Closer to cardboard than food. We could not finish any of our burgers tonight. The driest, coldest and toughest junior chickens I've ever experienced. This went beyond "its fast food deal with it". Awful. Fries were okay.

BLT bagel. No plain bagel, wilted lettuce, the end of the tomato and way, way too much mayo.

I ordered 12 cookies at 10pm and they came warm and fresh. Made me so happy cause who doesn't like fresh cookies!

Ordered Doulbe Cheese burger was dried out and cold. Didn't ask about points. Ended up going to good burger place on Victoria Street. Look for other review

Even at my fast food drive thru standards this was not a good experience.
My order was messed up with different things in the bag after I had driven away.
And I had asked for an extra cup which the worker at the window had to ask about. When he returned I was informed that I couldn’t have an extra cup because they were “too busy”. Which if that was what management said to say then I would’ve appreciated more creativity.

Not only was the order wrong, it was cold. For the price you are paying there is no excuse for such poor quality. None.

Fast, friendly, and no mistakes. Used the drive-through with quite a few cars ahead of us, but moved steadily through and received our full order within 2 minutes of pulling into the drive-through. Staff was friendly and polite, food was hot and fresh, couldn't ask for more. Excellent experience here, thank you!

Stopped in to get a burger and use bathroom before driving to kelowna. Bathrooms were closed, the guy at the counter said they could be closed for 20 minutes or two hours, he wasn’t sure

While i was there collecting the order in drive thru near 11 pm. The guy named (AKASH) was so rudely yelling at me to go further so that he can give order to next customer. He can normally ask me to move a little bit but he was so rude and after that he said i will make you wait for minimum of 1 hour if you come here to collect order next time. I am also in customer service from last three years what kind of service was this. I usually never complained but this was worst experience i ever had.

The worst service today. I said my order 3 times. Got sick of what ot huh so I drove up and the guy at first window to pay who was on intercom said it wasn't him even I said it sounded just like u. If u fail to understand basic English u shouldn't work in taking orders. I've done customer service for 13 years and never had this issue

Probably one of the worst drive thru experiences I’ve ever had. First the person taking our order missed a breakfast sandwich on our order, so upon arrival to the first window (taking payment) we had let them know they missed ringing an item in, they asked what it was, and did not apologize for the mistake, but instead looked at us incredibly annoyed. When getting our food at the second window, they gave us the wrong order entirely, I had to explain 3 different times to 3 different people what my order was. When I finally got my order and was on the road again, I open my breakfast sandwich to find no egg, and also no straw in the bag for my iced coffee. I understand having a bad day at work, but for so many different mistakes made my different employees it was a lot, especially because they did not apologize once.

Poorly managed. Poor training. Forgets to put patties in burgers. This all falls on management and their failure to train staff, not the poor kids working there.

Not impressed with the service my last two times. Half empty fry boxes with old fries and mustardless flattened cheeseburgers.

They make food fast, except ice cream. If you know, you know.

And where is Grimace?

Fast service at drive through. Note March 3 2022 under renovation at this time. NO SIT IN SERVICE.

Went through the drive thru and the service was extremely slow. There are 2 lanes to order from, one lane was moving along nicely but our lane was not

If you want to get fat and have guilty pleasure, come to this very normal McDonald's for your Triple Thick milkshake. BTW, why is there only "Triple Thick" milkshakes? Do I need to feel triple fat drinking one?

I've enjoyed the employees good attitude in the morning. I've found their coffees made and properly stirred Everytime so far which is wild!

Hey guys…MERRY XMAS! McDonalds right? I could never talk trash bout this the bestest maker of “fast food” French fries…ever? And their a great place for all the youth of our generation to experience employment, practise social skills, learn responsibility, etc. My first job was at a McDonald’s…Hey, it’s about 4: 00sharp…in the a.m. And when I’m finished, I’m gonna fly to McDonald’s and eat. Why not, their 24hrs at most locations. So, HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL, and to all, a good night.

I'm a trucker stopped by at this location at 1: 45pm today to get a coffee and food. I did not have a mask along and the manager refused to serve me. No one offered me a mask I just got told they won't serve me. I worked 7 years of serving all kind of places and get refused if wanna get some food while working 16h a day 5 days a week. Shame on you! I also did a research and Mc Donald's is not refusing anyone according to there web page. Shame on you guys

No cheese on our cheeseburger and the bun was burnt. Forgot a medium fries as well. Very long wait. Food looked like it was squished together.

