Worst attitude ever seen.
Pls tell YUVRAJ That if he don’t like to work in this place quit and find a different job.
And don’t throw the bill bcz we are humans, pass the bill to hand.

Quick staff- but maybe too fast.
My burger was raw.
My fries undercooked.
My coffee was cold.
Never again.
Thanks for nothing.

As we all know city of vancouver need to charge $0.25 for beverage Cup and $0.15 for the bag.however, you should have options for guests who bring their own Cup for pops, not just for the coffee.it doesn't make sense for mandatory charge for pop Cup even bring their own cup.bad bad experience!

This McD is in a food court so there is ample seating. The line up was long and not moving quickly. Guests were lining up in the food court's passageways - not very good.

They do not have much optionality, particularly on the drink front (only tea and black coffee). As that's all I was there for - a drink, I left sad and empty handed.

Fast and efficient service. Young ladies working behind the counters were courteous and polite even though they were running a very busy location. Fries were fresh and milk shakes were good too. Its well located along with other famous fast food restaurants in the same food court. Most of other restaurants were closed on Sunday after 7pm except a very few.

Very friendly, helpful morning staff. Orders are generally fairly prompt and correct 95% of the time They're human too.

Worked in the area and always came here for morning coffee! Nice staff at the front despite the long lines and busy food court atmosphere. Never had an issue with service or wait time. It's too bad they have a limited menu as opposed to other locations, though.

Rude manager the other morning. I was 15 feet away in a whisper quiet food court, waiting for my order for 10 mins while staring at the order screen. The manager said she announced my order but I was sitting 4ight there. She didn't call it. I asked about it and she claimed she shouted the order. That was a lie. Bad service, bad attitude

Slow, food was cold. Seems like they forgot to add cheese to my burger, later throwing it into the box.

Worst McDonalds experience. I get that it’s quantity over quality and sometimes thing up under the radar, but this place wasn’t busy when I ordered. Every item had an issue.

My coffees were cold. Thankfully I caught it and they replaced them. My western bbq burger (having a great one the other day, and knowing the standard) looked like -and tasted- like a child had put it together. I counted half a strip of bacon on my McDouble add bacon. My fries were frozen and soggy.

I know the reality of the quality of McDonald’s. I eat it when I feel like trash, and want to continue feeling like trash.

But this? Come on.

This McDonalds is not the best location imo. The fries were cold when I got them and the nuggets weren't very fresh either and the staff on shift was incredibly rude. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this location.

Was my favourite fast food place in the downtown area as service usually was the quickest before my workouts at the gym in the mornings. Always ordered one or two straight black xl coffees and a muffin. No longer need to visit here any longer as I found a new gym closer to where I live. It is also better than the Starbucks or the Tims nearby which it is not really saying much lol.

We brought coupon and in one order my wife would like to upgrade the coffee to hot chocolate we don't mind to pay xtra but the manager she said no we always do it in McDonald's maybe she doesn't know.

8: 00pm.they close at 9: 00pm. I was the only customer, they saw me me, ignored me. Rude. 8 years in fast food industry, I know what is proper customer service. Food. 4 stars.

Average mcdonalds.cant say that the food is better than any other branch but it does taste like it may be a little bit more fresh. Can get quite hectic and the staff is mostly attentive when they can be.

I came on This thursday This mcdonlds has worst service The lady took the order so rudly and same as manager was soo rude. I found the staff very rude and dont know how to deal wjth customer and food chicken was not fresh so dry. Worst experience with this mcdonalds.

Girl asked me what I wanted and as soon as I opened my mouth she turned her head and started talking to a co-worker. I had to repeat my order and it subsequently came out wrong. When I went back to her she stared at me like I had just stepped off the lunar lander. She handed my bag to a manager without even saying a word. Fortunately the manager rushed me a new order and I got the correct food.

Stopped in to take advantage of $1 coffee. Total time in order line, then waiting for coffee 8 minutes. The 7/11 across the street has coffee for the same price, and l have never spent 5 minutes total. Granted l had to pour my own coffee, but if l am rushed it won't be McD selling me coffee.

What can you say about a McDonald's? There is quality control in place, so they are all the same. This one is in the food court of a shopping center, so those tend to be always busy, and they close early. At least the wifi is strong here, and there is a bathroom closeby.

You used to be able to go to McDonalds and get a decently priced meal but nowadays it's like a regular restaurant price except you dont have to tip. I dont like paying top tier restaurant pricing for average fast food.

The food is consistent and it is okay. The staff are very helpful and the lines move quickly during the lunch rush. There are touch screens for you to order your food without talking to a person. This is very helpful and is one of the main reasons the lines go so quickly. One of the issues ivw had is the receipt not printing with my order number on it. This is a bit annoying. It's especially annoying if you need the receipt for business expenses.

It's okay, I think the normal options are becoming quite bland but the seriously chicken and might Angus are worth a try if you haven't had it

Mostly punjabi people are working over there. I think manager is also punjabi girl. But all the staff members are helpful. Always help all the customers to choose different burgers. Situated in food court of waterfront. Near to waterfront skytrain station. Neat to Canada place and Vancouver convention center.

It's McDonald's, nothing special. My experience and expectations from a fast food restaurant usually aren't that memorable nor is the bar that sets the standards for me very high.

I went one time they have the best muffin the foo d is better than USA, the server is fast the locate is off to waterfront
