Went through drive thru.service was fast and polite, but my food was cold and coffee luke warm.disappointing

Went to the drive thru on September 13th at 10pm, at the drive thru I ordered the 2 can dine for $15 through the McDonald’s app, the lady acknowledged I was using the meal deal coupon, and so I gave my app number and I placed my order. At the window I paid and discovered that it wasn’t the deal and instead paid $23. I realized the mistake and notified the staff at the window about the deal but then they told me I had to click on the deal on the app not my McDonald app number. They should’ve told me that the number was not the deal when I was ordering and the manager that attended to me was really rude as she just told me abruptly that what I did was wrong and that I had already paid them so nothing could be done and she walked away. Rather than make the wrong right, I was left dumbfounded with such lousy customer service. If that’s how you conduct your business unethically by not honouring your coupon deals, then don’t distribute meal deal coupons in future. Lousy service!

Pretty well run location. Sometimes during the warmth months little flies sit on your food. Maybe take your order to go?

Just went thru the drive thru. We asked for 2 #12's 2 breakfast burritos. I had to say the order 2x to get it thru buddies thick skull. Once we got to the pay window I felt like he didn't want to be there at the pay window. Like he didn't care about his job. We received 1 order of breakfast burritos. Not 2 orders of breakfast burritos.

I’m not sure reviewing a McDonald’s is a good use of my time, but I just wanted to say I’m onto the poutine shenanigans. The poutine is either so popular here they run out every night by 7 pm or it’s too complex for the night crew to dump a mess of lukewarm fries, chewy gravy, and cold curds into a box.

Sooooooo slow for inside eating and mobile orders. 3 hand sanitizers are all empty! No refills！

Worst service ever they are never prepared for people’s orders. I tried to order a kiwi banana pineapple smoothly and they told me there were out of yogurt… so I figured ok I’ll just get my food and have pop at home…. Then I was ordering 2 poutines to be informed they can’t make poutine… even when I have ordered from them with Uber eats they are constantly missing things in my order… this location is extremely unorganized or cannot produce good customer service! Constant disappointment…

We ordered 5 mcflurries. We were asked to wait at second window. 10 mins pass by. Other customers getting their mcflurries. Eventually we have to go in ourselves, while others continue to get milkshakes. Their response was - we wait for more orders and then do it at the same time… no apologies, a silly excuse.

Very slow service. Probably the worst in my 46yrs of going to McDonald's.
Try to avoid them but need my coffee sometimes.
Edit: everytime I go in here there's a small blonde woman with a high pitched voice and she is horrendous at her job. She spends way too much time laughing and talking with her coworkers about her personal life than doing work. Sad thing is that I think she's supposed to be a manager.
Avoid this place at all costs, it's filthy, slow and the service is terrible every. Single. Time.

I frequent this location a lot and the team here is consistently so cheerful and friendly. The managers seem to like their jobs and speak encouragingly to employees which reflects in the general ‘happy vibes’ behind the counter / window. Not very common with fast food restaurants so keep up the great work!

The Indian woman that was working drive thru on July 18 at 11pm was so rude she was talking to her boyfriend on the phone while at the drive thru window when we (customers) were standing right in front of her. We placed our order, paid for it and we did not receive the whole order. When we got home, we noticed we were missing burgers, called the McDonald letting her know we are missing food. She was very rude and aggressive. She kept saying she put all of our burgers in the bag when she didn’t. She was not apologetic, didn’t care and kept arguing with us saying we have the full order. We paid $45 for food we didn’t even receive. If I could give this McDonald’s a zero I would. I don’t know how McDonald’s hired such a person.

Typical fast food place, they are all looking he same, went in for a fruit smoothie but they discontinued them! Instead they have a "fruit" drink which is just artificial favour and sugar and mostly ice. Not the same! Time to start going elsewhere.

I ordered an oreo McFlurry with extra oreo. And boy did they deliver. Best McFlurry I've ever had hands down.

A group of customers made fun of me wearing crutches and said I’m faking it. Staff appeared to know the customers and engaged in making fun. Aside from staff themselves being loud and unprofessional, I felt unsafe

The worse drive thru customer service I have seen in BC. These McDonald’s employees get paid too much to not even take an order in the morning. Second time pulling up to the drive thru this week saying hello 3 times no one answers finally when I give up and drive away they remember they have to work. Never going there again waste of time for orders they can never get right.

Great coffee. Tried coffee here for a change. Beats Timmies for sure. I will be back. Also the breakfast but was excellent, thank you

Horrible place and the order is never right and the manager is racist too white people he called me homeless for no reason I confronted him about it but he just denied it

It's McDonald's.the food was fine. They messed up our order but fixed the problem right away.

Does anyone else usually find the coffee absolutely terrible in the mornings from 6am onwards? I thought I’d try and avoid this today and order a tea but they seemed to have messed that up as well. After reading a few of the reviews from here I’m not surprised. Foods not bad, but the coffee/tea are disgusting.
