Place messes up my order almost every time and forgets food or straws and half the order sometimes too

Delicious fresh, moderately salty french fries, strong coffee with cream and sugar and oreo ice cream! Young, smiling workers, five stars!

Drove from Cedar, app said open 24hrs. NOT. Not even drive thru. Place was dark and locked up. Was only 12: 30am.

Gravy had less than a half of a centimeter depth. There's a very limited amount of delivery options in town, and I'm aware staffing is still an issue with many places so mistakes will be higher with more people training more often, so I've tolerated the fact that items will be wrong or missing more often than not in my orders, but I couldn't even get a refund for this because I've had to ask too many times in the past, specifically for this restaurant.

Friendly staff, hot and fresh food. The afternoon staff is always happy and laughing with each other, while maintaining their efficiency serving customers. Your morning shift workers are always chipper and speedy with the drive thru service, which is always appreciated

If you think every McDonald's is the same, you should see how the employees here go out of their way to be nice and friendly to all their customers. This place is amazing!

Don't bother using the drive-thru they will park you and serve cold food, you would be better off going to any other McDonald's

Greasy cold fries, impatient cashier and when did they stop serving kid’s meals? I asked for a small kid size burger and cashier rattled off “we have Big Mac, 1/4 pounder’s and the rest of what she said was incoherent. Won’t stop there again.

They would not serve most breakfast items at 11: 01. It also took over 5 minutes to get coffee at the drive thru

This particular McDonald's suffers on an ongoing basis do to the fact they can't keep good staff around. If the management did a better job people might actually not mind working there, but that is not the case. Most of the time service is far too slow, and the quality of the food coming out is sub par even for McDonald's. If you have a choice I would pick a0 different location.

The drive through was fast and staff were very friendly and polite.the staff working the morning shift at the front counter are so friendly and efficient.

They can't even get a bacon mcdouble right. Always missing onion and pickle or cheese. Fries cold. Service is horrible, rude and slow af. Always waiting on the side of the restaurant then when they come out they don't know who's food goes where.they dig in your food in the parking lot and it's gross. You're surrounded by lots of angry customers in the parking lot. This location is total garbage and a waste of money.

This is not a fast food restaurant. Messing up everyone's orders. Huge line of people waiting outside for food and getting orders wrong. DQ would be the better choice in this area

McDonald's employees are generally very professional and somewhat friendly. Alot of them do their jobs well, it is just too bad they're doing them for such an obnoxiously malignant franchise. They are now taking away the last few things I felt were services to our communities, like helping people with a drink of water or the use of their washrooms without asking anything in return. I fully understand the difficulties that have led to the new methods around these hands they used to lend to the less fortunate, but especially when each location seems to have adopted their own water/ washroom policies, I believe there are many more compassionate and professional ways to counter the issues at hand.
