McDonald's

Everytime I've gone to this location they forget something. I ordered a Mcdouble one time and they for got to put cheese in it I just ordered hot cakes and sausage and it didn't come with butter or syrup

Generally fine as mcdonalds goes, but management sets the volume of the music far too loud, and it appears they do it in order to prevent people from lingering. It causes people to shout over its volume to try and communicate with each other, which makes me reluctant to become a regular. Everything they do to make it harder to work here means fewer chances of neighbourhood locals coming here to spend their money.

Either this mcdonalds wants to be amenable to the community and be part of it, or the owners should sell to people who don't object to having patrons who actually want to spend time in their restaurant.

Terrible service.

I wanted to change the card with the 7 stickers for a cappuccino and the cashier told me that there was a problem with the machine and there were no cappuccino or lattes available, (he denied provide the product), soon after I got in my car and ordered a Latte through my app and ohh surprise it turns out that the machine worked.

A disgrace in this branch, I don't understand what's the gain by denying good service?

As far as McDonald’s in Vancouver go, This place has the worst service and the most unprofessional management.

This is the worst mcd drive throw service ever i see 45mins in drive throw lineup woww, is it any management there?

It closes the dining room earlier than it says online so if you order on your phone and walk up they'll bring you your food to the door. It's interesting.

Not only did the parking lot smell, the workers couldn’t even make an iced coffee properly. It’s McDonald’s not rocket science.

Have been hooked on hamburger for a couple of years.this was one of the best. I will be back at least once a week. I haven't tried any of the other dishes, it is the soup I am after. I think

The manager didn’t want to sell me and my friends just because we were on halloween costumes, she keeps saying the system was down but she was giving food to other customers

A year later still only two stars.drive thru I had to wait for order even preorder on the app, no fries? I went in to use the washroom and it was nasty only one stall had toilet paper, not clean at all some times in passing didn't look wiped properly had crumbs and then when got the order specific no pickles and onions that request was not met.

All my pregnant wife wanted was a cheeseburger with extra pickles. We asked for double amount of pickles and were charged for them, which was fine. Got home and not only did she not have extra pickles, she only had ONE on her cheeseburger. Kind of felt spiteful. We know which McDonald's we won't be going back to for future pregnancy cravings.

Worst ever evenings are horrid awful manager who is beyond slow & rude
Wrong order & waiting 15 minutes now and it's still not re done & not a long line up with drive-thru but 10 to 15 minutes per car.
Absolutely insane when you ask he just says oh we just have problems here we have problems.
You betcha you need a new manager here!

The food isn't necessarily bad but they "ran out of ice cream" when it's summer time (peak season). How do you run out of ice cream in the summer?:/

I had to pull up to a third window which looked like it was in the restaurant, very difficult to pull up to and they forgot my handicapped sons pop. Too difficult to turn around with the median so I let it go and went to the gas station

What used to be an affordable fast food outlet is now expensive and lacking in personal service and comfort. Dimly lit cold dining area. Limited seating so now a stand up while eating environment has been created. No condiments unless requested after waiting in line. Same for paper towels. Coffee was not served hot. Overall the quality has been cheepened while the prices are steadily increasing!

Went through the drive through, nobody in front of me. Was told to wait in the parking spot after paying. Waited 10 minutes and the fries were cold?
This location needs a new manager/new staff

Had I not checked every single item I ordered, they would have gotten every single wrong. Utterly pathetic, I won't ever go back to thks location.

Great service had one of the best burgers ever. Had cold fries but they fixed it right away. Made one of the best mcflurrys ever too. With Xtra Xtra skor in it.

Experienced only of the drive thru at this busy intersection location, the service is fast, accurate and complete (napkins not forgotten), the corners around the restaurant are rather snug and slight paint marks previously left by other cars caution the dangers. Leaving to turn into the busy traffic of Hastings Street can be a stressful endeavor.

The food is always well prepared and delicious, cashiers provides fantastic customer service. I liked how neat it is and atmosphere. Would recommend to others.

The kids love it, but I'm old enough that I feel vaguely hungover if I eat a meal of fast food. But I'll happily steal some of the kids fries when nobody is looking

Got the junior chicken add tomatoe and a mcdouble. Took out the two dry side buns and combined to eat. Delicious. Fries were disappointingly soggy which is a huge foul and unusual for McDonalds. Gassed me up all night as well. Still overall enjoyable

Usually the coffee's good but today at the Cassiar and Hastings McDonald's the coffee tasted like it had been scooped out of the bottom of the dirty garbage can, of course I didn't notice that it tasted bad until I was miles away and couldn't return it.

