McDonald's

The only negative point that is not related to this McDonald's is the location. I had a hard time to getting in this plaza and getting out. You must take a big detour to reach there.

Service was good but somehow they didn't know how to make a Big Mac I ordered. It was bun, cheese, two patties, lettuce, sauce, middle bun, top bun. Like how hard is it to separate the patties?

Do NOT order curbside, I waited 15 minutes & had to go inside to remind them of my order. Why offer a service if it can’t be met?

Ordered this egg blt bagel and burritos this morning and discovered that they have burnt my bagel completely. They made me wait for it too and I asked for 5 ketchup packs and they didnt give me any ketchup and got me 10 salsa packs instead. I definitely couldn't eat this bagel and they didn't even include my receipt in thd bag. Such terrible service. Thanks for ruining my breakfast on my only break of the day.

One of the best McDonald’s we have ever been to in the world! Typical McDonald’s food, but had lots of unique options with the donuts, drinks, and kit kat McFlurry! Loved this Canadian experience!

Drive thru was alright. Wished they didnt forget straws for my order ‍️

Very tight area when waiting for your order. Clean though, friendly staff but extremely slow getting food. Way under staffed.

Best customer service i have ever had at this location. The staff was very friendly especially the young women named Pawan. I’ll highly recommend this McDonald’s!

They're always super slow and ask you after going through the drive through to wait in the parking lot! Half the time I go here I'm waiting in the parking lot.

Also ordered a blueberry pomegranate smoothie, received a strawberry banana. Didn't notice until after getting to work.

Ordered a BLT McMuffin and got a egg and cheese McMuffin? Got all the way home before I saw. You didn’t even get half the sandwich right.

Bad service in drive through, screwed up on my drinks an never gave me straws. Weren't willing to fix the mistake of my drinks.

Missed items in my take out order, gave me the wrong mcchicken and gave me a ripped bag so the fries they put in sideways could all fall into my car seat. Not sure how they could screw up one order so badly. Might want to check your carbon monoxide detectors in there.

The coffee was so terrible that I toss it out. The coffee tasted like it was left on over night and a dirty pot.just 100% terrible coffee. Not sure how come it so different from the 104 ave Macdonalds where never had a bad coffee ever.never going back to location ever again.

This is one of the cleaner McDonald's I'm aware of (not that the others are dirty). Drive thru isn't well designed

I buy coffee here everyday but I stopped buying food here years ago. Eggshells in my egg mcmuffin, dry muffins, sandwiches that are slapped together with no care. At least the drive thru staff are very friendly

This place is so popular for it's location only. The food is not "fast" expect to be waiting

Will I never heard of a disease supposed to be so terrifying that you have to get tested to know you have it I think a lot of these restaurants overdoing it especially McDonald's you know their food is good I think they're doing over doing it on the covid

So, A MANAGER came out to yell at a group of people to move a truck from the handicap spot so the restaurant could take their delivery because the driver decided to drive in a certain way (unlike all the other drivers) she then proceeded into the washroom of the McDonald's and yelled at the diabetic man to move his truck, from the disabled parking spot, mid tinkle. Now that's rude, unethical, and outright illegal on SO MANY LEVELS.

I go here every day and there’s always something I swear. The staff do well to hold this location together, especially the regular guy I get every morning. He always remembers my order and makes my experience feel valued.
Lately this location hasn’t been giving monopoly stickered items when monopoly is still happening.

Food was tasty but it was not served well. The burger was not well wrapped, when I opened the wrapping every thing was falling apart.

Ordered a Grande Big Mac here and proceeded to have the most excruciating bowel movement imaginable. Hasn't happened at any other McDonald's location, and I didn't eat anything else that could have caused that to happen. Maybe they didn't prepare the food correctly, I don't know exactly. I'm not coming here again though. Not worth it. Going through that sucked.

I ordered 2 hash brown and a sandwich. Told me to park out front because there is a wait for fresh has brown. Wait 10 minutes. Guy comes out, told me “I am pretty sure this is your order. ” Told him I ordered 2 hash brown. He opened the bag and yup here you go. I get to the office about to enjoy my hash brown and there was only 1 hash brown. Super not happy.

Great easy trails for young and old alike. The boardwalks afford you time to tell the kids and grandkids about the local flora and fauna. One of our go to places for many years.

Its McDonald's, young new people who don't know anything about customer service. At one point McDonald's was a staple in teaching those entering the workforce.

Saw a new girl employee working here named Diksha, she's so nice, I send her back two times to grab extra straws and napkins for my curbside order, she's so fast and so polite, overall good food

Great drive through McDonald’s experience. Quick, efficient and friendly staff. My egg McMuffin with no bacon, added lettuce and tomato was excellent. The hash brown was fresh and hot, likewise for the coffee. I have always had a great experience at this location and it continues to today. Thanks folks!

Went to this location today with my daughter. Ordered a happy meal for her with apple slices and nuggets. In turn I received a n order of fried that were cold and no nuggets in her happy meal. Pretty disappointed as this is now another time that they have made a mistake with my food orders. I come in the mornings and get coffee and that start is great but, now I'm scrambling stuck trying to cook up some food for dinner because the takeout staff missed the key part of her meal. Very disappointing.

