Check your order people before leaving the store or drive-thru. I got Egg McMuffin in sausage McMuffin wrap.

I like everyone here. They are always very kind, they all seem to have a good connection with one another and the customers, I always see them bringing the food to tables and talking to their customers. Coffee is always hot, apple pies too. They're just so sweet, had a nice chat about adventure time with I think an assistant manager there. I salute our Food Service Heros! It's not always easy to be so upbeat in such a fast paced and demanding industry, but it looks like second nature to them. <3 <3 keep up the good work!

Smaller location but old school order at the counter style bumps service ranking up a full star. Just a couple bits for dinner as we don't frequent the arches very often - it was a good quick road trip dinner as we pressed on to our final destination.

One thing I got to staff was actually cleaning vents in ceiling shocked me and place was clean

That guy ken. Wow best service I have ever received. They made my day, no they saved my life. Give that crew members a free mini donut. The not only gave me the customer service I needed but I received a true human connection.on a side note there ice wizard made some cream ice for me here!

Just spent half hr in the drive thru line. Not acceptable!

And then my second bad experience in one week rude manager! Place is real bad lately.

Third time. Looks like new management and things seem a lot better at this location.

LAST TIME. Looks like i was wrong, same two managers, same ridiculously bad service! - over half hr wait for cold food!

This place has really stepped it up, much better in every aspect!

The chicken big mac is delightful! I've never had a problem with the service at this mcdonalds (lake country) I always use the drive through so not sure about the atmosphere in there.

Service was good and friendly, but the food lacked as my bun was stale and fries were kind of burnt

Ordered and was parked only given 1 drink of 2, waited out front for almost 10 mins as more people came through drive through, finally went in and they gave my food to someone else. Told them I was missing a drink also, they gave me food and I left poor service

Good food but burgers are always flat and too greasy. The fries are veer good especially with the ice cream but they are always flat too.

I just don't understand how they can't follow the simplest instructions (" no cheese"!) How hard is that to follow. This is the reason why big corporations are going to robots and self checkout, come on do better.

Picked up my Big Mac all excited. I was wearing my new white dress and I dripped my Big Mac on it. I am angered and this will be my last time at McDonalds.

Quick service for breakfast and was a great recharge after getting out of hospital due to surgery the previous day

The menu has really been pared down, at least at this location. Both of us were looking for the Quarter BLT sandwich, which is effectively now a Quarterpounder, and each item like lettuce and bacon and mayo that was part of the BLT is and add-on cost.made for surprisingly expensive burgers.

Third time my order has been typed in correct and made wrong at this location. Make sure you check your bag before leaving. Not coming back here for a while

It's McDonald's, we usually only eat here on road trips. I have to say that the staff were incredible, far better than I expect at a fast food restaurant

This time we went through the drive-thru because last time they had troubles at the counter. However this time we got our breakfast sandwiches cold, no ketchup, salt or pepper as requested & they failed to put sugar & cream in a double double coffee, which I couldn't drink black so it was thrown to waste. I was not impressed as I know MacDonald's can do much BETTER!