McDonald's has one of the worst trends of putting in please that have little skill in the most busiest places within the the business of dealing with people and money as an example if you gone through drive-thru you'll understand this one so you pay for your your goods and then you get your receipt when you get your food I said well how am I supposed to know if I got the right change if I'm getting my money now and my receipt later I can't you know handle both at the same time makes no sense if you're going to give it the person their money you should give them the receipt at the same time so they can verify the money they're getting is adequate and correct whereas if you're giving their food and their receipt at the same time how are you supposed to check your money and your receipt if you have food in your hands and you're in the Drive-Thru so if it's wrong now you have to park get out go back into the store and then wait even longer to get your money or the right items of food that were not given in the first place I know I may sound a little hard on some people but really it makes no sense to put somebody in a high volume area of the business if they can't speak fluent English the language of the country and they don't understand the orders being given to them it only makes for an environment of conflict and frustration on both sides my advice was and still is that people that have varying degrees of English skills should be paired up with someone who has fluent English they can help guide them into teaching them how to deal with the orders better and help strengthen their skills rather than leaving them alone and basically defending themselves by themselves but that's just my opinion McDonald's is long gone to the dogs many years ago I don't even know why I go there and be honest probably cuz it's cheap mostly it's not certainly not for the food

We live a few blocks from this McDonald's so we sadly eat here quite a bit. I am not exaggerating when I say that 5 of my last 6 visits they gave me my order with a burger missing.

They also abuse the "park and wait for drive thru" system to the point that they will ask you to park every time, even if there's no one in line behind you. This is because the store is tracked by corporate on how fast their drive thru is. By making you park they can take as long as they want and the stats for the store look good to the corporate overseers.

If you absolutely need to eat here DO NOT leave without checking your order.

Extremely easy to order in person using the Kiosks. Busy place but with all the Covid measures in place. Met all my expectations for an easy McDonald's meal. Thanks.

I celebrated my birthday earlier this evening in this great place. Well it was a phenomenal evening and the venue was absolutely the reason for that outstanding event. The team contributed in a sweet style, the cooking was very good and my friends were so happy. We shall no dout visit again for more joyful events.thanks very much.

This place is my number one site. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant.everytime I want to go to a good lunchon, this is the place that comes instantly to my head.fresh and all sorts of food and a rich menu.professional crew, and good ambience. In addition to that, the tariff is modest. I tell about this spot with great pleasure.

The food was cold!
They made us wait for fresh fries and when we finally received our food, the fries were dry crusty and cold.
If I wasnt so hangry I would have gone back to get the fresh fries they made us wait for.

This McDonald's is not bad but not great. Their drive thru is really awkward to get into and out of and I've almost scraped my car a number of times as the corner is incredibly tight. For awhile their soda machine was broken and the pop had the strangest taste. On the plus side it usually isn't very busy and the service is pretty fast. Like all McDonald's they are pretty good about getting your order right. They recently added more Curbside spots which is great and definitely adds to the location for me and they added an additional ordering board in the drive thru so it goes a little quicker.

Ordered a big mac deal at 3.20am got my order paid for it as I was driving no straw for the drink went back complained got my straw no sorry but instead got a lecture about how I'm suppose to ask for a straw instead after getting my straw went and parked close to my work fries were hot but the big mac was stone cold probably one of the worst kinda put me off getting one again

The absolute worst McDonald's in Fraser Valley. They overcharge you for the Coffee Muffin combo by not giving you the combo but giving you the coffee and muffin separately which is more expensive than the combo. When I asked the manager about this, he just asked me to take my order and leave. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.

Go to this place often and there ok but the amount they mess up orders is atrocious they mess up 5 outta 10 times disappointing

The place serves big portions and for reasonable pricing.very nice staff members. Highly recommended.

Excellent and delicious food, I love the ambience the place has, and the employees were very kind. I will surely visit here when I’m around.

One of the worst McDonald's I ever been to, went there around 6 pm yesterday. Bought meal through Drive Through, the staff gave my food and the ice cream to the car in front of me, that driver gave them back to the staff because that's not he ordered.
When I approach the window to get my order, the staff give me the same bag and the ice cream, I told him I don't want the food because it had been given to the car in front of me and returned. So he took it back inside and give me the ice cream, but I can really tell if it is a new one or not, same to my sandwich, I am not sure if it is the same bag that he gave to the previous car and returned.
They don't even has spoon that packed in plastic bag and gave an unpacked wooden spoon which I never seen from McD.
During the COVID19 period, this was really unacceptable.
What a so unorganized team.
I will avoid go there in the future, plus the parking lot seems to have many strange activities happen there. Not a safe parking spot to stop and eat there in the parking inside my car too.

Owner I waited for 20 minutes and no employee came and washed my hand what is the "employees must wash hands" sign even there for?

This place offers extraordinary service as well as tasty food. One of the best place ever. The food and drinks served quick and the rates were reasonable. Will definitely recommend this place.

Forgot a poutine and gave no forks had to repeat order over and over again for the kid at the window to get it even close and at the end the last window girl looked in the bag and said yep 2 poutine 4 burger 2 fries but yet there was only one poutine.

The food is always well prepared and yummy, employees gives good customer service. I loved how clean it is and ambience. Will come visit again.
