The fact they took tables out of the kids area is ridiculous all their renovations did is make the place seem and feel less friendly / family friendly

Cold half cooked fries every time I go there, no drink machine out in the dinning area anymore which only makes it worse for both customers and employees. Wendy’s has a much better customer layout.

15$ for a regular combo is absolutely mental. Might as well eat at a restaurant for those prices. It's not fast, convenient or cheap.

I decided to give the McDonald’s a try this morning at 6: 45am. I ordered a single large coffee and waited nearly 15 minutes to receive it. There was no one else in the store. The new store design is cramped with the emphasis on ordering yourself and zero customer service. They have meals on the menu now over $21. Reason after reason to not goto this location.

Today around 8: 15 during our visit, I ordered fries and chicken nuggets at drive through. The fries were top notch but the chicken nuggets were not fresh. I couldn’t eat.and now unfortunately I have to throw it

You can't find fault with the service at this particular location. The shift manager actually went around the occupied tables asking patrons how they were and inquired about their experience. I had never seen or been asked how my meal was and how the service was. You don't eat in at Macdonald's for the atmosphere, nor do you expect the manager to inquire about your experience. Food was good Macdonald's fare, hot and quite tasty. Convenience is important when you're on a short timetable. We don't go often, but we always, at some point in time, drop in for fast food and quick service. **My wife and I did notice that prices sure have risen over the years.

More like MC-FLATION, holy smokes this place is MC-PENSIVE.

Convenient location but the menu price is much higher than Vancouver, a chicken wrap meal can go up to $15+. One of the most McDonalds I ever seen.

Lots of ppl during lunch time at school, big mac came out coldish. But apart from that, a nice tasty MacDonald’s.

Way too many newbrediots and disorganized beyond belief.not once was egg mentioned, yet again given egg. PS that's not egg.

It's located near the sea to sky highway, very spacious, has a McDonald's, offers good food, gentle service, and clean washrooms. "

The staff was extremely slow. Missed items on our order. Food was warm neat cold. McChicken was dry and hard. Worst McDonald’s experience. I feel gross and wish will know better next time

Is the staff here just lazy or incompetent? Or both? I asked for a Root Beer float. This is not hard. They said they only had root beer. I said, you don’t have ice cream and they said they did.
I asked if they could put some vanilla ice cream in a cup and add root beer.

She told me I’d have to buy both separate and then make it myself…

Quit acting like your customers that have a simple ask are inconveniencing you.

They get my order wrong every time. Today when I told them, they brought me the exact same wrong order. I asked for a bagel, they brought a muffin. I said "sesame, everything, or whatever you have" he nodded, then brought me a muffin. When he finally brought the right order he looked mad at me as if I was the one making the mistake. By the time I have my food I want to cry instead of eat.

We visited the location almost ten days straight. Our orders were incorrect most of those days as well, we were asked to wait on at least four occasions for our food which was breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The coffee was bitter at times as well.

This is a McDonald's that always delivers quality. Lots of seating, always very busy but the reward is worth the wait. I will forever be a loyal punter

The messed up order on drive thru. Staff could not speak or understand English very well. When I pointed out there mistake they said too bad.
