McDonald's

It was a few days ago that I witnessed this employee take my order, she was the most sweetness girl ever, had a big smile on her face, also made sure that read me back my order, to make sure it was correct. But she was the only one that I really saw her busting her butt. The employee name was lena. She is such a sweetheart I can't wait to come back.

Food was very okay, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE i got from this one employee named ABID was top notch! Treated me like a princess from start to finish.

No clear signs if the place is open or closed until you try the door. No schedule on the door either.

Time and time again this is the worst McDonald’s in the area. Went to order two mcflurries and a junior chicken. As soon as I pulled up to the drive-in the digital menu when completely white and no one was responding to me for about 5 minutes. When I was placing my order the cashier just asked that everything and then said next window. Paid for our order and was then told I didn’t order the sandwich, was thrown my receipt and was told to pay for the sandwich again. Was charged some unknown amount for the sandwich handed it literally 5 seconds after paying. So I’m assuming it has been sitting there for a bit and told to move along. This is why I don’t go to McDonald’s

Went for morning breakfast drive through. Ordered 2 Egg BLT Bagel meals. Both orders had bagels that were stale and hard as a rock, inedible.

Honestly, I thought the strawberry milkshake would be a milkshake, not Tubby Custard. It just oozes out of a soulless machine into a branded cardboard cup to be sucked out with a paper straw. Talk about uninspired. Where are my little chunks of strawberry? Where are my ice cream scoops? Where is the touch of love that makes this feel authentic?

The dining area seemed to lean pretty heavily on the whole "McDonald's" theme for its inspiration on decor. Also, I didn't have one of the donuts, but if that's what you're going to be selling to people, you probably don't want to have it on display. I've never seen a donut look sad before, but you could tell this one was considering extreme measures to escape it's nightmarish existence. And if someone was going to buy it, they were going to buy it, but by giving them a sneak peek at what is probably going to be the cause of their indigestion in a half-hour and then later, of their inevitable self-loathing, it means they definitely should have known better and it's gonna cut a little deeper.

This McDonald's is so freaking McDonald's baby! You think you know how to Don Don the Mackey burgs? Huh? U don't know middle bun frum fillet son! You think special sauce is just 1k islands!? !? !? !? ! You NAIEVE FOOL HAHAHAHAH! If I could explain it fully on this review you'd all be sipping my bath water hun! Anywhooo toodles mafugga

Normal Mcdonald’s restaurant. All the employee that i had was nice.
The only reason I gave 2 stars is due to one lady who looks like a manager, always rude, yelling at employee, and I can see I am not the only one who feels bad about her after reading some reviews.
Today we ordered something through an app and we waited inside, we saw the order number processing and it disappear. So I went to her and told her that my order number disappeared, her face was like wth and didn’t even bother say anything, other kind employee told her about coffee and went away. This is not the first time she is being rude and arrogant, I saw numerous time that lady being rude and arrogant to customer and as well as to employees.

This is the ONLY drive thru Restaurant in Prince Rupert so we don't have any other choices for fast food in town. This McDonald's is always "out" of something and constantly has a broken down ice cream machine. They don't get the all newly advertised products either. The food is usually hot and service is ok however some of the employees have bad B. O.

Slow service, and staff marks orders as complete before it actually is to bump up production time very dishonest

Restaurant is clean and food is good and fast. My only problem with this location is the manager. A lot of the time is rude to customers and workers.

Decent service but for some reason they don't put much fries in my order every single time I visit and it sounds ridiculous to point that out but it's been well over 10 visits with the same scenario. More fries happier customers.

Place was dirty bathrooms smelt bad and the two ladies working in the Front were extremely rude to not only me and my fiance but as well as a young boy who nicely asked for napkins NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL BY THEIR SERVICE

Every time I ask for a bagel with cream cheese, I ALWAYS end up getting a disgusting sandwich with old tomatoes and lettuce on it.

The speed was great! I ordered Soft serve for some weird reason but, it only took them a few mins to get it done….

Very slow service and missing some stuff or mix up with other orders more training needed to this store

Food is what you'd expect from a McDonald's. However, they CONSTANTLY miss items or give you wrong ones. I made a habit to check my items before I leave now.

Joke of a McDonalds. Consistently gets the order wrong and tonight they blatantly lied that they didn’t have the item we ordered even though I could see the machine being reloaded. I asked them “how long would I need to wait” and I got a shrug of the shoulders from one lady and was waved away by the Chinese lady. Joke of a store.

Clean, efficient, and well designed location with even better staff! Super pleased and will return!

I don't wanna visit here again beacuse the manager behave was awful, they charge me for my order and after the manager told to her staff and they changed my order beacuse she was very angry and rude.

Tried bts meal fast service and quality consistent. Mc nugget is not so good️ well I just order to try the bts sauce this time. I prefer Cajun sauce! Sausage Mc muffin is always good though.

