I get how they strive to be fast but they do so with a lot of compromise. Fries half filled - forgot the condiment packets we ordered - said I wanted our drinks in a tray but forgot - said I was collecting point but didn’t take it

Very slow service when I was there earlier today i ordered a iced tea and they said it was cancelled but that wasn’t the truth I try to avoid this location

Recently have not had a good experience here at all they’ve given me two Junior chickens with onions and ketchup on them and then every time recently I’ve gone to the drive-in they say they’re closed even though it’s a 24 Hour place…

Best and freshest McDonald's I've been to! Clean and great service and food was fresh and hot!

It's a McDonald's.they're all the same. This one has better staff than the one close by on 64th.never had a wrong order here.it's wrong half the time at the other one.

I usually visit this store every morning and the quality of food that I receive is beyond delicious. The manager and the staff can be seen hardworking & smiling.

McDonald's to children is a cool place, a fun place. A place to have some hot cakes and play. The customer service is so below average and it seems to be happening at all the fast food place. Sadly there this is probably a good location and it's still not the same as it was. Really there isn't a place in Surrey that's super appealing. Customer service is no longer a priority.

All day breakfast until 10am.thanks for making it easy to not eat at McDonald's anymore.

Used to be good ever since management changed or something absolute shift show waited like 10 minutes for my food and then when I got it I ordered a BLT burger and I got literally one piece of bacon and they put the thickest slice of tomato I've ever seen on a burger like it was more tomato than burger I recommend avoiding this McDonald's if possible

Ordered a 6 piece mcnuggets got home opened the box and there were only 4 mcnuggets. Charging for bags, shorting customers orders yet you pay full price. McDonald's obviously does not have a sense of quality control. Treat customers like animals at the trough just give it to them and they'll eat it.

Friends told they hadn't bought enough and were asked to leave. Found this to be prejudiced considering the situation and the restaurant was completely empty.

Don’t say you’re open 24 hours, refuse to serve us. We got home, ordered off skip the dishes and it came from the same location that just said they were closed. Get it together!

Enjoyable place to grab a coffee and relax for a few minutes before work staff dedicated to cleanliness and have enjoyed many conversations with staff.