Food is always … good I mean it’s McDonald’s so you know. Consistency though between different McDonald’s is a fail recently. Aberdeen McDonald’s put maybe a finger nail smear of mayo on their new bacon crispy onion quarter pounder while Valleyview put the right amount of a full tablespoon on theirs. Need to be consistent between restaurants if they want to remain successful. Who am I kidding. They will always be successful!

I ordered a Habanero Chicken Burger and got a cold burger without Habanero sauce. There was just a bun and cold patty.

It was mcdonalds, very, very busy! 8 don't recommend going at 12 to 2 in afternoon, and if you think going in is going to save time from not being in line up, you got another thing coming!

Clean dining area, polite and smiley servers, food was pretty quick considering it was packed. Bathrooms were clean too.

I am a truck driver and was really hungry at night time. Went to the drive thru but the lady refused to take order. Wondering we are the one who serves food on their tables and we are the one who sleeps empty stomach.

Waited 20 minutes and didn't even get what i ordered then tried calling and got no answer. Worst service ever. Well never be going back there again

Absolutely nasty was in line drive through with a bunch of other cars in front and behind around 130 in the morning everything was stone cold absolutely garbage will not eat there again always the same experience garbage.

This location in particular when going through the drive thru IA a bad experience and when it comes to customer satisfaction well lets say they SUCK

Just want to let everyone in Kamloops know that if you ever order from McDonald's on skip the dishes that their service is quite horrible to be honest when you ask for extra mayo just because you don't get enough on it and u pay for the extra they put so much in there that you might as well use it as a facial cream.
My double quarter pounder BLT had literally no meat in it at all and All the fries were half full cold and packed horrible.
So everyone please make sure to check all of your orders that you receive from them prior to eating it it has nothing to do with the delivery service that delivered it, it's just the service where is been made needs to be taken a bit more serious.
We all work hard for our money and when we spend almost $80 to get some McDonald's delivered to your house and it's absolutely horrible it's pretty disheartening.
The head office of McDonald's should definitely have some professionals coming and train this stuff much better because the quality of their company and their food is going down horribly and the service is beyond repulsive and that does not go for everyone I am sure they some amazing staff that they have a work for them as well.

Good except they don't have the new Bigmac burger which makes me a sad panda. I wanna Smash a super big big Mac lol

I've been to many.places as my grandson are gluten dairy intolerant. This is one of only places he can get what ever he want from breakfast to dinner.

Ordered 10 chicken nuggets, only 9 in the package, dry cold.

Liars. Say the lobby is open 24 hrs online and on the sign. Go to walk there and the doors locked and they won't let you in. Scumbag liars plain and simple. If short staff put a sign up or somehting don't just look me in the eyes. Travelling for 12 hrs tired and hungry and that's what I get.

Answrers and order giving are taking so rudely. Not giving complete order and waiting for order is to long.one main chutneys was missing

On the way to the coast we stopped at Mc Donalds for breakfast. We decided to use the drive through. Would have been perfect except for the loud truck in the lane beside us. We did not realize until we got to the window to get our food that she had missed part of our order. No problem the rest of the order was made and paid for. Our meals were fresh and hot. Just what we expected. Coffe was too hot for me but I did enjoy it a bit later.

Let me start by saying my first job was at a McDonald's. I am not deaf to the fact that the majority of employees at this fast food chain are teenagers and teenagers make mistakes. This is my neighborhood McDonald's and I frequent it weekly now with my children in tow for quick, on the go dining. On this last trip, I was really irked to find multiple burgers were made incorrectly and condiments missing (straws, ketchup and no napkins, not great for messy toddlers) after driving to the opposite end of town. With a quick call, Kim the service manager not only acknowledged the inconvenience but also forwarded my complaints to another lady for a free food voucher. I received it in the mail promptly and my confidence is now renewed. Exceptional customer service and despite this error (and more than likely more to come in the future), I will be back to bring my family's business. Great job Valleyview McDonald's, best one in town by far. A little understanding and patience goes a long way.

Me and my dad atoped for a bite to eat after trucking all day and the staff were varry respectful and the manager was definitely someone who loves her job.

Ordered Junior chicken. Recieved bun with Mayo and lettuce. "Just come on back, we'll make it right. "

Unfortunately, my 30 minute lunch break from my performance based job precludes me from driving back to placate your non-performance based employees.

