Walk in service very slow and the focus on in person experience isn't good either.

Food was so so as well

Terrible customer service. Rude staff. I was in the drive-through and asked for a sundae. The girl on the other end said "no ice cream". When I asked if they had a McFlurry available, the girl cut me off and said "no ice cream, no ice cream, no ice cream! " Management needs to take action.

Ordered two meals with 2 large fries and 10 piece nuggets, but didn’t receive any sauce for the nuggets or any ketchup for fries. I don’t eat ketchup anyway, so that’s totally fine, but needed the sauce for the nuggets. Checked the receipt and it listed two BBQ sauces. Also, both regular sized McFlurries were under filled, compared to what they usually are. The food tasted nice and fresh though, and I would order from here again, since it’s much better than the McDonald’s on 72nd and also the one at 64th/King George

Ordered an Egg McMuffin, got a Chicken McMuffin,
the bun was blackened inside, the chicken was reheated, and the whole burger felt drier than Texas. Worst McDonald's experience till date.

Literally don't know why the drive thru service is so Rude, If you guys are not happy to serve people please change you job. Here in this mc d if you give any order at drive thru you will get so rude response like we are not in canada but in a 3rd world country…. Manager please educate your employees how to do hospitality …

Manager (east indian) in orange shirt told me today July 4th at 645pm that the customer is always wrong. She stuck her head out of the drive thru window to tell me this and also it my fault they have a line up.

Took my kids here yesterday and the service was aweful. Waited 18 min for our food and when we finally got it it was super cold. My Mc chicken tasted like it was sitting there for hours. Very understaffed and the kitchen was extremely messy. Do better

It’s been four days that their coke machine is broken. They don’t have coke, sprite, iced tea nothing they all taste like water.
If the employees already knows about it why are they charging people for the drinks. That don’t make any sense.
The girl who served me at drive thru window didn’t apologized once. Not even once!

We came here at about 10pm on a Friday night. The parking lot and drive thru is chaotic and nobody knows how to drive, terribly laid out (that’s not their fault) but if you get really bad road rage don’t go here. You will regret it. We then proceed to wait in the drive thru and then the reserved spot for our order for about 25 min total. Food was average.

Management is is rude and stuck up. Stick with drive threw unless you want to wait and have your order still messed up. Lucky to get a warm meal

Got a new sweet thai wrap today. Had zero thai sauce and barely any mayo. All it had was tons of shredded lettuce and chicken. No veggies like the pic.

This is an ok McDonald's, but needs some improvements.
There was only one cashier who also was tasked with running orders out to the cars, this slowed things down since this was a bottleneck. The manager or other staff should be bringing out the food to the cars. The cashier seemed to be overloaded, slowing things down. They also need to clean up the dining area more often.

Was in drive through and they advised to wait in parking someone will come to delivered order, after waiting for almost 20 minutes in parking and asked about my order, guess what? No one has idea about my order! Got my order after another 15 minutes spent in store waiting, dont go at McDonalds on scott rd and 70 Avenue location

Environment and Night staff both are good, also they describe the best and new things to their customers, especially a girl named Simran help the customers in a decent way with a cute smile on her face:)

Probably one of my worst Macdonalds in the lower mainland. I waiting for 12 minutes to be served in the drive through. My food was not available at the pickup window, so was asked to park. My food came out in 10 minutes cold and was only 1 order. Steer clear!

We recently visited again and had to wait 15 minutes in the car waiting zone, for 2 big mac meals. (The fries were cold also) They really need to hire some staff or get organized.

Absolutely horrible experience, the cashier at the drive thru window treated me with complete and utter disrespect. It was absolutely unacceptable the animosity I dealt with for no reason whatsoever as well as having my food withheld and being dehumanized for no apparent reason whatsoever aside from my appearance and the way I speak.

Come here pretty often. The employees here that work night shift for the drive-thru are a bit mean and careless and mess up orders pretty frequently. I don’t think they are very passionate about their jobs, but I don’t blame them. Not exactly a dream job

Bad service, I had to wait more than 10 mins for my food in the parking lot, when finally arrived with my order the girl forgot my drink.

The location was clean. Service was prompt and fries were fresh. Overall, it is predictable and good.
