Food here is quite literally amazing.purposely go out of my way to go to this one every time.almost always fresh

Middle-aged Asian guy in the drive-thru was rude and needs to be trained on better customer service! I had a coupon ready to be redeemed and he was very dismissive as he felt "too busy" with the lineup when there were only 2 cars behind us. The lady in the next window was more helpful and redeemed my order promptly. He needs to be fired, what a horrible way to treat your customers!

Quesnel McDonald's is closed for renovations they could of at least put up a road side sign so I didn't waste the fuel driving to a closed restaurant.

I went to this McDonald’s for breakfast, it was near the end of the breakfast time, so they got me to wait in one of their reserve parking spots. After 15 minutes, someone finally came outside, but had forgotten my coffees. It took another five minutes to get my coffee’s ready. When I got home, I realize they didn’t even put sausage on either of my sausage and egg McMuffin’s. Definitely would go to one of the other locations nearby rather than this one.

OMG. I waited almost 10 minutes to the pick up window. When I got there they had not started making my order I had to pull around and wait. I'm in a Hurry. So I wait, they finally come, I leave because now I'm late and NO HASH BROWNS FOR MY MEAL I ORDERED! "Macdonald's Corporate" office should be upset with your LOW Stars! #macdonaldscanada
What going on?
And NO Vegetarian offers.
I might as well just Go to AW across the street.

The kid makes my food without gloves on touching everything in sight food smelt like chemicals worse mcdonald’s i ever been too

Asked for an egg McMuffin with no meat. Ie.no ham or bacon.

Ended up getting an English muffin with cheese and mayo in it. No egg to be found.

Well. Macdonald.i don't expect too much.but this location provides extraordinary service.love their efforts

Night shift manager was rude and was lipping off because we asked for new cups because they were full of dirt

The are quite concerned about hitting corporate numbers instead of customer experience. Multiple times we have been asked to pull ahead and wait, when our food was being packaged & would be ready in seconds. Staff came straight out & said that they need to improve drive through numbers & making customers pull off and wait looks better than customers waiting the extra 30 seconds at the window to get our food.

Horrible service, would recommend ANY other restaurant in the area! This place needs new management

I’ve been there for the first time and I was very disappointed. The tables were dirty and the food un tasteful. I have ordered two small wraps and I was able to get three bites from one and the other only a bite because it tasted awful. I rarely stopped by before only for the chicken nuggets. Over the years the quality of food and the service at McDonald’s went from a family fun where you could eat with your family and children playing to a drastically deteriorating of the quality of food, service and enjoyment.

If you like McDonald's you'll like it, if you don't then you won't. Always look for coupons and dollar drinks during the summer. 2023 Summer update… looks like they still have good training. Meaning, burgers weren't all greasy but I did have cold fries yet they were really really busy. I ordered with the app and parked in one of the pickup spots thus avoiding the really busy drive-thru. When I'm parked and waiting, my car's off so I'm saving some money on gas.

The staff was friendly. The fries were HOT! The burgers were made sloppy. What was most disappointing was how filthy everything was. The bathroom was gross, the dining area had garbage on the floor, tables walls and counters were spilled on and fingerprints everywhere. It wasn’t busy, only 4-5 tables occupied. Been in WG since 1998, not a good representation of the community

Just came here to order a Hashbrown and sausage griddle. Paid for both and received only the griddle and the griddle was absolutely filled in eggshells so I had to throw that out too. Good use of 7$. The presenter at the first window was very nice. Only positive I can say.

Very spacious, clean interior, and friendly staffs. Great place to grab a coffee and chat time with friends or family. Service is a bit slow sometimes though.

I wish I could rate 0 if I can! Frontline staff (Asian lady with poly tail) is so rude to a client in front of me who was not tech savvy and confused about the self-directed order machine. How could you throw out that inappropriate attitude to your customer like that? I mean yes your system here is to simplify your workload BUT THERE IS A REASON WHY A CASHIER IS STILL HERE! THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO OFFEND YOUR CUSTOMER! If that’s how mcd manager treat their customers, then they shouldn’t be manager and go back to the basic!

Not trying to be a Karen but hey, I have no issue with other mcd EVER.

As far as McDonald's goes.it's actually pretty good.the staff at this one are fast, Friendly and actually seem to care

Cheese burger size was less to my palm & the beef was very thin. Less than 10 customers dined in

Only ever done the drive thru here. Often don't get exactly what you ordered. It seems clean enough though.
