It's McDonald's. It's good while you're eating it. You'll feel sick 5 minutes later and tomorrow you'll have diarrhea.

Breakfast: their hashbrown taste like they are cooked in dirty oil and the burritos were dry and cold as if sitting too long. Service workers have been great. Ladysmith restaurant, on the other hand- food is always fresh and hot. I prefer to drive to Ladysmith for the better food.

Your employees don’t speak English and they have forgot my sauce every single time the burger is cold the fries are soggy and your place just sucks at every corner. Like hire people who actually speak and understand English

No charging outlets available. When I was ready to pay, I was overlooked several times until the manager realized I had been there a while. I do commend her for her initiative. Food was decent. McDonald's, so nothing out of this world.

They played their personal music from a speaker in the back very loud. While still playing the music in the dining area. Ignored some costumers on accident because they had their back turned and couldn't hear. There is 2 very loud songs playing at this point. They always giggle and laugh in a different language when costumers show up or leave. I can't charge my phone here.

No toilet paper in ladies restroom. Veritably impossible to get into either men’s or women’s. Have to push a button on the wall to get in, but it doesn’t work. Reported no toilet paper. So what? ! No serviettes available either. Nasty! We threw the food away.

Just before closing and disorganized staff atmosphere whom the manager was doing a nice job to control as they had a couple of dishelved homeless they were getting out of the restaurant. It spoiled our meal so we ordered it to go as we were catching the ferry anyways The best thing I can say about.y visit is that I was impressed at the young lady manager as to how she handedly the situation considering there were 5 people already dining inside and us 6 ordering our food and the 2 homeless individoals. Our food was OK.

I went there at 630for breakfast because everything says 24 hours. The drive through is 24 hours. You can't sit down to eat until 8 a.m. I kept driving

I was just here at this location. I’m part native not from the island and they refused to give me my drink I order. Because if the colour of my skin. The place was filthy and dirty. I make more than these people here and they were trying to make it seem like I was trying to get more than I paid for. I will be making a formal complaint to head office about this place. Just because you have issues with local natives, doesn’t mean we are all like that.
They need to close this place down and everyone inside should be fired.

Went into the restaurant to eat in but all sections were blocked off and we were pushed out the door and forced to eat in the parking lot.

Check your drive-thru order before you leave the window. We're visiting here, went through the drive-thru twice, and each time they forgot something. We always check the bag before we leave the window.

If I put in a mobile order that is requesting table service, please deliver and not ask us to come to the counter to pick up the order.

Really lovely security guard at the door. We had a host of children and he was so good with them, friendly, told us how to access the washroom. The staff are friendly enough as well, but not many tables are cleaned up. We ordered on the app and put down table service but they called our names instead. They missed my drink but that was quickly fixed. So - just a bit hit and miss but they were friendly!

I mean…after all it is a McDonald’s so it’s not like the bar is set all that high lol. I hit up the drive thru for a coffee and the staff are friendly and fine but this is perhaps the only place where they will instruct you to pull to the side and wait for your coffee. I mean I’m not even mad, thats amazing! 3 customers pass before you’ll get the coffee.

So dirty. Bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Tables all dirty. Service was painful. Done in no box and yet giving us al the paper bags and extra garbage

Wow! Never have I ever received such awesome service at a McDonald's.

Pretty standard fare for this franchise, it was fast, the usual price and temperature, consistent with what you would expect. However, what makes this location stand out (not in a good way) is the service. On screen, our order showed $74 and contained a LOT of extra items we didn't order. When we stated this, there was no acknowledgement or explanation, it was dismissed, and the total hidden. No free smiles here, and at the food window, when we asked if dipping sauce was in the bag, we were waved off impatiently by a person who didn't pack the bag, and clearly didn't have a desire to answer. It wasn't in the bag, which just seems par for the course with all of these places. I feel sort of ridiculous reviewing a fast food place and finding it lacking, but the truth is.these are not inexpensive compared to the number of alternatives available, and to be consistently underwhelmed and disappointed and pay the same or more than competitors for an experience that leaves a bad aftertaste. I think we can do our best reviewing by exercising our judgment and going elsewhere.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant and I must say the food this time around was so bad it lead me to write this review. Right away I noticed as I unwrapped my junior chicken the buns looked smaller. Not only were they smaller, they were stale followed up by the bun not being toasted. I took one bite and could not continue, super not impressed. Want to keep coming back but food like this makes me want to go elsewhere. Come on mcdonalds, step it up please. Took place at around 5: 00pm on Thursday. Took photo evidence as proof but Google won't let me upload!

Visit another McDonalds in town. This McDonald’s is located in a bad part of town, always slow, and food quality is bad. I have found multiple hairs in my food and grounds in my coffee. Avoid this location*

Every time i order from this place.the food is always sloppy made. They never use gloves touching this then that.handles that have been touched a thousand times a day.watching them now for 20 minutes. No one has washed their hands, no one is wearing a hair net. And they touching our food? Nasty

Read all the bad reviews. Honestly you have to give them a break for all the homeless peopele problem. I used to buy here everytime after get off ferry. No more.

The homless people live in this parking lot make me feel not safe. They curse and yell at me when I get out of the car.

Imagine you work here and have to deal with them everyday.

I ordered hot cakes with sausage, add bacon did not get either just hotcakes. The top of the container said what my order was supposed to be. This McDonald's is horrible always something wrong.

The restaurant is very clean the staff always have a smile. Of course, they have the Happy Meal
