McDonald's

Constantly have problems with this McDonald’s. Employees are rude and I have extended wait time on ALL my delivery orders.

Would NOT recommend this McDonald’s

Order wrong as usual! Charge me then not put what I ordered or paid for in my bag. Will never go there again

Good experience at this McDonalds! On our way to late ferry. Order all correct. Food was hot and drinks were cold. Team members all smiling and polite.

Go through the drive-thru!

I parked to reduce idling emissions and did online ordering with curb-side delivery and it took 20 minutes.

I even went in after 10 minutes to check and they said they were will making it. It was literally a chicken nugget meal with a sundae!

Edit Dang it, I totally forgot about this and did curbside again and it was horribly slow again… also took about 20 minutes and order was messed up. Argh

I’m disappointed they removed the garbage can from the drive thru. It’s inconvenient to have to make special trips to get rid of my McDonald’s trash from the previous visit.
Also this no bag thing is a pain. Handing us hot greasy items. Where r we supposed to put them as we drive?
Pretty soon we’ll have to bring our own utensils.
Gave 3 stars because the staff is trying.it’s not their fault
I don’t c any response from the management on here so I doubt they really care anyway.
The message I’m getting is “ We don’t really care about the customers anymore”

Food was cold +apple pie was super hard super old super cold
Asked weather I want bag for my food
It’s not like they transiting from plastic bag
Have been going there forever
Will not come back
Last week have to wait outside and nobody showed up have to go back and ask for my food
There were me 1 other customer

To all the ppl complaining about the workers and the orders 1. Most of em are just kids, and human, they make mistakes 2. Did you tell the whole story? You were probably extremely rude and confrontational, you get as much as you give. I find it's exceptional service, even at 6 am, cheerful and bright. Have never screwed up my order. Keep up the good work!

Generally speaking, I don't go to McDonald's for its tasty burgers. They're not. They are edible of course but they're just nothing out of the ordinary. When I do hit one of these establishments it's usually for their milkshakes which are only good due to volume for the price. But even with the milkshakes, nothing really to write home about; they're just a good value.

Service is great, the place is all clean, and people are working nicely and competently.

The play place is so disgusting. The tables are always dirty with food all over the floor. The actual playground has dirt all over it, it’s just gross!

I had a terrible experience here. I was aiming to catch the 601 at 5: 30 I got to the McDonald's at 5: 11 and I didn't get my food until 5: 36 I missed my bus and I was late to my job and I got fired.thanks a lot McDonald's very well done