The food was good and cheap. The service was very friendly and fast. The can consider giving the straw with the drink though.

Fast food is not my normal fare, but it was convenient and fun to order from the app, pick up and eat outside the restaurant. The taste hit the spot:)

Well they did hockey puck my "lightly toasted" blt bagels this morning but it was early and they were pretty pleasant. Three stars!

McDonalds is the same no matter which one go go to no matter what country. That's what's good about a worldwide company that holds its standards on a high level no matter where in the world you go to one

This McDonald's is always so busy and the staff there make sure they keep up with that pace. I live in valley view and go all the way to this store for the service and efficiency. I have never had my order messed up and the manager before covid rules always remembered us and our baby loved her she would entertain him while we ate if she had time. We go for her as well I wish I knew her name to share she is blonde and wheres the manager shirt.excellent service and happy staff my favorite McDonald's in town!

Good fast drive thru, however double check your items before leaving, they are infamous to forget simple things.

I ordered a hot fudge sundae. As I was eating it, I found a piece of plastic in the middle of it. I instantly returned it and asked them to check the machine. I was told that it was impossible and to remove my sundae from the counter and dispose of it. The lady then walks away. I am very disappointed in the way I was treated at this McDonald's and will never return.

Ordered 6 meals for the family before our trip home to the lower mainland. Wanted to eat in the restaurant but the tables were NOT cleaned. Considering that we are in a pandemic. This was very poor.

Since covid-19 I been going to valley view McDonalds as the tim hortons are closed early mornings. Every time I come to this restaurant they are either slow with wait time up to 10-15 minutes just to get 2 coffee and couple hashbrowns today june 27 202 I order 2 sausage mcmuffins and a large triple triple and med on. Instead I got a large tea with milk and 3 sugar. This place needs a major over haul so very disappointed.

Great location here the staff are amazing and this is one of only a very few McDonald's that were happy and very accommodating to truckers over the last few months.

If they're busy they often forget parts of your order. Has happened numerous times now, hence the review. Food is hit or miss, sometimes great sometimes awful. Won't be eating here anymore though after too many missed items, mysteriously not in the bag but supposedly made

Check your orders. Usually wrong. Been going downhill for over a year now. Will not eat there anymore. Never ever had a bad experience at another macs.

Best experience in years at this McDonald's! We went around 430 - 5 sat Jan. 6 th. We went through drive thru. The experience was a complete 10/10 from service to food. The food was hot and tasty. Everything on the order was perfect. So happy to see this McDonald's getting back on the right track!

Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. It's not huge inside but it's up to date and modern. Don't go to McDonald's a lot but this one was pretty good.

Tried to use our own cups and they prepared the coffee in two different single use cups, poured them into our cups and then threw away the two single use cups. Didn't even use the same cup twice. I have been able to use my own cup successfully at other McDonalds locations.

They always mess up your order and are out of things like milkshakes, pies, forget to put fries in your order put cheese on burger when you tell them specifically not to. Worst McDonalds in Kamloops!

Went to Valleyview McDonalds. Had a great young guy serve us tonight! Believe his name was Keenan. When we walked in he greeted us with a big smile and up beat personality He was super friendly, offered suggestions, was very fast, just overall did a great job!

Alright place can be crowded during lunch and dinner hours but otherwise usually a nice quite place to do work sometimes

I will not return to this location. I waited 10 mins in the drive thru for a meal that they messed up. I parked my vehicle and went inside. I asked for money back and said i dont have time to wait. The women working said she would refund me for the samdwich. But instead of refunding me they helped the next customer in line and went to chastize the workers in the back. I left the messed up ordse sitting there and left i told them i dont have time to spare. They either did not understand english or did not care.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. We got 2 McDoubles “like a Mac” and they charged us almost double for the add on even though it was just adding lettuce and Mac sauce into the burger. What should have cost me a dollar to add on ended up costing me $4. Just drive by here and go to the other place in Kamloops if you want food.

Service is not always the greatest I have to wait in front for the drive through window for 15 min, the lady employee looked at me and still choose not to open the window and take my order I had to go inside to order then had to wait another 20 mind for my food to be ready when it was busy in the store just untrained employees on shift and Un managed staff.

Its little bit more quiet at this location than some of the other McDonalds in kamloops. Us old people will like it there.
