Rude workers and got almost all my orders wrong. Water would leak INTO my car when going through drive through.

The workers here are very dumb and did not know how to take my order and messed it up. They overcharged me and in the end one of the employees was yelling at me for taking too long.

Drive threw person taking orders @9: 30am gave me the worst experience I have ever had at the McDonald's. Incredibly rude, they didn't have any juice at all, apple or orange. They never tell you the cost or read the order back to you to make sure it's correct. The screen was closed as soon as I was done ordering. Customers service was horrible

I’m writing this review on behalf of me and my partner. They have messed up my orders 3 times. They have messed up my order 2 times in store and 1 time on the app when I ordered it for delivery. I suggest checking ur bags and boxs. I’m not happy with this McDonald’s and I will never be using this location again. Brought it to the management’s attention and she was very rude and wasn’t cooperative and did not reimbursed me for any of the food that I he e already purchased.

Every time I visit here I have used the drive thru and every time I have to sit and wait in a parking spot for my food. A lot of the time they have brought the wrong order or I'm waiting an annoying amount of time.

This location used to be great but now it’s super slow and they don’t listen to you when you give your order. You often have to repeat yourself or wait for them to finish suggesting a bunch of things on the menu. As well, 7 times out of 10 they send you to the waiting zone for your food. More people come in the drive thru and then the parking lot and lane gets so clogged you can’t get out.

The girl working drive through was clearly new and without a coach. Our order was taken incorrectly after we made several attempts to be clear. In exasperation, we drove to the pay window and remade our order. The man we paid told us she was new and apologized several times. When we received our order, it was incorrect. We handed everything back and then waited for 20 minutes. Our order was not complicated. Two smoothies without yogurt, one sprite without ice, and 6 apple pies.

Just got the food from here! It was so disappointing the bun was all burnt as you can see in the picture, the meat patty was stale and i got food poisoning. I think the staff is not trained much, never come back here. Don’t you guys check the temperature for foold? Food safe?

Good for McDonald's but not the best people in the Restaurant. Several patrons with mental health issues making staff and customers very uncomfortable.

My baby couldn't sleep, so we went for a walk in the stroller and I decided I needed a coffee to stay awake at just after midnight. I came across the instructions on the window how I can do a curbside order after hours. (as in the photo).

I placed my order in the app and tried to select "counter", but the app would only let me select "drive-thru". Since I don't have a car they wouldn't let me do that. So I used the intercom by their little curbside pickup window and I called the worker over.

She said it wasn't possible to place the order unless I used the drive-thru. I showed her that the instructions on the window said that I should be able to place an order like this "after hours". She just kept saying that she was "too busy" with the drive thru customers. However, there were several Door Dash workers who got their food through the same window.

I left without any coffee. Not happy.

Got to respect the Don! Great spot to stop for quick food in Abbotsford. Bit of a sketchy area of town but staff are quick at preparing meal and getting it to you.

I usually come here at night, and the staff are generally friendly, but often they seem like they don't care (can't exactly blame them for that though lol.) I've only had them get my order wrong a couple times, which is pretty good considering the mission location only gets it right about 60% of the time. I ALWAYS buy mcdoubles bc they're so cheap. 10.10 for 3 mcdoubles.

I stopped going to this location CS reasons. After a few years of not going I thought I, d try again. The resturant looks much nicer with the interior update the service was grade B, the server understood my order and I was able to understand said server when the order was repeated back to me. I'll give the experience a B Grade overall it was a lot better than my last experience.

On random days they claim they don't make food, only drinks. Sometimes they won't even answer you at the drive thru.

If you commute just go to 264 location they're great.

Also you get harassed by homeless people at the beginning and end of drive through.
