I watched one of the kitchen staff wipe her nose with her bare hand and then immediately start touching the food. Absolutely disgusting.

Woah the service here is impeccable. I go out of my way to visit this McDonald’s over all the others. Neato.

Geeze lousie, Last time i come here as of today. Had to explain a simple order twice at the menu and twice at the window and when I got home it was still wrong. Called to see if I could speak to someone to sort out my order and after explaining what had happened to the manager, he just said ok and then hung up.

It's practically a guarantee that they will forget your McNugget sauce.edit: they McScrewed me again.

It took a long time to receive the food. I was wondering why it takes so much time. Of course I understand that there are many things to do but… they don’t explain anything. But the taste was not so bad. Thanks.

My neighborhood location really needs to up its quality control and ingredient placement inside the sandwiches. One time I received a breakfast sausage mcmuffin and it was too burnt, fine - Atleast its cooked. Today I get a McChicken and the texture on my last few bites were unexplainable. Really need some better quality or better cooked food at this grimey location. I didnt even get a napkin in the bag. Although they did get all the sauces right! I understand they do what they can, let's simply be a good fast food location.

Using the app to get 6 free chicken pieces and it disapear from order when it was time to pay, it's supposed to be free until march 31 the app said

Staff here usually are pretty nice but very unprofessional with how they deal with most things. I sometimes wonder if it's there job they hate or the people they serve but fast service and convenient area (well for me).

Worst tasting coffee and muffin felt like it was 2 days old. It was so hard I threw it all away. They never get the order right either. Maybe hire some more people or train them better. Not going back to this location.

Was busy in mid-afternoon, both for in-person and drive through orders. Friendly helpful staff who seemed efficient and hardworking. Place is not inviting for dining in as is cramped and can get noisy from customer fronting up to order.

Food is NEVER fast considering it is a fast food place.
The food is never fresh either since you always have to wait for your order.
My fries were COLD not even warm, no salt, BARELY cooked. I went to ask for some new ones and the staff there were very RUDE! She said I ate some, which I did not, they had dumped most of the fries in the bag. I would NOT recommended this McDonald's! Disgusting food and service.

Literally the worst McDonalds ever. Really bad management. It takes forever to actually get the food and then when you do get the food the order is always messed up. How is this place even open? Everyone there should be fired and the place should close down. I will never go back to that horrible mess.

Normal Mc d's just watch the drive through its tiny and scary to drive through. Good thing I drive a small car lol

Strawberry shake was good.
Fries were hot and fresh.
Crispy chicken was a rubbery surprise.
Both apple pies were cold.

Guess it will be a long time until I give in to my Macdonalds craving again.

Poor guys working without AC. Felt bad for them. However have to use bathroom right after FedEx guy. Was told it was out of service. Either FedEx destroyed bathroom or just not willing to open door. Either way. With the heat and lack of bathroom facilities it was kinda like being in hell

Location is not the best either. Driving in to the entrance of their drive thru is dangerous coming from the main street. And drivers can cut each other off which can cause traffic. It is also near train tracks so if it happens a train is passing by, you can’t hear the order taker and they can’t hear you.

I only order coffee here and they always get it wrong. Sometimes less cream. Sometimes less or no sugar.

Its the only location on my way to work so I don’t really have a choice but to drop by here. Otherwise, won’t visit.

This place should just close the sit in section cause they dont serve anyone, 10min to get served and 15min to get one medium drink. 25 min wasted.
They are too busy serving mobile orders to serve anyone standing in the shop.

We go here only because it's on the way home from Downtown Vancouver. Everytime we go and order just Iced Coffee and a set of Fries, it's always at least a 10 minute wait; usually longer.
Normally, I wouldn't care too much to write about a negative experience, but not only are the staff indifferent to you waiting - they almost rub it in your face that Uber Eats or whatever delivery app gets priority and you are a waste of their time and a hindrance to their lives.
I guess I'll start driving an extra 5 or so KMs to look for a McDonalds that's out of the way the next time my kids want something rather than disrupt the daily lives of the staff here.

Excellent, thanks for asking. Got a McMuffin with lettuce, tomato and a touch of mayo it was great. Though it did set me back a bit over 5$ as the guy after me orders a chicken griddle with cheese and spicy mayo was only 3.50ish.still very tasty but paid for the extras.