The food is average. You always need to check ur order because they most likely will get it wrong. The staff barely knows English. I asked for syrup for my pancakes and they had no idea what I was talking about. And a long wait, where u get trapped in the drive through and wish u could just leave.

This location always messes up my orders, consistently the worst McDonalds. Lettuce is gross and browning.

Nothing wrong with the McDonalds but the volume of homeless, strung-out and sketchy people are over whelming.

You'd think they made a lot of money with all those mobile and take out orders during lock down, but now they're charging for water

If I could rate this place a zero I would the asain lady that is a manager is horrible she's yelled at other customers infront of me over the lady asking for a new big Mac cause they had put ketchup on the manger proceeded to yell at the lady that it was her fault also dealt with her myself over a wrong order and got told it was my fault she should be fired immediately in my opinion

Average fast food fare. Restaurant was pretty clean which is a welcome surprise. The workers try, not like at some McDonald's.

Well it's a McDonald's, and I believe that 4/5 stars should be reserved for truly remarkable restaurants. That being said, as far as McDonald's go this one is fast and efficient, and the food is always fresh and hot. Which you can't always say. So. It's a 5 star among three star restaurants.

Very long wait, and they instantly press all orders through to done on the order screen. I imagine that's the manager trying to cheat the system into recording that they serve on time when they really don't.

I'll give this McDonald's a 3.
Some times they are quick with service, other times they are not.
Staff doesn't pay attention all the time when you need something.
McDonald's are hit and miss but this one doesn't really stay too consistent.

Ordered through Uber Eats just now. Ordered a plain Bagel with egg and bacon, got an egg McMuffin with the bagel label attached. Like the person making the sandwich was LOOKING at the word BAGEL and making a McMuffin. Hahahaaa not the worst thing that can happen in 2020 but thought it was worth mentioning. Please pay attention.

The service is horrendously slow and the staff appears to so unorganized. I saw someone waiting at the front counter for over 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged him. The service at this location appears to be getting worse and worse.hoped for the best but I got the worst.

It was good. But I ordered at the kiosk and it did not work at first, so I had to order from another one and when it did, the receipt did not print.
I stood there feeling weird about it and it was fine. They were pretty okay about like it either happens all the time or they were just nice. It was still fast and it was still good.

Do the kiosks accept multiple payments if the cost is greater than the value of my gift card? No. Did they have the variety of donut I wanted? No. Were any of the available tables recently wiped down? No.

Drive thru isn't great long waits and no proper cover over window so rain goes right in the car

The lady who works at drive thru window (an asian woman) is EXTREMELY RUDE! I don't know why so many people said in the reviews, but nothing changed!

Most places let you eat it. Here they didnt. It was rainy and had to eat at a bus stop. They also didnt include ketchup or napkins.

Friendly staff for the most part. Sometimes they’re fast sometimes they’re slow. The good thing is their food is usually consistent and tastes good.

Nastiest McDonald's I've ever visited. The food is always under or overcooked. Idk how thats even possible for a MCDONALD'S franchise to be so subpar and continue operating. Also, the Asian lady who seems to be the manager is so incredibly rude to customers. Its beyond me how she is able to keep her job with that disgusting attitude. NEVER GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S

This place is the worst for drive-thru. Consistently gets the orders wrong and the waits are always so long.

Closed at 8pm everyday that ive checked for the past 2 weeks, change your hours. Looks like they're ready to shut down for good.

The lady at the drive through window was EXTREMELY RUDE she told us to “GET OUT “ for using our McDonald’s app we are four people sitting in a car three people placed Separate orders and wanted to pay separately and use some coupons. NEVER have I ever been treated this badly at a McDonald’s or anywhere! - please train your staff to handle coupons efficiently or don’t promote using the McDonald’s App. She refused to give her name saying “we don’t wear Name tags ” and also slammed the window after YELLING get out. She also never gave us our receipt so we cannot contact head office. We are very disappointed with the service and do not deserve this kind of treatment. I hope the McD’s management deals with her unprofessional behaviour as it is absolutely unacceptable. (she is Asian and has short Dark hair, small build)

Don't bother with curbside pickup, you won't get your order.

Ordered through the app for curbside, no food was brought out. Went inside to check on my order. Cashiers were busy with the drive through and walk-in customers, which is understandable. When I explained the situation they found my order which was now cool to the touch. When I explained I didn't want cold food she went to get her manager. The manager eventually came over and I explained the situation. I assumed that she would apologize and offer to remake the food. Instead she said she couldn't offer me a refund because I paid by app. She said I could call my bank and reverse the charge. I asked if there was anything she could do for me and she said I could take the (cold) food even if I was going to reverse the charges. At that point I left without the food and won't be returning.