The employees have always been a pleasure to receive service from but the one manager sammi treats them horribly, I don’t don’t agree with the idea of adults treating minimum wage teenage workers with such disrespect. It seems that she almost feels joy when putting these young adults down. I hope that higher management can recognize this and alter her attitude or even fire her. Besides the poor attitude of this one manager this location is usually very fast and efficient.

I am not sure how the coupon or Mobile discount works, my burger just had cabbage n some sauce, n it only made me unhappy since it dnt meet my expectation.

Have you ever eaten at this fantastic restaurant? I'm starting to notice them pop up everywhere. They have these really affordable food items in the shape of what I would call hamburgers. But get THIS.no ham.and not German. If you want your mind blown further, see if you can find one if these establishments and ask your maitre'd if they will be serving "fries". And don't run around telling everyone about this place. I like that I can still get a table there; let's not ruin it.

The drive thru team was on their game on my last visit, accurately executed my order quite quickly. This is how all drive thrus should model their window team services! Thankx to the late team for jobs well done!

Came inside for lunch.was not very busy.
Every table was dirty. Had to ask for them to be wiped. Was told that one there is clean. I looked and saw crumbs and a paper wrapper from straw. I said no it's not been wiped down. Every table is dirty. Only one table was wiped for us. Staff standing around when no orders.had plenty of time to wipe tables. I don't know why people would still sit at dirty tables anytime, nevermind during a pandemic but they did. I was here close to an hour and still no more tables were cleaned.
Our filet fish sandwich had to be remade as the cheese was not in the bun and had sauce dripping out of the bun. Second sandwich was slightly better. Still had sauce all over bun. Wheelchair access bathroom was not cleaned. Very dirty toilet.

Used mobile app but order was not ready when I got there. No lineup at the drive thru. Two Strawberry banana smoothies were bland af. The coffee tasted watered down. The fries were okay but at this point I’m having a bad experience so I'm thinking they were probably sitting around and not very fresh.

They need a course in customer service here. They were very rude. I have given this location a few tries, it has just kept going downhill.

I visit this location almost every morning on my way to work and I have to say the staff is just top notch. They are always soo friendly and always have a smile on their faces. They know my order before I even finish ordering. Just wanted to commend them on their great customer service.

You forgot my fries again.it's hard enough getting a break as a truck driver. I just wanted my fries.

Very inconsistent service at this location. Service is better with the Caucasian female manager on duty. Other managers especially the south Asian female cannot even provide standard service or quality of food.

Clean and quick service. I did not have my current coupon offering but they are willing to take my photo of the coupon inlieu, kudo to the crew.

Less busy than other Macdonald location it is macdonald fast food service was not that great compared to other mac location had stomach ache after eating this location entire family member

Regular McDonald's. Little annoying that the receipt machine for the self serve kiosks are always out of order, but the store is clean and they mostly get our order correct.

Whenever I visit this location the food is always fresh. I have never had fresh mcdonalds food even when you ask other places they say they will make it fresh but the line cooks just warm it up in the fryer. This Mcdonalds in particular always has the drive through figured out and very rarely do they make you wait for your order. Would recommend.

Happy to say the manager Darren is so nice and awesome! He helped me fix my order no problem when I phoned complaining about it. Ha ha no major issues as it should be, just normal fast food incidents, but I wish nothing but good luck and have to say my visit was amazing!

I’ve been through the drive-thru here around 10 times and have only actually “driven-thru” twice. Every other time it’s been drive through and park for 10 mins. Maybe they should rename it?

My God. This location is terrible. I don't like leaving negative reviews, however after the previous 3 visits. I have no choice. The only redeeming thing is the new order board. But the staff are disinterested, don't care, order was wrong 2/3 times. Complained and was told to ask for the manager, she said she didn't remember so I didn't get my free coffee. Super displeased with this. I'll go out of my way to a different location in future

Counter checkout service do not know service.never gave us our order number or receipt.a guy who ordered after us was served his drinks before us.cashier did not even ask what sauce we like

Apparently napkins are getting expensive enough to keep behind the counter.
It's always fun waiting in line while you have a bunch of sauce on your face.

A good place for a family meal, without breaking the bank. I like this location, although it is sometimes busy, it still feels cozy

Food was decent. Chicken nuggets had an odd texture and manager was understanding and quick to provide a fresh replacement of the order. The premises was relatively clean but the cleaning rags/mop used were quite old or unclean themselves and as a result the area smelled very unpleasant.

Bought sundae, nanaimo mcflurry, chicken nuggets and fries. Paid for it only to find out they didnt even included the fries. What a rip off

Poor service. I ordered ice coffee no ice but I got ice coffee with espresso. It's not the first time that i got wrong food. Staff is uninterested and what about manager: she never want to listen to customers.

Bathrooms are disgusting and not just from today.caked on dirt, grim and bio. Overall cleanliness in the restaurant was awful too. Got to think what the kitchen and back area are like.

It’s your average McDonald’s, not all of them are special, some can be but not always will they be a home run location to go to.

Definitely not the best. Service is almost always slow here even when it's not busy and food regularly ends up being stale. You get what you pay for I guess.

Had to wait 15 min for 2 medium iced coffee. They had to make a new batch which should've been done before the other batch was done! Asked for light cream and ended up getting more cream! Awful management!

Terrible service and tables and floor are dirty. Order wasn't right of course, even when using the kiosk.
