It's too different. It's all weird and sterile and grey now. There's no character to it at all. Feels like standing in line to order at a hospital cafeteria almost. Just boring as hell. What happened to Ronald McDonald and all the other characters that used to be on the walls? They don't display the happy meal toys anymore either. Like.why?

We went around noon which might have been a mistake. Staff were really friendly but the location was very busy.not dine-in, but with orders.

In the enc our quick meal turned into one hour.

Probably just bad luck this day.

Pick up morning coffee for the shop everyday. Laura, Brian, Cassie, Sam and the rest of the Morning crew always kills it.

Always pull forward for orders
Literally got pulled forward for a mcflurry
Always super slow and miss items. Never would go in this location unless emergency

Worst McDonald's in B. C. I was with my Somalian friend and they did not allow him to eat inside the restaurant. They called him a pirate and said if they let him sit inside he will steal from other customers. When I stood up for him they called me a "dirty Jew" and said I can leave as well. Do not come here. All the staff should be fired.

I went early in the morning after work and Kurmal (hope spellings right) was super nice with an amazing smile!

They don't mix the McFlurry. Service is slow and rude. Ordered food once. It was bad, even for McDonald's. Definitely the worst McDonald's I've been to in Fraser Valley

Slowest "FastFood" restaurant I have ever experienced. 6: 15pm on a Thursday evening and the service is so slow. Not impressed

I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for my order.the service was horrible, i witnessed someone get on shift then back off shift.the food was also cold and soggy.there were garbage on some tables and most of them were all gross and dirty.will not be coming back.my friend also waited 50 minutes for her food.plus there were flies in the baked goods display.disgusting.

Drive thru open 24 hours?
Came thru this time at 414am last week they were open. Come today Oct 1 at 414 and told closed. No signs or anything else indicating that.

Absolutely horrendous service. I ordered a 20piece and someway somehow these guys sent me a Big Mac and a mchicken I mean cmon get it together. Never go here…

This is a garbage McDonalds. There seems to be an issue with really poor management. The dining room experience is very very bad. They seem to have abandoned the idea of customer satisfaction, entirely concentrating on product output. Lack of staffing issues seems to have really contributed to this situation. I only visit this location due to lack of other McDonalds in the area.

I've been to this McDonalds a couple of times each time I go in it's either the toasters not working auto sugar or have no straws I don't think I'll be back

Such a dirty restaurant, there was garbage on the floor, every table was dirty, and every garbage can was overflowing. My mcwraps tortilla was all cracked and falling apart, but my fries were good.

We received chocolate milk from September 2022. It was given with the happy meal, that means my child was going to have it. How terrible!

We opened the bottle and it smelled yuk. The staff did not check their stock. This is so unfortunate that McDonald's is providing such a service. Also the yogurt was missing from the meal. This would be the first and last time we go to this branch at least.

Food is always cold half the time they either put 0 sauce or cheese on the food pop machine always gives flat pop absolute worst one around

Been there 3 times and every time it’s been disappointing always waiting after ordering in the drive though. Food was still cold too. What a rip off.

I went there today and literally every table was dirty and disgusting. Not The first time at this McDonald's nobody cleans up and none of the stuff clean the tables. Sometimes even first thing when you get in. It's dirty so they didn't even clean the night before. So I wonder how the food would be? I think an official report to the McDonald's website is needed with this location.

While this place is renovated, it is often very busy but with slow service. The food is usually decent but tables and washrooms don't get the TLC that they need. Convenient location but an odd parking lot to navigate. Definitely not my favourite McDonald's in the area but it gets the job done.

Desk are so dirty, priority for drive through customers, waiting time more than 10 minutes in the store.

Slowest McDonald’s in all of the lowermainland. EVERY time I go, regardless of what I order they ask me to pull up to wait for my food in the parking lot!

Terrible service! Stood at the counter to order my food for over 5 minutes was acknowledged and then they still never came to take my order. I finally had to holler at someone because of the lineup behind me. Learnt today go through the drive through and order than eat in.
The food was cold when we finally got it and fries were only half full.
They wouldn’t refill the ketchup either when asked.instead through ketchup packets on the table.
