McDonald's

My recent visits to this McDonald's have been disappointing due to consistently poor customer service and uncooperative staff. The washroom was repeatedly closed, and the employees exhibited a disrespectful attitude, making faces and failing to provide proper service. What's more concerning is the consistent recurrence of this behavior, highlighting a lack of improvement and accountability from the manager. It's disheartening when such a well-known brand falls short in maintaining basic standards of service.

It was freezing all day at work.i came by to order and was servered and ice cold burger.it really ruined my day

Ice cream machine always broken, i mean always.kids are dissapointed and we never get ice cream.

Today I went there for my order. There is lack of staff at front. One lady was angry at me because I asked for my order. She was stressed. I don’t want to go there again

Took my mom out to this place for the nostalgia. Staff were trying their best to accommodate everyone. They were apologetic for my order taking upwards of 5 min which I didn’t mind the wait. Customer was treating the manager rudely and walking into the other side of the counter just to ensure he got the freshest fries and the manager handled in professionally. One star off because McD’s has gone up in cost and their ice cream machine was broken.

By far the worst in our area. Staff are disrespectful, zero customer service, no lack of care for food quality and customers. You have to wait over 15 minutes to receive cold food. They don't answer the phones and if you walk in to complain brace yourself as you will be hear lots of profanity amongst staff members and no one to help you.

They don't even care how tge sandwiches look so messy and unpleasant.

The organization skills of this mcdonalds are supremely subpar. Last time I went through the drive-thru, I waited 25mins for my order and also witnessed the manager getting angry with staff. This time I find myself waiting again. 10 mins this time.still much too slow for a drive-thru. Do yourselves a favor and bypass this location, it's a literal waste of time.

Very bad attitude from staff. We know its busy but the staff who were there this evening around 7 were very bad.

Always great at the drive thru. Coffee was fresh and hot. Even gave me an extra apple pie which was a nice treat.

Worst experience, staff is so rude, no prior notice for maintenance even we have confirmed on phone call for dinein.