Worst McDonald’s in Vancouver. Do not order online, don’t go to the drive thru, and don’t even bother going into the restaurant. Order is always wrong or missing items. Staff don’t seem to care about customers or their job. Avoid at all costs. The only time I have had a good experience here is when certain employees were working. But other than that the standards were always very poor.

Cold greasy food! Err UuggH! Totally horrible. Didn't even want to give it one star. Not worthy of a star. Harris Road & Lougheed Hwy.

Like c'mon guys why my fries left a red mark on it. It Must be from the fries bag, I think it melts so that it sticks to the fries. Still, it is not good though. Not safe for food. Although it was just a small things, do not let this happen again.

They don't stock ice cream until 11 am and also for some reason all the bread and burger buns just in the dining area on the tables and stuff

This place is TERRIBLE! We have ordered for delivery and 3 times we have been short changed by this place-order not completed.fries or burgers missing from the order.who does quality control? No one obviously and the lack of caring about customers shows, where is the manager.they charge enough for the food and delivery and i expect my order to be exactly as i ordered.maybe one screw up but 3 times already! Last night (feb 16) we ordered and i knew as soon as i pick up the bag from the delivery person that i got short changed again.the fries-2 large orders to be exact were missing.i am so angry! If mcdonalds is going to offer delivery than check the order for accuracy. NOT OK!

This is by far the worst location, horrible service if they don't forget your order, fries only half and cold, coupons do not apply, refills are not applicable, they don't have breakfast or fresh baked goods by noon, yellow colored ice cream and they get mad if you ask for change, the one washroom is worst than a portapotty, cockroach on the window, etc. It makes the brand ashamed

the ice cream always out of service the service always very very slow, and cookies were stale

Ordered 20 packs of ketchup and 15 packs of salt, mainly for my fries as I am an enjoyer of Sodium and Tomatoes. However quite dissapointing as I only got 12 packs of salt and 12 packs of ketchup. I now want to die.

Pretty unprofessional experiences, and a joke as McDonald employees and management.

They are not customer centric, and do not respect their neighbours, and potential market segment which would be key repeat clients and sales volume.

Needs better leadership and follow up with the community.

I'm missing two cranberry orange muffins, and I ordered the coffee and muffins combo, I got the Bacon and Egg McMuffins though.

FYI: There is a new franchise owner at this location. He is one of A$$ holes that lets the CDN staff go, and brings in migrant workers to do the job because he doesn't want to pay going market rate for labour.

WE have 650K migrant workers in the country, we have 550K people in CDA that are our of work. Boycott this McDonalds, complain directly to McDonald's Canada. The franchise owner needs to have this franchise taken away. McDonald's Canada are horrible corporate citizens. They're a detriment to the community/Canada.

The outside entrance is littered with Macdonalds garbage.
The meat on my double meat patty big Mac was tough and tasteless.
The ice coffee was good.
The staff are friendly.
Kind of scary environment.

Others may like the Seattle brand coffee; for me & family, McDonald's coffee more to our liking

It's hard to say anything bad about McDonalds because you know what you're getting when you eat here but this location was so dirty in the waiting area that I could not possibly buy anything to eat

What can I say? I mean, I've always loved McDonald's. Nothing beats a Suasage and egger breakfast meal deal in the morning. And to top it off, a delicious hot cup of the finest coffee (so sorry Tim Hortons, but I gotta say, they've got ya beat with the beans!) around. What a way to start the day. I can always count on it. Unhappy. The app processed an order that I cancelled 2 weeks ago and I was in the location itself. I was told that they disnt do all day breakfast for the last 5 years (disappointed).

The worst McDonald’s. I started working in the area been coming here a few times a week for the last few months. Every time they charge me for stuff like mcchicken sauce or nugget dip and it’s never there. Every time I add cheese to a jr chicken they never do it. They charge for mcchicken sauce here but never give it. I have checked every McDonald’s near by and mcchicken sauce is free. Do not go to this McDonald’s it should be shut down.

Don't order fast food often, especially during our pandemic, all I can say is Order and pickup area is small, customers are following protocol but it's not the carefree experience it used to be.

