and saved myself $5.
And whenever you try to call them to have it fixed, they never answer the phone.

The absolute worst McDonald’s in Victoria. Rude employees, food is cold and wrong every time and takes 20 minutes. When I worked at McDonald’s this would NOT be okay.

Well come on. McD's are the same everywhere. Though I find the service at this location to be friendlier and faster

I only ordered a coffee today. Seemed much improved over what it was. Happy and competent manager. If I have any complaint it is how lazy people are to sit idling 7 cars in a row while there is no line up inside to grab and go with your coffee. That's why people are so fat. Too lazy to save time and gas by walking 100 steps.
