Worst service. I was number 356 and they jumped to 400+. Waited over 30 mins for my "fast food. " They asked me my number after 10 mins because I was standing in front with my receipt waiting and girl said they're working on it, all while continuously calling 400+ numbers down the list. After I told them my number it took another 10 mins to get my food. Food was cold, not hold, not warm- COLD. THE WORST.

Waited about 20 minutes for "fast food" pick up, no napkins or salt.could be worse I suppose

A stereo type McDonald's, inside the Walmart in west Kelowna. Conveniently located on hwy 97, West Kelowna.

Went through the drive through and the breakfast burrito was cold, the bagel wasn't toasted, so it just tasted terrible. Called to let them know, but they didn't care.

10/10 staff! Clean.

I like coming here for my coffee and pies (she made me pies!), the staff here particularly are amazing and kind.

I ordered for take out this tues me and my son (may 30) at around 7: 30 pm. There are 2 girls at the front the one is doing the order and the one is mopping the floor. Suddenly the girl whos mopping the floor is doing my order she just left the mop in front of the cash register then start puting my order at the bag. She didnt put sanitizer on her hands or wash her hands before doing it. Im so disappointed. I confronted the girl that she should at least wash her hand before touching any food at the warmer. And shes telling me that she didnt touch my food. I saw her from the start. I hope theres a supervisor in front to supervise them.

Mcdonalds needs to try to hire more staff. They definitely need more than 2 people working here. 4 star for staff as the atmosphere here in Walmart isn't great. Still they made good double cheeseburgers.

Ask for fresh food, the cooks are discouraged from get rid of anything after it expires and they're required to have cooked food in the warmer. They will be happy to cook something just for you.

When through the drive through theu got the grilled order wrong (even though they had the grilled for you sticker and recite with the changes on it). The manager asked what was wrong " i paid for bacon added no bacon is on it" then asked 5 different employees all saying nope" I didn't make it (then the head manager said she problytook it off so she could get more for free " till one lady said I maid no I didn't put bacon on it it dosent call for bacon, the first manager said the recite says add bacon you taped it to the box saying it had bacon she said I did nit put bacon on and she walked back to her station. They remain it and thought the first one out! What a waist all theu had to do was make me a side of bacon! I could have put it on my self! So bad! They can't read an order! Its not fast food it's not good food but you didn't have to make it your self!

They will make you wait if Door Dash is there or if an employee orders 10 min after you. I'm standing in the restaurant with my bright orange jacket waiting 30 min for my app order. Then they gave me my order, and then made me wait 10 more minutes for my coffee that they also got wrong. No drink tray for large drink and large coffee with 3 breakfast meals. Will only go back to get rid of the points on this app then I will never go back this about the 4th time I have been treated like nothing here. And anyone can look at my reviews. I'm not a complainer

Could be better. The food was good nice and hot but the cashier was a little short with me