Got to restaurant 7 mins prior to closing time to find the drive-thru lights on but no one working it. Id suggest updating your hour if they have changed.

They washroom was closed to public.
It used be open to public and it was one of most reliable place when you need it.

Awkward location to get into especially during rush hour. Normally you get through drive thru quickly but they make you wait to get your food.

On the road had to pee at 8pm guy lock the doors and told me bathroom is being renovated.went then next day wasn't true I slept near just to go back next morning if he was lying

Possibly the worst Mcdonalds in the city, filled with some of the sketchiest customers and slowest workers. Just cancelled my order after waiting 13 minutes for a 1/4 cheese meal, because fries weren't ready. How long does it take to make fries? !?

I order 2 junior chickens both with extra habanero sauce. They put very small amount of sauce and charged me $1 extra for both of the burgers.

Washing hands has been identified as one of the primary methods of preventing viral transfer. This McDonald's refuses access to sanitary facilities.

Friendly staff with a slight hearing problem when it comes to ordering food which I had took them 3 times to get right. Thus half the food was 'warm' not hot. But decent for your daily gogo lifestyle.

Drive thru is way too noisy. The staff is incredibly rude and takes forever to make your order. Dining area is crammed and not pleasant to be in at all.

This is a small McDonalds kind of off the grid. There is usually not a wait for drive through. I really liked the service here. The staff was upbeat and friendly.

When ordering the egg McMuffin sandwich I prefer to have "mayonnaise" then they tell you mcchicken suace cost you more.hello no matter what you call it's still fricken mayonnaise. Funny how you don't get charged for any other condiments. ITS FRICKEN MAYO

Just the worst, one car in front of me at the drive threw that took ten minutes to order (i know not there fault) finally I order and always get the same thing so I know what I’m getting, after ordering and paying I sat at the food window for ten minutes before the told me to go wait in the parking lot where i wait for another ten or more minutes before i just gave up went and had to remind them about my food. Soooo about 30 minutes for a one man meal.could have gone to a real restaurant for that much time.

Wonderful ambience and very attentive service. The meals were crisp and delicious. Will absolutely recommend this place to friends. Convenient rates and big portions. Keep it up.

Better than average experience, Mcmuffin was fresher than normal. Not as dry as I have had in the past

Only four tables in the lobby, they are mainly a drive thru. Good and fast drive thru. Never had a problem. Only used lobby once, it seems odd, being so small. Really like the drive thru.

The staff can be abrasive and quick temperd but with that said its quiet and small which is good

Staff is usually friendly. Products are standard, but the place is too small. Occasionally: not so clean; drive-thru takes too long; out of some basic products.

This restaurant is obviously one of the finest place to eat in the area. Every time I come there I am truly satisfied. They preserve their high level service and the topmost level of meals they provide. You are always happy with this restaurant. Very recommended.

Gave me the wrong order. Charged me the wrong amount for what I was supposed to order.hashbrowns were cold and stale

They actually get my order right, and i can eat it, without wearing it, because the burgers aren't made so sloppy.

Factory food. Disturbing clientele at this location. Beleaguered staff inundated with crazy people from neighborhood. Bathroom horrific.

Maybe 1 out of 10 staff here take their job seriously. I walked in for lunch and the lady behind the counter looked at me and continued her conversation with her coworker, 5 staff stood by the drive thru until one who came from the back noticed me and helped me. My order took longer than it needed cause staff were prioritizing their own meals. Train them to read a situation better and eat on your break like everyone else.

Honestly impressed. It's fast food but they're all very friendly, have never messed up an order, and the food always looks exactly like the photos which is kinda rare. Good job.

Pretty consistent, frys can be pretty old at times, employees are friendly, female manager is super aggressive and exhibits unnecessary and rude behavior to staff, she should really take a course on management considering her method is to just yell at people. Yelling at someone on the till does absolutely nothing for productivity.

Customer service is terrible, they mistake many times and quality is bad, The client is treated very badly and discriminatory. I'm so sad about it. I like McDonald's but Only this branch has a problem.

I ordered nuggets and a quarter pounder. I've never ever noticed the Mayo on quarter pounders before, but when I took a bite in to this one I spit it out and threw out the rest of the sandwich because of how covered in Mayo it was. I don't like Mayo, and this isn't what quarter pounders should taste like!
